Assuming that I get the auto rank to Jounin I have the following questions.
How many jutsu would I be able to have and of what levels.
For the summon should I still post the RP post of what my character went through in the past to get it. Or something else.
I know there was a few more things but I can't recall them at the moment. I'll post them when I remember. ^_^

look in the rulebook located in the getting started sub-forum for the auto-rank rules, and yes you still need to apply for a summon if you want one.

I have a question about profile:
When you have a fairly good list do you have to start out with that list or work up towards it?
What I had in mind for my character is have him start with a set of basics and then in the course of the RP the list grows longer and he grows stronger.

you start off with the three basic jutsus given in the profile skeleton and then as you learn more you add them to your profile, I hope that answers your question

Sorry if this is a stupid question but:
can my character be born in one village but reside in another? Or does it need to come from one village only?

If you want you can do that. Be sure to put it in the backstory explaining how and why your rpc left said village to reside in your current one

You could make your own by filling out the custom bloodline application. Or you can look at other custom bloodlines and ask people if you can join that. Not enough people do that. But if you have a good idea for a clan by all means submit it

Someone may have already asked this, but during sometime of are rp, are there going to be any countries at war ?
ect.. or would we have to plan to do something like this..

well unless you plan on dropping your first character you can't make another character, eventually people will be allowed two rpc's but for now it's one character per person.
however if you do intend to drop your first character, I beilieve that cloud, mist, rock, or sand could all use more active rp-ers (though mist is clearly superior to all other villages *cough, cough* ninja )

Ash's ninja types are tactical and chakra control. Both these lessen the posts needed when learning jutsu. Here is what I got.
(Academy level) 3 posts -4 posts for being a tactical ninja -2 posts for chakra control = -3 posts
(Genin level) 5 posts -4 posts for being a tactical ninja -2 posts for chakra control = -1 post
(Chuunin level) 8 posts -4 posts for being a tactical ninja -2 posts for chakra control = 2 posts
(Jounin level) 12 posts -4 posts for being a tactical ninja -2 posts for chakra control = 6 posts
(Kage level) 15 posts -4 posts for being a tactical ninja -2 posts for chakra control = 9 posts
-1 rank off jutsu when learning them for tactical ninja. -1 rank off jutsu for chakra control
Okay now for my questions. Since I know I can't auto learn do i just need one good post to learn academy and genin level jutsu?
With the rank off Chuunin level jutsu bumped down to genin, that would make it also a negative post number. So would that also only need one good post?
I'm just trying to get a good grasp on what exactly I am going to be required to do to learn jutsu.
