( what jutsu did you use? >.> you didnt explain using the jutsu at all you just said that you did a jutsu and the guy felt better... also do you already know this jutsu? if not then you cant use it or learn it till someone teaches you such as the kage, academy teacher, npc used by the crew. )

Suddenly the doors burst open, and a man with oversized glasses, silver hair, and a whacked out look on his face stumbled in, his eyes bloodshot and his breath full of Scotch. "Welllllllllll.........what can I do for my patients todaaaaaaaaaay.........ehehehe......" He slurred, propping himself up against the secretary's desk for support. Despite his outward appearance, he was actually the head doctor of the Sunagakure medical ninja division, Doctor Lothar, a brilliant medical ninja who had saved countless lives and made several advancements in the medical field. Of course, he scared quite a few people very easily, seeing as his clan was one that made him drunk nearly all the time.

(Yes, hes a member of the lothar clan, and the lothar clan always functions better when drunk)

Doctor Lothar lurched around at the sound of a voice, a young girl. "Well.......Whats to be needin to be fixed today, ehh?" he asked, seemingly drunk out of his right mind, but clearly aware of what was going on. As he was about to ask more questions in a drunken slur, the emergency room doors burst open, with a team of nurses carrying a man on a stretcher with a large bloody hole in his stomach, almost completely through his body. "Gangway, Fuuma Shuriken wound, gangway!" Before they could go any further, Doctor Lotharjumped in front of them, whipping through a long string of handseals before saying "Hiton: Chiyute no Jutsu!" A stream of dark brown, almost Lager colored chakra flowed through his hands to the man's wound, healing him completely within twenty minutes, while the nurses stood there dumbfounded. Wiping a line of sweat from his brow, he turned back to the girl, seemingly more sober, and said, "Now then, whats up, and what are ya needin?" while the nurses continued to carry the man to the hospital room for aenemia treatment.

Chiyute No Jutsu: Ichidanto (Healing Hands Technique: Major)
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses chakra into the palms of their hands, creating a small ball of healing chakra. This chakra, when concentrated, can repair physical damage to another person. With this level of technique, a Jounin has reached the end of what can be accomplished without the aid of a hospital. All but the most critical injuries can be healed and in some cases even injuries that would otherwise lead to a swift death can be reduced just enough to transport the patient to a hospital.

Doctor Lothar raised a curious eyebrow. Was this another one of those pesky inspectors the Kazekage was always sending to make sure he wasnt drinking on the job? Or was she a real student? Either way, it would be good for him to just practice his basic techniques, after using so much chakra to heal that man. "Well then, I'd be pleased to help you, Mrs. Kyukes......Mrs. Keyussk......Mrs. Kekey........Sora." he said, leading her to one of the minor medical rooms, to a patient with a fever caused by an infection. "Alright Sora, in order to learn how to treat medical injuries, one must first learn how to Identify them. I want you to release a stream of your chakra into this person, and tell me what is causing their fever." Doctor Lothar said as he opened a guinness and took a swig. If this girl couldnt find out what was wrong, he would go back to drinking. But if she DID figure out the problem, he would continue training her in the medical arts............and drink at the same time.

Doctor Lothar glanced at the girl, amazed that she had gotten it right. ".........did you cheat?" He asked, the alcohol beginning to take it's effect again. "Well no matter, looks like I can keep teaching you. Now then, since his cut is infected, you probably want to sterilize it. Well to do that, you gotta sterilize yourself." As he said this, he made a single handseal and said "Kiyomaru." The Lager colored chakra returned and formed over his hands, upper arms, and face, making them clean and free of bacteria, and returning his breath to normal.........until he took another swig of Guinness. "This jutsu will cleans your arms and face, cleaning yourself off when you cant wash your hands. You can use it on that cut too, but it will only cleanse, not cure. Try it out." He said, taking another swig of his beer.

Kiyomaru (Cleanse)
Description: It is not always possible for a medical nin to practice basic hand washing and other procedures. This technique has the effect of instantly removing bacteria, dirt, blood, and other contaminants from the user’s hands, lower arms, and face. It also insures that any breath that comes from the user’s body will be free of any bacteria or infectious disease. This technique can also be used to clean the wounds of others in order to prevent infection from bacteria. It the event that the medical nin is using this technique to prevent infection of an injury that has been inflicted upon them, it is used as if the shinobi were using it on somebody else.

"Good........Good. Now lets try another jutsu." the doctor remarked, taking his now empty guinness and smashing it against a wall, then opening a cut on his finger with the broken glass. Holding his other hand over the cut and muttering "Shadan" a small intricate circle formed over the cut. "This jutsu prevents things like bacteria, chakra, and other things from entering a cut. Now that you sterilized that man's wound, use this jutsu on it." He said as he reached into his coat pocked, producing a small bourbon bottle.

Quarantine Technique [Shadan no Jutsu]
This jutsu utilized a large circular seal. The seal prevents things like diseases, bacteria, chakra, and other form of sicknesses from entering or exiting the quarantined area. This jutsu does not prevent things like people or animals from entering or leaving the area, however, and it is not 100% foolproof
