Shichiyou Kurayami Shichiyou nodded in agreement. "I'm no expert when it comes to fighting... whatever that is, but I'd say that's our best target." she said simply as she gripped her shuriken. THis was going to be difficult...

 "..." Maha stared at the two for a bit before sighing and rubbing her arm nervously with her gloved hand, exchanging a look to Hakubo, then at Sanae.
... What now?
It was obvious they didn't need her; so what the hell was she doing here...?
She then licked the blood from the bottom part of her lip she had been biting and forced a smile on her face, "... You go on ahead, Kurayami," she said softly, "I'll... I'll look after Zane."Sanae stared up at the ogre-ish beast that had emerged from the snow and glared at the figure that had been perched on it shoulder.
"... Seems like it's not yet over... Warui," she spoke, looking at him with a scarred, blemished face, "... Did you get that scroll signed by the Snow yet?"Red and Black- Protect the treasures of the Clan!

"Oi! What the 'ell does that have to do with anything! The Snow village is destroyed! We can't get anyone to sign it so it's a mute point!" Warui shouted back at the kage before removing his bokken from it's "sheath" on his back. The ornate hilt clashed with the wooden blade. He dropped his bag on the ground, along with the scroll. The permafrost shattered as the several ton scroll impacted the ground.
"I... don't have time for this s**t! I'm... I'm... I'm gonna go after the guy on his sh-shoulder!" He yelled, trying to put on a brave face despite his fear. His brain was working in overdrive- a jumbled frenzy of emotion clouded by panic. It was all he could do- in a state like this he couldn't even HOPE to focus enough to gain sage chakra.

Slowly the magnificent terror lifted up it's gargantuan arms skywards. It was an awkward movement, but still deadly to anyone who the shadow was falling on. The group closest in range was the group near the scroll. An ever increasing shadow was cast upon them as both hands knit their fingers together in a sledgehammer grip to pulverize the ground where they stood in the range of a full city block.

"..." Sanae could only stare at the blockage of ice and snow, and looked down at Maha before setting off with Tekkei.
She knew what she was thinking; she was afraid this might happen.
"See if you can reason with him; I'll bring Lady Suijin here assuming she and her men are able to face such a derranged fiend..."Would it work? Would he listen?
She doubted; she didn't have the confidence for it.
But she had to try and explain it to him.
"Warui!" she yelled, running behind, "W-Wait! Oji-san! He said something about the scroll being a summoning scroll! He said that if all signatures were obtained, some..." this was going to sound crazy, "Giant turtle would come out of it. Something about a shard of a shell and the earth on it's back. I-I don't know what that means, but can you please help me and just listen to me for once!?"Red and Black- Protect the treasures of the Clan!

 Zane laid in the snow still as a rock as the snow fell. He could hear them battling from a safe distance away and smiled to himself. He could feel the life leaving him but the reason he was smiling was simple... All he needed to do was stay alive. Zane slowly sat up as he spit of some blood that had gathered in his mouth and listened closely to the battle. All he could hope was they he live until they were done. Zane sighed as he waited... was his hourglass going to end? or would they be finished in time? Time was all he had left now as he laid in the snow to wait.

Warui hadn't noticed Maha up until this point. It probably had something to do with his fixation on beating Hakubo into the dirt followed by an only man the size of a mountain erupting from the snow.
Her voice snapped him out of it a little bit.
"Oi... Maha!" He cried, loping over to her like some big dumb blue pet Labrador.
"That's real dandy sugar tits- but there is still no Snow Kage remember?"

"I KNOW THAT!" she yelled, her confidence rising as she spoke to him. She was trying to not talk too fast, but her voice kept rising everytime the ground shook, "But Oji-san said that if some one from a snow could sign it, then the seal would be release whatever there is inside it! You know, like a representative. I know it sounds stupid, but I really did talk to him! I..."
She killed him. She had forgot to mention that one little detail in particular.
"... Look, I don't know... What's going on, but I know that bird-man on that thing's shoulder must've something to do with bringing back Oji-san through the Impure World Resurrection summoning. He... That's Fuka. Fuka Akuma."
When the ground had shook with tremendous force, the phaser had fell right off her feet and straight on her butt.
... Was she getting through to him? Ughhhh... She better... She didn't want to have to hit him again...Red and Black- Protect the treasures of the Clan!

kenshin moved still energized from the hero's water when he stopped and saw zane laying in the snow,the gentle kenshin had said "zane,....we got off to a rocky start but are you okay?....." a sincere look was carried across his face with a smile
toy thought {{{if i see even the slightest leak of weakness im going to cover his mouth with my hand.......or maybe spill his head with the back of his weapon....or maybe--}}}}
kenshin had abruptly interuppted [[[[i wont allow that.....]]]
{{{heheheheh...i control your left side ******** had a worried look of concern and said aloud "are you okay?"

Zane slowly nodded his head to Kenshin but then just laid ther silently. he was conserving chakra so he could life longer but he really did have less then 24 hours by this point. Or was it 12 hours... Zane had lost sight of time all together and just decided to live for as long as he could. Zane sat up straight and looked around not knowing what was going on. His sight was gone yes but he knew something large was going to happen. Zane slowly tried to get up so he could move but feel to his knees again because of an shot of sever pain coursing threw him. Would he be saved... or die right here?

Hakubo looked remained there as Warui yelled, argued and bitched in general. "Are you done yet?" He said before the ground exploded and the ground exploded. He looked at the others and and vanished as the Giant Tengu slammed the ground around them; two city blocks shattering as its hands hit the ground. "Great, this is going to be annoying" As he said that Hakubo charged at the Hands of the beast that where still on the ground; as he reached it he drew the spear and aimed a quick stab at the beast's hand; seeing what it had done to Drake; if it managed to hit it would surely do damage.

The city-block sized laced hands impacted the ground with the force of a met- nothing happned?
The shadow that had loomed above them was... gone? The sun shone where just a split second ago there had been darkness...
As the spear touched the great Tengu's hands they simply "vanished".
Up to it's elbows the Tengu was no longer in existence.
The face of the Tengu writhed in pain but no noise came out other than a low, almost whale-like moan that shook the earth with it's low frequencies.
