She's not required to give her ideas all the time. What I said was her opinion on things, which you usually post for the two of you. Isn't that similar to having just you as a crew member? You move threads too, which makes you an organizer as well. More often does she does actually.
I think we should continue this in the Meeting Hall. Just so we don't go off topic.

@ Animi: You're never busy but you're not as active.
@ Rukia: Yes, you left a suggestion. But after that you never gave your opinion on the other posts, like Dante's post. scream
If your squad is dead, find a way to resurrect it. It's part of your job to recruit for your own members and keep them active. If you are doing that but you're not getting your expected results, keep trying.
And another thing, if your vice doesn't like mini-arcs then train him in your division for it not to keep dying.
@ Dante: We could do that for now. At least until we find someone who can RP as our new Pandora. I like that idea better than the previous one you presented. He doesnt want to be active......he wont do training because he does not want to be active...I was supposed to get more members at some point but they never showed...

@ Rukia: Why are you just allowing him to be inactive just because he wants to be? That's not what I would call a good lieutenant. So you're saying that he will only be active in the main RP and the main RP alone? I don't even see him around the main forum or the other OOC threads. If I were you, I would ban him. Regardless even if he's my friend in real life or not. Then again, he's your lieutenant; your responsibility. Just make sure you don't let your squad just die. Or else I might just demote you for not being a very good captain.

I have told him to be active and he says that he will be he just does not want to participate in anything other then the Main Rp.....If he claims he is going to become more active...why should I ban him? I do understand his need for not wanting to participate in the mini arcs.. Were both busy in real life aswell. I don't plan on letting it die...but if he is actually going to be active when he says he is why should I ban him?
