 Konaga SaiAkatsuki Leader| Konaga Clan | SanninSai stepped out into the cold air, breathign the fresh breeze in as he watched the mountain passageway close behind him and hide itself once more. the ground was lightly covered with snow at this point, about an inch or two of it, but Sai paid no heed. Sai was not one to learn an ability or skill without the intent to use it, and with his shadow blade training finally complete, he was very much eager to see it in action. this would of course mean finding an unsuspecting soul to play with, though not one to kill, as he did not kill for no reason. The Wave Country... his supposed homeland always worked for causes such as these... it held great nostalgia for him and he always delighted in scaring it's members, as a sort of justice for the pain handed out to him there.
Forming several hand seals, Sai decided on his target area and disappeared in a wisp of wind as a small snowstorm seemed to swallow him up and then dissipate leaving no trace of him behind.

Konaga SaiAkatsuki Leader| Konaga Clan | SanninSai kept up his pace for the entirety of the trip, which was considerable since they were on foot, but after a long span of travel, they came to a secluded forest with winding pathways and gnarled trees as Sai led Ragna through the landscape. After a while of travel with twists and turns, they finally came to a mountain pass, crossing a small creek, leaping over it as Sai noted for Ragna be careful not to touch the banks of the brook for about a foot on other side. This was a trap he had set up long ago with electrified trip wires spanning the bank... one of the many precautions they took to protect their base.
At last they arrived at the mountainside entrance of the Akatsuki base as Sai stopped and held up his right thumb, to show Ragna his ring... "These rings signify our group and are the key to safe passageway into our base. We all wear one. The rules are simple here... you are free to do as you please, so long as you follow orders when the time comes and do not endanger the cause with carelessness or stupidity. None of us are truly free yet, but we follow our goals for power that we might rise up above all others and finally dictate the order of this world. Do you understand what taking this first step means?"
Sai presented the case before Ragna seriously, and this was not a decision to be made lightly. Joining the Akatsuki was a permanent position, and one they would be hunted down and killed mercilessly for leaving or betraying, not unlike any other village. It's members however lived by their own accord and would be allowed to do as they wished so long as they helped the cause. Sai knew that Ragna has already pledged himself, but once he entered the base, there would be no turning back.

 Ragna Kamisama Mist Runaway | Kamisama Clan | Jounin Ragna nodded his head as this was his destiny to become part of the Akatsuki. His life, now in the hands of his leader, Sai. He look at the ring as it was special in it's own way as all Akatsuki rings are. Their was so much he did not know yet, but he knows what the goals of Akatsuki are. And as of what Sai had said now, he understand more of it. "I am ready for anything. I follow your rule without question Sai-sama." he said with a tone that had loyalty in it. He will never leave the Akatsuki or if he is capture, will tell where it is at. "My loyalty is to my leader. The Chain of Command is my Power."

Konaga SaiAkatsuki Leader| Konaga Clan | SanninSai had been referred to with the honorific of '-sama' before, but this would mark the first time that it was done not out of fear of repercussion, but out of loyalty, and possibly even respect. He was pleased with his newest member... he would need training, but he saw great potential in the man, and his loyalty seemed undying. Sai took his ring and held it in front of the secret scanner on the side of the mountain as a slight buzzing sound was heard before the mountain side began to shake and the walls opened up to reveal a passage leading inside.
"Well then Ragna, go ahead and take your first few steps into the rest of your life... Welcome to the Akatsuki."

Ragna Kamisama Mist Runaway | Kamisama Clan | Jounin Ragna look at the ground were he was taking his first step in the Akatsuki. Every step felt like a heart beat, pumping with blood every time he takes a step. It felt heavy. Like chain balls attach to his feet. But it gotten lighter as he was walking further and further in the base. It felt...Good. He never had this feeling as he look back at Sai. He grinned as he knew full well what will happen next. "This feeling... it feels like power is surging threw me. Is this the feeling when you first enter the Akatsuki?" he asked very calmly, but loud for Sai to hear. "My loyalty is to my leader. The Chain of Command is my Power."

Sai said coldly as he walked through the front passageway and squeezed past Ragna as the entrance closed behind them..."I feel nothing but pain. though, I suppose you could call it power as well." He said nothing else, but led Ragna quietly into the meeting room.

 Akio TakamiyaAkatsuki/Special JouninThe still air by the Akatsuki base begin to stiff, slowly twisting into a tornado of minute proportions; Akio in the middle of it, having around arrived via the Kaze Shunshin. After the winds had stilled, Akio scanned his ring, and with silent rumbling, the way opened and he dashed in as it closed behind him.

