 ~ Damon~ The cool blue atmosphere of the diner hit Damon like a ton of bricks, it was certainly something he was not used to. Suki casually floated over to a nearby stool, and Damon followed silently. He sat down and laughed slightly as she spun her stool. A small Snorunt approached the table at which they were sitting and asked for their order, Damon just said he wanted an Iced Growlithe and then looked at Suki, "Order whatever you want, my treat" Damon smiled at Suki, he really had no idea if the Diner even cost anything...he certainly didn't see any exchange of currency. Nevertheless, he hoped the gesture would make a good impression.

"I-I'm so-sorry!"
The Umbreon sobbed out, paws still firmly clamped over his eyes.
Oh Arceus, how could he ever return the love he didnt deserve to this Infernape if he couldnt get over Lilac?
Why was he still so in love with a Pokemon that was dead? That he would never see again?
"I-I have to go!"
He squirmed loose from the fire type's arms and went racing out the door.
LucyLucyLucy! He had to find Lucy! Lucy would know what to do! She always did!

 OpalOpal could only watch as Xavier ran off.

Xavier still loved Lilac...
The Infernape buried her face in her arms and put her arms of the table as she began to cry.

 SukiSuki smiled, and nodded. Not having actually tasted ice cream or anything of the sort before, she ordered the same thing as Damon, hoping that he had good taste in icy treats. "Would you laugh if I told you that I've never actually been in here before?" Suki admitted, giggling.

~ Damon~ Damon did, in fact, laugh, "Really? How long have you been apart of your team?" He hoped the question wouldn't come off as rude. He raised an eyebrow when Suki ordered, "You don't strike me as the type of Pokemon who enjoys Alcohol." He wondered if she just mirrored his choice out of pure indecisiveness.

SukiSuki would've spat out whatever she'd been drinking, had she been drinking it. "ALCOHOL?!" Instead, she ended up falling backward off her stool. "Owww...." She groaned, prying herself off the floor, and clambering painfully back onto the stool. She weakly waved the Snorunt's drink away, looking embarrassed and apologetic. "I've never been into these diners... I thought I was ordering ice cream..." She explained, feeling like she wanted to melt into the bar stool with embarrassment. The Snorunt rolled it's eyes and returned with a sundae.

~ Damon~ Damon laughed again as Suki fell off the stool, he would've helped her up, had she not been so enthusiastic to do it herself. One of the wandering Snorunt brought him a tall red and orange drink, swirled with small traces of blue and black. It was a rather colorful drink and burned nicely on the way down his throat. Damon suddenly remembered that Suki was beside him. "So Suki, like I was saying before, how long have you been apart of your team?" He absentmindedly stirred his drink. The colors seemed to be made of different liquids, for they refused to blend together...

SukiSuki flushed bright pink, trying to brush off the fact that she was being laughed at. "Only a few weeks. I'm the team's second-in-command, so I've been with Zori since the beginning, but... We're still fairly new here, I guess." Suki explained quietly, glancing over at the suave, handsome Sableye. "How about you?" Obviously he wasn't terribly new, considering that he was generously helping himself to alcohol, but still. She licked the ice cream off her spoon, grinning with delight at the sweet, creamy taste. Zori had not been exaggerating when she'd described ice cream.

~ Damon~ Damon took another small sip from his drink, "Oh I haven't been apart of the team long, maybe about a week or so." He eyed his drink curiously, "But the drinks here are certainly much better than anything those other Sableye could come up with..." He shrugged, alcohol had never been his favorite, but lets just say Ice crystals weren't necessarily better than no crystals. "So, are you enjoying your ice cream?"

SukiSuki nodded, the blush finally fading from her face. "Want a bite?" She asked him curiously. If not, she could always take him out somewhere where he might be able to find some decent minerals to chew on. She wasn't one to let her date go hungry.

~ Damon~ Damon smiled at Suki, "Maybe just a bite" Damon gently took the spare spoon in the sundae, scooped a small lump of the Ice cream with the Strawberry Syrup, and licked it off. The creamy consistency of the ice cream and the sticky syrup were quite unfamiliar to Damon, but he had to admit it did taste good. "Wow, that's the best ice cream I've ever had! Mind you, that's the only ice cream I've ever had." He laughed at his own joke, and took another sip of his drink, the cold burning sensation washing away the lingering taste of the ice cream. He'd certainly have to bring the rest of the team here sometime...they'd love it.

SukiSuki giggled, trying not to eye his drink. She wished she could legally have a sip of that, but she knew it would have to wait. Rules were rules. She'd just have to convince him to take her out again, once she was permitted to drink alcohol. "Maybe afterward we could go out and see if it's possible for my species to eat gemstones?" She offered lightly, both amused and curious as to the idea.

~ Damon~ Damon laughed, "Yeah...somehow I don't think that'd be the best idea. That is, unless going to the hospital to get your stomach pumped is your idea of a good date." He thought it was funny that she was offering to walk a mile in his shoes, "Don't worry about me, the Crystal Springs'll provide me with an ample supply of gemstones." He gestured to his drink, "In the mean time, this'll do nicely." He glanced over at Suki, she really did look amazing, the way the cool blue light bounced off of her necklace and all...he mentally shook his head, snapping him out of his little Spacing Out moment, "You know, now that you mention it....would you like to go out again after this? You know, like for a walk, or...." or...what? What else was there to do in this town?

SukiSuki laughed. "Yeah; I guess that wasn't the greatest idea ever." She agreed. She finished off her ice cream, licking the strawberry sauce from his lips. She smiled, her eyes lighting up. A second date? She must be more interesting than she'd thought~ "I'd love to, Damon!" She replied warmly, seeming very much delighted by the idea.

~ Damon~ Damon beamed brightly, "Great! So whaddaya wanna do now?" Damon chugged the rest of his drink, but perhaps a little too fast, because as soon as he swallowed the entire room seemed to start to spin and he soon found himself laying on the floor staring up at the ceiling. He righted himself slowly and got to his feet, massaging the bump that was beginning to form on the back of his head. He smiled apologetically, "Sorryboutthat..." Oh great, now he was slurring his words, great going man, getting drunk on your first date.
