He nodded, "I see. You seem to know quite a bit about dinosaurs." He couldn't help but laugh at the huff he'd gotten out of King, "Yeah I thought so. Hm?" He looked over to where Jay's voice was coming from, blinking. Aww... Looks like our fun's over then... I hope to meet up with you guys again soon." He reached over and gently took back his jacket, slipping it back on. Lightly he pushed Garreth's head out of his lap so he could get up as well.

King blinked and let out a short 'chirp' at the sudden disappearance of a warm jacket, and craned his neck to peer at Salem through one eye.
"..."
Rex, meanwhile, beamed up at Salem. "Thank you," he said, and waved to the man, grinning. "Hope to meet up with you too, sometime." He scrambled to his feet as Jay emerged from Shooter and Star's stables just then, and with a bow to Salem, trotted after the puppy boy.
Bye kind man! Bye little green dragon!
King's eyes were on Salem and Garreth as his twin exited the stables. The tyrannosaurus let out a short bark to them before the two disappeared from view.

He waved lightly as the two of them left, smiling. "I'm sure we'll meet again. Byebye!" With that he turned his attention to Garreth, "Come on kiddo, lets get back to the others then." With that he left the stables himself, blinking at all the kids and their lone caretaker. "Cath? What happened? Where's Duke? Wasn't he helping you?" He settled himself down next to her quietly, smiling down at Cato, speaking in a lower voice now, "You got him to fall asleep? You are good. He's one of the fussiest babies I've ever had to care for..."
Sure enough Cato continued to doze, oblivious to what was happening around him.

It seemed as though everyone was napping except Catherine, Nariko and Leonie. The plump witch pointed off in the direction duke Went. "Rhad caught a really bad cold, so Duke's taking him back to the Home. Duke said he had a fever, so Leo's here with us since he was scared that she'd catch the same cold."
Nariko pushed herslef up from the snow, nuzzling the cold white stuff. "He."
Garreth blinked looking at his older sister. "Aff-dite right, you are a silly baby." He giggled, licking her cheek.
Aphrodite looked up at Leonie. "Wanna race?"
"You two be careful!" Catherine said, very maotherly to the two toddlers.

He nodded lightly. "I see... Yeah, Rhad always did have a stuborn streak... He shouldn't have left you all along to tend to so many kids though. He gently took Cato from her and held him close, zipping up his leather jacket so it formed kind of like a pouch for the spider baby. "He's so cute when he sleeps isn't he? You'd never suspect him of a thing..." He smiled softly, losing himself in the moment with his adoptive son. He was usually better about doing that, but he couldn't help it. He was so cute...

Catherine smiled. "... I can tell he can be a pain, but he's still just a a baby." She said quietly stroking Cato's face gently. "Come and sit with me." She smiled, scooting over, giving Salem ample space to sit down. "We can watch the kids from here."
Nariko sat up and bounded happily around and around the snowpile, only to fall happily again in the soft snow. "Fwee!"
"Mamaa!" Garreth called, not wanting to leave his sister's side. "Nari's being a craazzy."
Catherine laughed a bit. "Well she's a snow fairy, it happens. She likes the snow."
"Oh."

Salem nodded absently to Cath's comment on Rhad. He'd had quite a bit of trouble with him in the past... Gods he was cute... Yep, his thoughts had gone right back to the little one in his arms, oblivious to the world around him. He just couldn't get past the fact that Cato was his. He wasn't going to go anywhere like so many of the other children he cared for. It was okay to get attached to him. This was just so wonderful...
Cato slept on quietly, nuzzling Salem as he did. It was so nice and warm... Slowly he'd started to drool in his sleep.

Catherine shivered a bit, looking to her basket and the to the picnis leftovers, she started to clean up the food. Putting away what was left of the meal and using a simple spell to clean the dishes, putting them away next to the tupperwares of food. Clasping the basket shut, she waved over the large red wagon from it's parked space by a tree a few yards away. Rolling over towards them in a bounding manner stopping at her side. The Plump witch happily placed the basket inside the wagon, then slowly lifted up Baxterfullous wrapping him warmly inside a blanket, placing him next tot he basket. Turning she looked to her children and Leonie. "Kid's it's time to go inside it's geting late!" She said standing up.
"Ok mama." the two that could talk droned, making their way back.
Nariko hung by the see of her pants from Garreth's mouth, giggling rather happily as she occasionaly fell face firt into the snow.

"Yeah, I think it's time to go home." He got himself up off the ground carefully so as not to wake his little multi-armed baby and started to follow after the small group. "I think this place would be perfect for my classes if they give me the job. I guess we'll just have to see."

Catherine smiled to him her usual smile, leaning her head onto his shoulder as they walked up the small hill that lead into the HQ. "I think so too." She said her voice soft, almost whisper like, a small hop followed as she kissed his cheek.
"Bye bye Uncle Say!"
"Bye!
"I guess.. I'll see you later then Salem..." Her smile was shy, as she waved to him goodbye as they parted ways in the hall.

"Look, Shammi! Sheep!" Erishi pointed at the sheep. Shammi scowled and snuggled into Erishi, not wanting to see the sheep.
Hm. Kitten had been in a bad mood ever since she had been left alone with Onion Girl. Shammi didn't show any physical injuries, and Mignon didn't look that scary. Babies were odd.
"The sheep is white and furry. Go pet it!" Shammi squealed as Erishi dangled her over the sheep's back.

As soon as Ike called, Erishi tugged Shammi back to herself, looking somewhat guilty. "Hello, Ike-kitty." She said, ploping Shammi on the ground. "Is Lil' Guv with you?"
"Hai, Ikee." Shammi said, sighing.
