Tubariffic There is no such thing as personal space in band razz yep yep I think the drumers can be the worst sometimes haha in our school we have a drum room only dumers and pit allowed in there. and the drumber aren't gay or anything but I'll walk in there sometimes and see like half of them with their shirts off checking eachother out in the mirrors and stuff. it's actually quite fun to watch sometimes since some are very good looking. haha

This isn't exactly about personal space, it's about nachos.
I bought some nachos at halftime once, and planned to eat them during third quarter (we get third quarter off). So I eat one, then my friend Jamie asks if she can have one, so I give her the tray. At that point Andrew started talking to me, and we got pretty deep into conversation. Then someone taps him on the shoulder and hands him an almost empty nacho tray. He eats the last one in there then hands it to me.
They had gone around the whole band (86 people).

Wow, I can't wait to be in marching band next year!
Anyways, our junior high's honor band is super-close. We've got a ton of inside jokes, share drinks and food, and yell "I love you!!!!!" to each other across the bandhall. Some things you just bond over--spending an hour every day in the band hall, performing at the elementaries and intermediates, and spending Friday nights and Saturdays at region band being just a few of them. Band is just one of those things where you have to work together, and you can't be at each other's throats all the time. I love band~!

My band holds hands, they laugh, and they sit in each other's laps. We don't really have a rule unless there's too much going on of something. We're a big family. We spend too much time with each other.

Mine is pretty close to that. The only thing PDA wise we inforce is like, no makeing out, no touchy. The basic stuff. But, we're really close. There's no such thing as personal space. Everyone holds hands, sits on each others lap, etc... It's really nice when it's a cold football game, and the upperclassmen have leterman jackets, while the rest of the band doesn't. And the upperclassmen would share their jakcets with the cold undderclassmen. It makes me smile. ^^

yeah we're really close and confined a lot of the time but no one really cares. Our director just shakes his head and tells the few couples to be responsible. Moslt y cause its the guys that act the closest than it is girls to guys or girls and girls

We may get a bit touchy at long rehearsals, but otherwisemy band is like a family. we wave or talk in the halls, we back eachother up, and we hang out outside of school.
Apparently, over the summer a bunch of the band went to see a movie together, but i wasn't invited because nobody had my phone numberXD

Sexual harassment rules? Yeah, they don't apply to our band. Just ask our freshman tuba. And everyone hugs each other. We're like a family that just happens to belive in incest, as our tenor sax said to some eighth graders.
