goodshot911SNK you know that is vary true I think strip clubs should be banned if anything that's just nasty that is wat makes people rape I think that if anything we should legalize prostitution, strip clubs are around because they're part of popular demand, that's just something capitalism allows, we shouldn't ban a product because it might cause a small portion of people to do things... if we go with this logic we might have to ban pop for causing addictions.

Rainbowfied Mouse Don't speed when driving. Don't own an illegal weapon. Don't do pot. Don't have non-missionary sex (Sodomy Laws taken down in 2003) The government can make a law, won't stop people. I have to agree with Mouse on this, look at how the prohibition worked out in the 1920s, and how about that drug war? How about taking responsibility for yourself? If you feel something is bad, then don't do it.

However laws that don't affect other people are our individual rights!

porn is devastatingly addictive and destructive peoples lives, marriages, and finances, but so are alot of perfectly legal and accepted things. smart people will stay away from it, but if stupid people are stupid enough to look at it, that's their choice. just like smokers, drunks, obese over-eaters, etc. us smart people don't have the right to deny the stupid perople their choice

Rainbowfied Mouse Ruyashie Rainbowfied Mouse It's revenue for the government, people buy it, and it hurts no one... go for it. It has been know to lead men to rape. Go back to your psychology books. It hasn't led men to rape, it temporarily decreases a person's opinion of rape being horrible. There may be some people who watch porn and go out and do things to people. Should stop extremist groups that can sometimes lead men to violence, or ban alcohol that sometimes leads to drinking and driving, domestic violence, and rape; or we should ban the internet which sometimes is abused with child pornography; should we ban the bible that sometimes causes groups to go out and kill in the name of God? Bad things happen, and porn doesn't isn't always the cause of it, we shouldn't ban something because some people are ignorant. Their actions will be paid for in the justice system. i think it's really sad that you put the bible in the same category with porn and alcohol...........

Basiically, it should be allowed. In a way, it dosent hurt anyone (unless the person watching isnt mentally or emotionally stable.) But, even if that does happen, its not the company's fault. They have their warnings before you enter their sites (though its only of age, not metal stability.)
But one thing is they need to stop making the free sites and have all sites that are the memership sites. you must be a member to look or watch the stuff.

Porn crosses that extremely thin line where the Fed has no right meddling in our lives. Creating a ban on it only creates an underground smuggling network. Porn is psychologically normal, and personally the Fed telling us no, is a sign of oppression. Because the porn industry is classified as art, and it is because it is form of media, it is protected by the 1st Amendment. So the Fed banning it is a violation of the Constitution, AND clearly oppressive. So no, banning porn is both illegal and wrong.
