Don't think I'm evil...
Bakar's brain lagged far behind, but he managed to get out a "OMG YOU'RE A MONSTER!"
Bakar runs around in circles, hoping that something will change, and everything will make sense again, having completely missed half of the conversation in his mental lag.

For mad scientists who keep brains in jars, here's a tip: Panda, upon hearing the boy suddenly losing his head after a strange silence, decided to forsake trying to change his appearance with a tweak of the potion and instead concentrated on fixing things with his own power.
[Change Form]
His arm slowly grew back into his body, shrinking and losing its horrible bulges. Soone nough it looked as if it had never changed at all. A transmutation specialist must have a good sense of the way their own body feels, after all. "Is this more comfortable for you, young sir?"
Why not add a touch of lemon for freshness?

 Feline puts a soothing hand on Bakar's shoulder trying to calm him down a little before following the professor into his study or at least trying to follow him in...it seemed that he'd now caught the arm on the other side of the door trying to get back in. ((edit)) "No offence taken at all!" she smiled. "That sounds like and interesting line of study you are looking into. Not quite sure why you'd want purple eyebrows, but I do have to say they look quite splendid on you. Rather majestic." The Professor had made his way back into the study. Feline took the chance to look around at the wonderland, well the half burnt wonderland, that was the Professors inner sanctum

Upon feeling Feline's hand, he turns to her.
"OMG! DID YOU SEE THAT MONSTER!? He was right..."
Bakar looks at the professor
"Did YOU see it, sir!? That monster that was just here..!! He was all half deformed! And he looked a lot like you! Only deformed! IT WAS MESSED UP MAN!"
Bakar looks back at Feline.
"Where did he go..?"

For mad scientists who keep brains in jars, here's a tip:
Rolling his eyes at Bakar, he turned back to the feline lady within his study.
"I would ask you why in the world one would NOT wish and hope and pray ever so dearly for purple eyebrows, but then we would be getting into philosophy, and I am in no mood for phhilosophising in my study with a cat woman and a small boy."
He approached an end table and picked up a decanter full of green liquid. "Would you care for a drink, my lady? Oh, wait -" he uncorked the bottle and sniffed it, before reeling back "I forgot I filled my spirit bottle full of the base for the potion.. Hmm. perhaps it is this which needs the tweaking."
Suddenly, as if possessed by a spirit, the Professor flung himself towards his cabinets and began rifling through bottles of herbs and liquids, obvivious to the fact that most of the cabinet had been blown apart and many bottles lay scattered around; unbroken, due to the continuous Reparation enchantment upon them. "Hmmm... hmmm... hmmm..."
Why not add a touch of lemon for freshness?

Bakar's attention was immediately caught when he processed the words "purple eyebrows". Bakar gazed at the professor curiously, then started to roam around the room, picking up glass viles and flasks.
"A drink? I want a drink!"
Bakar examines a flask of a mysterious liquid, and thinks about consuming it.
"So, Professor, what are you doing in here? Did you hear the big explosion that was here? And see the monster?"
Bakar continues to examine the flask, and holds it up above his head.

Bakar suddenly remember an issue that he needed the professor's help with, but puts all of his will-power into being patient and waiting for the proper opening to ask for assistance.

He rushed to the other side of the room, and then spun back around, his eyes fixing on the two junior spellcasters "Huh?! What are you two doing here?? Out! Get out! Get out! I have EXPERIMENTS to perform!"
Afetr making a few more ushering gestures, the Spellcasting Professor turned his back and would say no more, aside from muttering the occassional thing to himself.
Why not add a touch of lemon for freshness? (( Sorry guys, it's bedtime! I'll seeya tomorrow!))

After being shooed out of the lab, Bakar stands outside it, somewhat confused as to what just happened. Bakar stands dumbfounded for a while.

Feline is glad that she was saved from having to try out one of the Professor's potions...while she was thirsty...she didn't trust anything that came out of that room. She was now off to forage in the night for some food so she could rest up for more training tomorrow. (( Night Lorika and Nico! ))

Hearing the explosion from the other side of the library, Chem began to panic. Setting the book down, he ran to the area where the explosion came from. He saw the cat woman.

Bakar seemed to regain himself at Chem's presence. Having been unnoticed by Chem, Bakar thought that this might be the perfect time to sneak off to the library to study the book that he found earlier.
It was time for Bakar to attempt telekinesis once more. Desperate to succeed, and finally understanding that the ability had nothing to do with how hard you glared at an object, Bakar focused all of his energy on a nearby book, attempting with all of his concentration to make it lift itself off the table.
"I have to do it... I just have to do it... OK Bakar, focus"

Bakar sighed at his failure, and continue to read the book on telekinesis. After having thoroughly studied the book, Bakar makes another attempt, this time devoting all of his energy to his concentration.
"If there's no doubt in my mind, then I will succeed..."

As Bakar notices the book actually rising from the table, he jumps up ten feet into the air with shouts of glee, and twirls around the room for a good half of an hour. He had successfully learned telekinesis.
Once Bakar had calmed down, he decided that it was time for a snack and a nap, so he conjured up a muffin, devoured it in a single bite, and went off to rest.

Chem realized he had been standing there for an hour. He thought he probably should go. He wandered out into the Isle, looking for the Temple.
Eventually, he saw something shining in the distance. He figured it was the temple. He decided to eat something. He began to move his hand...
