"Hurray!" Epsilon laughed, throwing up his arms like he had just won the lottery. Forney rolled his eyes and resisted the urge to pinch the teen.
"I assure you Lind's mom that we have all the time in the world." Jin Tian added pleasantly. "Thank you for letting us come along." He had just copied Eppi's name for the woman. Was that really her name, Lind's mom? He didn't know but didn't want to offend anyone by not using it.

Well, at least someone was enthusiastic about it. Sort of balanced out the fact that someone else seemed to be rather grumpy about being there.
"You can call me Subo, dear," she said happily, tucking the receipt from the shop into her bag with the others. "Well, there's only one or two more shops to go to, so you have the rest of the time in the world to do something more exciting. And with a wave of her hand to dismiss the other's thanks, for really, it wasn't needed, she set off down the sidewalk.
And with a roll of his eyes at the proclamation that the errands were ending and mouthing 'thank you', at the sky, Lind followed.

"Let us off Forney!" Eppi crowed, seeming to have forgiven the male for earlier. He grabbed the chef's hand and tugged him into a trot after Subo, ignoring Forney's groan of dismay.
Jin Tian chuckled at the sight as well as Lind's obvious relief at having the shopping soon to be over. "That bad is it?" The Herald asked with a small smile.

"So," subo said after a few moments of walking, glancing back at the small group following her. "How did you guys meet?"
Lind glanced over at Jin Tian, giving him a knowing look and a slow nod. It wasn't really bad, exactly, but just...boring. Because he couldn't really do much during it, except just...stand around and wait. Which was never really that fun.

"I ran into Lind by accident and almost made him fall." Epsilon chirped happily, keeping a tight hold on Forney's hand.
"Same here, but it was with a door. Jin Tian was there with me then too." The redhead muttered, glaring at Lind out of the corner of his eye.
Jin Tian smiled at Lind but didn't say anything else as he strode along behind at the group. Well, at least he'd be able to keep the male company now. It was never fun to be bored.

"My, my," Her tone of voice had a rather dry, sarcastic tone to it, though nothing too obvious. "Seems like you're turning it into a habit, eh?" Just seems like Lind has a very...magnetic personality? Harharhar. "Though you might want to keep the running into less literal."
Oh god. Oh god. He knew what was gong to come up eventually. The stories. Oh the stories. They were inevitable. And would probably end up getting used as mocking fodder by Forney. Jin Tian got yet again another exasperated look before making a face at Forney.
He's still a teenager. He can do that.

Jin Tian hid his mouth behind a hand, laughing as quietly as he could. The Herald gave Lind a consolatory glance, trying to be as serious as possible.
"But I run all the time." Epsilon explained. "Do people really, really knock Lind down a lot?" He asked politely. Tian couldn't help but let his smile widen.

Jin Tian got a shrug and a sigh as a response as Lind shoved his hands in his pockets.
"Well, I wouldn't say all the time," She said, looking around. Where was that store, again? It was...right there. Aha. "Though someone seems to have taken it to a new level." And with that comment she ducked into the store with a quick 'Play nice, boys.'

Eppi cocked his head to the side as Subo disappeared into the store. Did that mean people did run into Lind all the time? He wasn't sure but his thoughts were cut off by Forney annoyed sigh.
"Do we have to stick around here all day?" He whined.
"Yes." Both Tian and Epsilon said at the same time. This made Eppi giggled. "I like Subo and Lind, so we stay." He said rather sternly to the eye-roll Forney gave him.
"And I am sure Subo is almost done shopping." Jin Tian added, but it was mostly for Lind's benefit as he patted the male's shoulder benignly.

Well. People ran into him, he wasn't sure if he would call it all the time, but it did happen.
And oh my god. Did this guy ever stop whining? Lind shot the man another irate glance, though he looked over at Jin Tian when he patted his shoulder. "Hopefully."
"Sooo..." Okay. Even though he kept on saying that company would be nice, he was at a complete loss of anything to say. Aside from work related things, which he was sure they didn't want to hear. "What're you here for? Aside from chocolate."

No, Forney never stopped whiny. It was part of his very being and was unlikely to go away any time soon. At the moment, the pastry chef was returning Lind's glare.
"Just the chocolate." Jin Tian replied rather mournfully. "Oh, and cough syrup. Whatever that it." He wrinkled his nose.
"I told you Tian." Eppi sighed looking happy to explain again. "It's a special type of medicine that gets rid of cough. It's for out friend Basil." Epsilon told Lind. "He has the flu."

At least it was hilarious whiny. Because if it wasn't, then there might be a bit of a problem. But hey. Every time he had a liittle tantrum, Lind kinda felt like cracking up laughing. Oh Forney.
At the mention of cough syrup, his nose wrinkled in disgust. Blech. "That sucks." Never too fun being sick. Then you can't work or do much of anything and that was just never fun.
