Tsukiko ran of to the boy stopping behind him. She gently touch his should hoping he would to face. "Are you okay. We didn't mean to scare you if we did were sorry. You seem nervous, and scared please don't be like you said we were all given powers right so I'm sure no one will harm you harm you." Tsukiko spoke gently almost like she was speaking to a child. She just hope the affected she had on he kids back home worked here two.

"You also said something about how were not monsters can I ask why if that's okay." Tsukiko was scared that someone or something might have found out what happened after the meteor shower. 'No one can find out about that day,' she though to herself.

"True, but that's what life's about, right? Overcoming whatever challenges it throws your way so that you may be a better person." Fyte couldn't help but feel sorry for the kid. Heck, he reminded her somewhat of a cornered animal, extremely scared and confused. She couldn't help but wonder if she should help him; after all, she could control the wind to at least get him out of the situation right now. Scratching the back of her head, it took an annoyed chirp from the neglected Birdie to remind her he was still there. "Oh! I'm sorry, Birdie." She replied, giving the small yellow bird a pat before turning her attention back to the others. "Ne… Tsukiko, could you help me find my room? The dorms look huge and I'm not so sure which floor I'm on…" she picked up her bags with the wind, making them hover at least a foot off the ground. "Oh, and Ace--if Birdie doesn't mind-- I'm going to take Birdie along with me for the while." Fyte walked over to the boy with the white hair, looking at him for a while. She then held out her hand, grinning. "I'm Fyte Ancel. I hope we can be friends."

Ace looks at them as the group starts to leave and looks at his bird taking a step forward then stoping himself as he never leaves his bird and yet a stranger was able to walk away with it and he felt a little at ease with it "I...I don't know what to do now." Ace looks around a little and starts to walk as he runs into a set of tewins "Oh sorry I didn't mean to interupt." Ace says with a smile

Shaking his head softly, Nemo looked at Tsukiko with a sad expression.

"You are not rambling. You are hopeful. Or a fool," he said as he took a step back. "A monster does what he does because that is what he is made to do. If you were to give him time to explain his actions, his motives would baffle you."

Letting his head drop a fraction, he looked at the ground. Even though this was the most he ever spoke to anyone at one time, he couldn't stop himself. If he took the time to analyze it he would say that it was a silent cry for help. But even so, he had to say it.

"Because on the inside he knows what he's doing. It is no accident. A monster wants to destroy, if for no other reason than it is the only way it knows how to survive."

Though he tried to stop it, he could feel a tear well in his eye. Not letting it drop, he repositioned his sucker so that it rested at the side of his lips, right between his molars. He barely heard their intros, though me made a note to remember them just in case. He nodded in response.

"Nemo," he murmured.

Something in them that begs to stop. The notion froze him and his dark eyes widened slightly. Yes, beg would be the right word. Everytime it happened he begged for it to end. That someone would wake him, that his dreams did no harm, that he could be released from his tormented state and just die. So many things he begged, but no answer ever came. No one ever could hear the screams he let loose in the dungeons of his mind.

Looking at the hand she held out, Nemo wondered what made this girl so determined. Faltering half way, he reached out and touched just the tips of her fingers with his.

"I wish you luck in your journey," he murmured before dropping his hand again and turning away to continue down the walkway. "And I pray we never cross paths again."

In pure boredom, Eclipse knelt before a puddle, "maybe I still have enough control of my newly obtained Frost powers, to do this..." Eclipse laid her hand on the top of the puddle, her hand glew light blue, a shade of frosty light blue, the puddle then froze, "so... I DO have enough Elemental Control, why in the name of god did they stick us HERE then?" Eclipse looked into the eyes of her sister, the light blue eye penetrated her mind like a javelin.

Etsumii was angry. She hated when Eclipse thought negatively over ANYTHING. Her anger faded, and Etsumii let it all out finally with a sigh. Eclipse stood back up, and put her hand on her sister's shoulder, "don't you worry, my lovely Etsumii, a negative thought won't escape my lips ever again with you around. I'll keep it in my mind to myself, unless it's absolutely necessary for it to come out. You do trust me, right?" Eclipse looked directly into her sisters eyes.

"Yes, my darling Ecli, I do. I trust you so much.... It's somewhat scary. Knowing you, it's probably stupid to trust you, disregarding the thoughts of previous colleagues we've experienced, I've managed to trust you my entire life." Etsumii sighed, and nodded.

Both of the sisters started walking back towards the dorm. Unaware of the strange amount of birds around them.

A little while later, Nemo sat happily in the still dry grass of a rather large front yard. It had a nice incline, letting him look down over some of the buildings along the campus while his dorm was situated somewhere behind him.

Taking a contented sip of his steaming coffee cup, he closed his eyes a moment and enjoyed the heat as it ran down his throat. Though he was sufficiently high on caffeine, having consumed three like drinks already, he still felt the nagging pull of sleep that never seemed to fully dissipate. But for now, it was managable like a dull ache after a stomach ceases to growl.

Speaking of growling stomachs, Nemo realized his was aching now too. Having filled up on hot coffee, his body now wanted solids to fill its gullet. He pulled a biscotti from the little bag he had optained from the nice coffee ladies, and dipped it in his drink before munching on it.

Below him, Nemo could see the idle wanderings of late arriving students, trying to get their barrings. He knew that the next few days would be hectic once classes started. Everyone would be lost at first. For now, he decided not to worry. Even with his first encounter with some of the students passed, he knew there was still room for improvement. One day he wanted to walk with his head held high and be able to talk to any given person without flinching. However, there were still a few obsticals to overcome before he could. A few inner demons to slay.
