Coren nodded his head as Letum followed his instructions well,"Good... very nice." Coren then grabed Letum's shoulders, pushing down on him a bit as he kicked his feet apart into a wider horse stance. He ran his hands down Letum's arms, gripping them tight to tense his muscles as he out stretched his student's hands before him. Coren looked him over for a moment, "Okay.... just hold that. Work on tensing and relaxing your self right now."
Coren then looked to Aoi who was not doing so well... Coren sighed," Aoi. Sorry it matters not what your order is. But you must practice tensing and relaxing your muscles. This slow training will give you speed... Now, let me show you once more." Coren dropped into horse stance and moved his arms slowly across his chakra points, tensing and releasing his muscles as his finger passed over it.

Letum allowed his body to relax as Coren moved it into a more proper, and correct stance then he had achieved prior. "Understood." He held his stance firm as he took in a breath, his muscles seem relaxing under his skin. As he exhaled he tensed his muscles, the muscles tightening and coiling up as they contracted while in the stance. Exhaling once more and allowing his muscles to relax. Commonly when working muscles he exhaled upon using them and exhaling once relaxing or resting them, finding it more effective the sporadic, uneven, or nonrhythmic breathing. He continued do this till we would be told to stop or to change tasks.
His eyes diverted over to Coren as he spoke to Aoi but not allowing himself to shift his stance or stop himself. His eyes simply taking in the movements of Coren, analyzing and reading each movement of his limbs and body.

 Fortune knocks but once,
Aoi paid alot of attention this time, not by the order this time. Aoi watched all the moves and started to murmur to herself what they were. As Coren stopped, Aoi Went the first stance that Coren was in.....The horse stance. She tensed up her whole body, and moved her arms forward. Release... SHe thought as were her arms moved the muscles start to relax. Though her legs were alittle bit wobbly, she took a different stance, the neko dachi. Her legs were perfectly fine now.
Aoi repeated the same movements again, but started to release ever muscle eventually this time. She tried different stances to do it, but she found the crane and swan stance harder to do this simple, yet complex movement. She finally stopped her Movements and waited for the next thing they were going to learn.

Coren slipped away from the two pulling pots from beneath his robes. He spun on his heels, tossing the filled vessels at his students. If they had learned what they were supposed to they would be quick enough to break them. This work on muscle control allows the practitioner to speed himself up for lightning fast strikes and blocks. While they would be unable to move at that speed yet, they would still be faster than most genin.

Letum saw the pot being thrown at him and began to react. His muscles relaxed momentarily as his body began to shift in the direction of the pot. His right hand suddenly thrusted forward at the pot. His hand making contact near the middle of the pot, his muscles tensing upon contact. His strike was quick and strong enough that the pot shattered as his fist contacted with it. The pot shattering and splintering in various directions before the pieces fell to the ground. After the strike he pulled his hand back in and ended in the horse stance.

Fortune knocks but once,
Aoi noticed the pot heading her direction, and Letum had already broke the first one. Aoi had slouched downward and ran over and lifted her leg upwards. in that split second that it started to touch the back of her foot she slammed it downward, making it shatter along the ground. It wasn't the smartest way to do it, she knew, but she didn't want to repeat what Letum had done and make herself look like she was copying him.....therefore making herself weak. Aoi had stretched her foot and put her foot back to ground level.she folded her arms behind her back, and blew a hair blocking her view, out of the way.

Coren smirked,"Not bad you two. I expected atleast on of you to miss, but I am pleasantly surprised. That is the first stage of The Lightning Strike Fist. Later we will work on even more speed, but now you'll need to learn some of the lightning jutsu that make us famous."
Coren made a hand sign and instantly their were two of him. They both spoke at once, "You will both be learning the Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu, the Lightning Clone. Unlike most clones, which are genjutsu and unable to attack, these are ninjutsu and are of solid forms," Coren poked his clone, who giggled like the Pillsberry dough boy,"They won't be a strong as you, but they're far more deadly than most clones you'll find. NOW.... BEGIN!"
(Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique)
Description: This technique makes a simple clone of the shinobi however unlike the standard bunshin, which is a genjutsu, this bunshin takes an actual physical form through the use of electrically charged chakra. One can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly disperses into smoky, hot air. It is also able to attack using taijutsu, however it's ability to attack is around 1/10 in perspective to the user, in return for this weakness it's attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body.)

A figure would be noticed forming from the ground. It would begin to take the shape of a well known individual of the village, Tsukasa Uchiha. It would finish growing and Tsukasa would appear. He stood by and watched as the Shinobi Trained.

Letum listened top Coren and focused his eyes on Coren's hand signs. His eyes taking in the various signs that were formed to use this jutsu. He picked up the basic hand signs fairly easily as he began to do them himself. Though due to his poor chakra control he wasn't able to nail the jutsu on his first attempt. Because of this the clone came out not what it had been intended to look like. He knew that would happen, he was aware of his lack of control of his chakra but wasn't sure of how to change it to improve such issues.

Aoi nodded, as she tried to memorize the hand signs first of all. This, of course, was the easy part. the next part would be more challenging, for her chakra was a fire based one, and it might take her a little while to do the jutsu properly. Aoi first tried to focus her chakra like a normal clone, though when she tried the jutsu this way the clone was a yellowish grey color... and then would disperse all around her. Nobody can get the jutsu done correctly the first time.... Aoi thought to herself.

((I had figured you'd post a comment RP post on our first attempts and give guidance XD But anyways, I have no issues posting once more...figured I'd make sure I'm not being rude.))
Letum exhaled once heavily and then breathed in, allowing his mind to relax more to allow himself to tune more into his chakra use before attempting again. After which he tried the jutsu once more, his hand signs flowing perfectly in sequence. To his mind they seemed rather basic and easy to follow once nailing them down once. As he completed his hand signs another clone had appeared, this time it appeared more complete and nearly right. Having focused himself helped more, though the clone still seemed incomplete when it had appeared he was getting it.