Konaga SaiAkatsuki Leader| Konaga Clan | SanninStepping out into the cold air again, Sai breathed in deep as he looked around, noting the snow on the cold day, but paying it less attention then he had on other ventures out as he now waited for Ragna. The cold wouldn't last long as they were about to be on their way to Sand, but if all went according to plan, they would be in the town and back with the new rings by night time. However, when was the last time anything went well for Sai when he was in a village...

Ragna Kamisama Akatsuki | Kamisama Clan | Jounin Ragna made his way to Sai as he look up at the sky. The snow falling from the sky as they land on the ground and some on ragna. Snow...It reminded him of blood falling from the sky when he was in the Ninja Wars. He had a smile as he then look down and made his hands into fists, finding it hard to believe that his once lover died in that war. He showed no emotion right now as it was in the past, but he still felt a little sad at the thought. He look over at Sai and still had that smile. "Shell we go Sai-sama?" He asked him with that question as it rang in his head. "My loyalty is to my leader. The Chain of Command is my Power."

Create your Bunshin now and upon arriving at the gates, make your way through and proceed to the marketplace and find a secluded alleyway where I can appear to you and direct us to the shop. Make as little trouble as possible... that headband I gave you earlier should get you in without difficulty. I will be following directly behind you, so don't worry." Sai performed a few quick hand seals as he burst in a cloud of smoke, which quickly dissipated to reveal his sand ninja guise before he performed another set of hand seals to perform the wind instantaneous body technique. with a gust of wind, the air around Sai picked up, creating a small cyclone of snow around him before the wind died down, dropping the snow back to the ground, revealing Sai to be gone.

Ragna Kamisama Akatsuki | Kamisama Clan | Jounin Ragna form his hand seal as he transformed into a sand ninja that he killed in the war. He took off his Mist headband and put on the Sand headband. He tide it around his forehead as it shined at the sun. He then quickly notice that Sai was ahead of him and ran after him. "My loyalty is to my leader. The Chain of Command is my Power."

Konaga SaiAkatsuki Leader| Konaga Clan | SanninArriving back at the base entrance in a whirlwind of snow, Sai appeared with his newly acquired rings tucked firmly under his arm as he scanned his own new ring in front of the entrance. The door opened with a shift in the mountainside as always, but as he walked into the base, the doors closed behind, only to have the inner system project a 3-dimensional image in front of him, projecting all of the old and new rings.
Not really quite sure what was going on, he selected his old ring, as it lit up in green. He then pressed it again and it changed in color to red. Sai stared at it for a minute until he realized a blinking red x in the upper right hand of the projection which when selected, caused the projection to vanish. confused, but with some grasp on the concept, Sai took out his old ring and scanned it. Nothing happened. He then scanned his new ring again. the door opened and closed, and the projection appeared once more, his old ring still colored red while all others were green.
Sai now understood what was happening. He went through the old rings one by one, excepting Ragna's, marking them all red. He then assured that all the new rings were marked green and selected the x in the corner once more. Satisfied with the new settings, sai then walked to the meeting room to see if Akio had found anything new,

] Ragna Kamisama Akatsuki | Kamisama Clan | Jounin Ragna made his way back, following Sai back to the base. What a long day to him. But he was glad that he was back. He then followed on after Sai to the meeting room "My loyalty is to my leader. The Chain of Command is my Power."

Konaga SaiAkatsuki Leader| Konaga Clan | SanninAs Sai and Atsureki were beginning to approach the borders of the Chakra forest, they had already started to travel uphill as they were going deeper and deeper up into the mountains. the fog began to thin out slightly as the trees spread out as well, morphing from the sickly dead and mangled trees, to a much more alive forestry scene as they finally reached the border of the base, where they could see a brook running across their path. Leaping down from the trees, Sai walked up to the edge of the brook and turned to Atsureki... "Don't ever step in the brook, it triggers a series of traps that I have set up for defense. It's only about 5 ft wide, so it's an easy jump, but just remember that little tip."
Leaping over the brook, Sai continued to lead Atsureki on as the forest floor morphed into a hard rock surface, eventually changing into a mountain bluff as they came upon a large wall which shot up at a sharp angle which went up the mountainside for at least another mile. Again, Sai turned to the young Genin and gave a quick synopsis of what would be to follow..."This wall houses the front entrance to the base. Once I open it, it will close quickly behind in about 10 seconds, so make sure you follow me in quickly and don't dawdle behind." Lifting his right hand up to the wall, Sai pointed the ring he wore on his right thumb towards the wall, swiping it across a rather specific region as his ring was scanned. The mountainside began to rumble as the rock wall split open, pulling back to reveal an entranceway into the base as Sai immediately stepped into the dark corridor, watching as Atsureki followed close behind.
