I would like to suggest a 'Sensor' class, see 'Karin' and concepts within the 'Inuzuka' and 'Yamanaka' clans.

There is source material on an Inuzuka class. I can work on adapting it.

I'm noticing careless lacking updated customs, bloodlines, curse marks, so on so forth. I don't care if you're lazy or busy or whatever you think you're doing right, you need to update those so we (the newcomers) are fully aware of what is available and what is not. It is annoying for me, to look around and see such a confusing, and annoying guild set-up. I have had a very hard time finding things.
I need my character, a genin, Svellos to be updated as the clan head of Ukyohan, because I've mentioned this about 4 or 5 times before, and the mods have so happily ignored it. Yes, he WAS accepted.
And if you are thinking, if I can do a better job then you, I think I can. Make me a crew member and I'll fix all your errors. Being that I've so keenly discovered them.
And I know I am not just speaking for myself. I know that other folks also feel this way. Spammers for example. *Sorry I'm bringing you in man, I need some back-up support.
Addition: Who are our vices and guild Captain? If you are the real vice captains or the Captain, please stand up. Please stand up. I know there's a member list, and I do know who they are. But still, I don't really know who they as a person are or their aspirations for the guild. At those ranks, you ought to let people know what you are all about. That way we feel more inclined to come to you for help. If not, it's rather intimidating.
Note: Please take this cordially, and respond on peaceful terms. I do apologize, if it comes off slightly offensive or heavy. The truth hurts. Sorry I have to be the bad guy. I am very critical, and I find mistakes quite often and with good cause for correction..

Well, I can see that the bloodline was approved and that you were approved to USE the bloodline, HOWEVER...You are a Genin. What in your storyline would make you the HEAD of that clan. Is it simply because there is no one else available to be the head?
...I can certainly see the practicality of appointing you the head of the clan within the guild, but your character wouldn't gain anything from being the head. You would simply have a knowledge of the advanced techniques, though you would not be able to use them until the appropriate level.
I suppose this would also allow you to teach and mentor others in the ways of the clan, were they to also be approved for the bloodline. Would you be willing to supply a bit of back story to your character to explain why you are the clan's head as a Genin?
(I'm not trying to discourage you, I'm simply trying to make it seamlessly fit into the character and the RP as a whole.)

Well, I felt simply that I would rather like to be the Head. And that I do not foresee many others joining. Being the leader of anything doesn't boast powers, but it allows access to other things. The clan's history as I had read, had shifted over time. There really wouldn't be many members anyway, no? Especially in the Mist's branch? And besides that, this nin will be leaving his village at chunin to start his own organization. I think being the Head of a clan would fit in rather nicely. I'll write about how his great grandfather or something was the Head and it passed down the chain of command by blood or something like royalty. I'll go ahead and begin writing an entire background history for my character, I did not realize that was allowed. In the skeleton, there wasn't a section for it. It would also give more reason for me to create custom techniques, instead of just magically making them later on. Is there a rank requirement on when you can create said techniques?

Sure, go ahead and add that to your profile. I will appoint you the head of the clan temporarily, but Bloodline stuff is not my purview, so I cannot say it is official, though you make many good points.
I'm sure it will be fine. It would after all make sense for this clan's head to be a missing-NIN, but you may want to consider leaving Mist under peaceful terms. They are not the most forgiving when it comes to traitors and deserters. Your character would strive for peace and solitude anyways (especially to keep your clan's secrets safe) I would have a hard time thinking that the Mizukage would disagree with this and not allow you to leave quietly.

There is no rank requirement for creating techniques, but there does need to be a defined rank for Custom jutsu when they are created. As such, you can create all of the clan jutsu, or custom jutsu you want ...]even though you may not yet have access to use them at your current rank.

That way, I won't be hunted down. But for now, I will do my little Genin studies and do some missions here and there.
Edit: Alright then. I was worried I'd have to be a Jounin or something. I think I'll start making some right away. Then put them in the acceptance area of course.
