Akherontis Haha, aw, thanks, shucks. Here's a brand new one. Huehuecoyotl, the Aztec god of music, song and dance. A trickster deity who seems strangely similar to the Native American trickster deity Coyote.  Coyote is fun in Gunnerkrigg Court

Melios the Hoplite Dang... Akherontis you should make your own roleplaying game trying to feature all of these creatures and more if only you could find the time. Quick question, what mythology is Samiel, hellhound and seed of destruction from? Got it from HellBoy. Sammael isnt a hellhound, he's a jewish angel of death

history goddess  athena chibi... if any of you know of saint seiya you'll know why she has purple hair AND did you know goddess' could change their hair colour at any time? found that out on this website dedicated to the ancient hairstyles in greece... xd Athena's chibi has nice hair, colors and all. ^_^ I wonder if Royalty is meant to come with hair like that, automatically, or if they'd still have to work at it. Either way, Athena is cool! cool Akherontis Haha, thanks, Mizz Faith! Ares or Mars, you might appreciate this work in progress. It's Phobos, one of the twin sons of Ares, the personification of Terror, Panic and Cowardice. I plan to add the other twin Deimos to the pic as well, and possibly Ares and his lover/sister Enyo if that turns out well. Update: And there's Deimos.  They look scary, descriptions-wise, to say the least! Whatever you do, don't look at the eyes!

Here's a new sketch I did last night. Ma-Mian (Horse-Face), a demon who guards the gates of Yu-Di, the Chinese Underworld, allowing only the dead to pass. He works alongside Niu-Tou (Ox-Head), a character I will draw soon.

You are amazing! I did couple Greek Mythology inspired photo manipulations, but I am going to redo them some day.
I found the perfect stock images for my Artemis manipulation that I want to do <3

Akherontis, i love all of your arts. emotion_kirakira and if i may say, you are quite the encyclopedia! and as the encyclopedia, whats should Ἶρις look like? im trying to dress up my avi as her, but there are so many interpretations of her! and wikipedia doesnt help with depicting her looks (or at least i didnt read/see any part about that). =w= anyways, any hints on her look?
