Taxus smirked as he prepared to set off with his group for Nuthanger farm.
Dogsbane ran to the edge of the down. "BYE!!" He called, waving his little paw. "GOOD LUCK!!" One day...one day he would be like them..

Moonsong smiled at him, her head tipped slightly to one side and her ears drawn back. "Alright. I'll hold you to that."
Her brows furrowed and she gave his face a lick. "I will. Always. Be safe."
While the signal was given for them to go, the monochrome doe stepped back to allow everyone to leave without having to go around her. She fluffed her fur up and put on a smile for Cowslip. In truth, she was terrified and prayed for her mate's safe return.
The signal was given to head out. Bramblebur gave a nod to Bracken-rah before moving to stand with his group. He took several deep breaths. There was no point in getting overly worked up this early in the raid. He would stay alert, calm. He would protect those that would need it and would strive his best to do well for the Down.

Not paying a great deal of attention to the various good-byes being said, Saxifrage simply lopped along behind Captain Cocklebur. He didn't bother trying to stay close to the front of the group for now. Hanging back a little and saving his energy until they were close to the farm seemed the prudent thing to do.

She caught Bracken-rah's nod, and was slightly comforted. Althea looked away as his eyes focused to Cocklebur though, she already knew of their dislike for one another and didn't need another thing on her mind. And while on that topic, she shook her head and stretched before taking her clip up a notch to catch up with the Captain. Focus, she needed to focus. She took in the smells and sounds, slipping into her Owsla role with pleasure and comfort.
It wasn't always easy, but it was home to her. Keeping pace with Cocklebur as he called out orders, she marched on the Down. Frith would watch over this day, and she would too.
What's this? Had someone already beaten him to aggravating Gingko? Crow approached Foxtail with curiosity as he seemingly yelled at his foot. Suddenly the young Outskirter's opinion of the raid soared.

Cowslip nodded and smiled at his mate, but a tinge of sadness and worry clearly showed in his expressive features. "I will, you do the same..." And with that, he was off, following Cocklebur's group.
Ginkgo thumped his foot to gather his group's attention. "Right then, lets move out. Stick together and keep your wits about you." He barked, but with an encouraging tone as he began to move in the direction of the farm.
Badassi silently began to move alongside Blackthorn, a crease in his brow betraying his discomfort and worry.

Ginkgo's smaller yet powerful foot attracted the attention of her sensitive ears. Her nose wiggled a little at his tone, it surprized her a little, actually. Commanding and firm, yet. . . a little kind. She could understand the need for encouragement as it appeared many of their group were first timers like herself, but she was far more expecting the owsla to be much more. . . strict and disciplined. She wasn't sure if she liked this approach, yet an order was an order. Ginkgo was their leader and if she planned to keep her tail, she'd best do as he say, even if he sang it.
She looked to Crow and Foxtail with a questioning glance, before moving out with the other's, unsure what other surprises there would be along the way: good or bad.

as the rabbits began moving out Blueflax grabbed Zelkova by the ear and tugged him into line behind Ginkgo, he looked back at Bracken-Rah with a questioning quirk in his brow but having been watching him for the longest time he could tell that something was amiss behind closed doors and he would have to be more then on his toes. but he was happy he wasn't with the captain. frankly the captains resolve concerned the buck greatly. but then he didn't feel any better with Ginkgo. as he came up on the group he looked to the others that had been divided with him. however the only one he recognized right off was Bramblebur, he had heard a great many things of this buck and he held a certain respect for him.
Zelkova growled slightly at being tugged but he followed closely to Blueflax remaining quiet and detached. he felt the fur on the ridge of his back bristle with anxious energy. a cool smirk on his face and a slight glint in his eye.
Sequoia nodded to Ginkgo before lolloping off after cocklebur in an excited buzz but yet she contained herself and hoped gracefully and as quietly as she could. she didn't care under what circumstances the raid was arranged nor who agreed with it or didn't she wanted to go and she wanted to be recognized

Foxtail stopped trying to hold in his energy, once Ginkgo’s attention was no longer on him. His body shuddered slightly with anticipation as he began to follow the group; remaining as quiet as possible but still somewhat bouncy as he noticed the young male outskirter approaching him, “Hi there! I’m Foxtail. You’re quite big for your age I must say. Are you in my group too? It’s exciting isn’t it? We get to help our warren!” while his voice was somewhat squeaky with enthusiasm, he keep it at a low volume so as not to annoy Ginkgo or attract any unwanted attention.

Moonsong caught Cowslip's sadness easily. She brightened her smile for him, but her blue eyes shone with her barely hidden sadness. The doe nodded and watched the black and white buck turn to follow his group. Her ears hung low over her back, her smile fading.
Bramblebur sat up at Ginkgo thump his foot against the ground. He looked to the smaller buck with a neutral face. Flicking his ear, he nodded and cast a glance about the group. Spotting Blueflax, the striped buck nodded to him. This was serious business and it was a small degree of comfort that the group had at least a few owsla in their number, more specifically those who had the best in mind for the warren.

As the groups both headed off, Bracken moved away from the majority of the rabbit throng to sit on the edge of down. Watching as the figures of his rabbits shrink into the distance, he then turned his gaze towards the sunrise.
"Oh Frith, please... please bring them back to me safely. Every one." Bracken's voice was low and soft, but not without its underlying tone of anguish and worry. Bracken's heart was heavy and he had a feeling of dread in his gut.
Yet if a Seer had been present, they might have seen a brown figure sitting next to the chief. Watching and having echoed his words.
(( And NOW we will be splitting off into teams! No more posting in this thread please! RP will continue in the threads for each respective team. :3 ))
