Description: Okay, so there's a lot of artistic liberty here.
Color-wise, that's pretty much up to the colorist, as long as it matches her. She's his future mate, so colors should mesh in the case of breeding (we don't want eyerape babies). Sound (Surr's quest) is also his sister, so marking or color similarities between them are possible. I kind of imagined him with a white base, but in the end, the choice is yours!
His edits are in his ref image, but you can take a little bit of liberty with those as well. His horns are a must, and I like them pretty much the way they are, but you can alter them if you feel the need. I really like his mane the ref, but the idea is 'scruffy' so if you get inspired, feel free! His mouth is stitched, that's self-explanatory. His wings are pretty basic, but if you have a better idea, go with it? I'm pretty sure I'd rather them be folded, but again, if you feel inspired! The idea behind his accessories is any little thing that would click or make noise, so while I really like the ones he has (especially on his horns, so keep those) you can add to? They should be African in nature though. Bangles, beads, etc. Color is up to you, though nothing clashy preferably.

Description: To Mdahalo, the mortal world is something to sit back and watch. The most he would ever do in terms of meddling is to simply out-line their choices. Should you go this way or that to avoid your rival? Will you take them head-on? Climb up the tree and ambush them? Turn tail and run? Hey, he never said any of his options were good ones. As a minor god, he is more opt to help nudge a lion towards the proper god/dess to go bother so he can go back to watching his stories on the mortal world.

APPEARANCE-WISE:
His overall design was inspired by the noise enemies from the game, The World Ends With You. His only markings on him are on his forelegs, and is repeated on both sides.

His wings and tail-plume, however, are tribal. No feathers, no fluffy hair... It's just tribal art.
Main body color: dark red.
Mane: Purple
Eye-color: Light blue, or artist's choice if you can come up with something snazzy :3
Tattoo colors: orange to yellow gradient (see ref)
Wing colors: Purple to light blue gradient (see ref)

Description: mostly left up to colorist's discretion, with some general guidelines, and vague ideas!

I'd like black&white and some blues used -- I imagine he's on the darker side, given his domain, so the white would either be used as the usual lion underbelly/toe/muzzle markings or some random accents, or whatever. I'm unsure of whether he'd look better with a black body (with a possible blueish glow for accents), or a dull dark blue/aqua body. I'd like the color palette on the reference image to be used as the only color other than black&white, with the furthest palette gradient bar on the right being colors to use for small markings only, and not something that would cover a lot of his body.
I don't care if all three of the blue palettes are used; one is fine, and I'd be surprised if all three were able to be integrated well together on one pet, actually. Two is optimum, maybe?
BASICALLY: BLACK&WHITE&ANY BLUES FROM MY BLUE PALETTE ON REF IMAGE (the blues from the furthest ends of each gradient are favored over the middle area). if you could do some markings that sort of "shine" or "gloss" like the actual gradient, though, that'd be awesome!

MUST have some form of tear marking under one eye and/or a scar (either pinkish-scar-flesh-colored or red). (look at ref) other than that, whatever other markings you'd like on the rest of the body! also, if you want to use a color other than blue, I guess a bloody red could be used to a small degree, like maybe a paw or something looks bloody? he wouldn't have too much of that, though!

facial - one eye is blind (milky white), and the other (real eye color!) is blue, the color of TEARS. if the hair only parts for one eye, it'd be for the clear blue eye. his nose is pink!

hair - I imagine his hair is either black or white (if black, should be darker than the body), or one with some streaks of the other in a small separated region or the whole thing, doesn't matter. His hair is droopy, unkempt, and long, but the bangs separate to show at least one of his eyes.

wings - tattered and/or ripped, but not that much as to prevent total flight. either something demon-like, or the regular avian wings. colors/markings/style up to you.

accessories/trinkets - I'd really love for him to have a raven, if possible! maybe sitting on his head or perched somewhere, or anywhere else you find pleasant. I'd also like for him to wear some silver and skeletal jewelry, up to you on how much and where it is. also, some type of skull (lion, preybeast, whatever) either on the ground or anywhere else on him would be awesome--like a hamlet-esque thing!

other - sad expression, of course--possibly mouth sort of open at a loss of what to say, and ears are flattened.

while I've listed some things specific above, unless I say he must have it, I don't mean to restrict your creativity or anything; I'm just throwing out possible ideas! so yeah, feel totally free to alter anything to what you see fit if you do this <3

Body: When taking the body color, use the dab, rather than the actual coloring on the body I did. I made it lighter to make sure details were visible.
Mane: Rather than actual hair, she has a mane of feathers
Jewelry: All jewelry should be of an Aztec style in gold and emerald. You're welcome to add more, as long as the shown pieces are present.
Back: She wears a Jaguar pelt across her back, the paws held together around her neck/chest with gold handcuffs. Please include claws on the paws.
Wings: Her wings are very large and feathery, connected slightly to her arms, and should not block the view of the body.
Front Paws: Her front paws, and underbelly for that matter, are styled after a dragons. They are large, the 'toes' hard apart a bit, with long thick claws.
Back Paws: Like her brother, Li Wei, her back paws are replaced with Hooves, fur feathered around them.
Tail: Her tail should be long and dragon-ish, with a crop of feathers near the end of it. You may put it in any position that looks good to you.
Scales: Again, like Li Wei, she has many scales across her body. The largest patches being under her eyes. You may place scales along her wherever you think looks good.

Color
Colors can be viewed on the reference, but there are a few things to point out.
Wings/Feathers: I did not color them fully on the reference, but, their proper coloring is marked down. You may edit the color slightly if you think something would look better, but, they should still be faded/glowing.
Underbelly/Scales: Like the wings, you may change it slightly but they should still be faded/glowing.
Eyes: The eye whites should be yellow as marked.
Jewelry: All jewelry should be shiny and golden, embedded with emeralds.
Hooves: The hooves should also be shiny and golden.

Not added because my markings aren't that good, she should hace certain tattooing on her body.
Done in an Aztec style, with glowing colors similar to the scale colors.
The tattooing should go down her front arms, as well as down her forehead to her nose. Add them anywhere else you think they look good as well, but please don't leave them out where noted.
Also, I would not mind some kind of golden, Aztec style armlets or bracelets around her wrists.

Description: Colors should be silvery-whites/blacks/green. His not yet fully formed mane (But lots of hair <3) should be black, eyes a deep emerald green. I always picture him with that very expressive, almost sad look on his face like fu's 'Angu, though perhaps not quite that upset. Though I want the lips parted, almost sadly sympathetic look. His ears should be slender and pointed, much like Morifaer's, but not quite, more elegant, and there should be two silver studs in each. He should have two horns, much like Morifaer's, but longer, and that curve back slightly. His wings should be some strange hybrid of demonic and faery, design and colors up to you. I'd love for him to have a lot of celtic/gothic type jewelry, adding to his sense of elegance. Markings on his pelt ( the pelt itself should be black) should vaguely reckon back to Morifaer, be in black and silver ( I love glowy patterns), but otherwise they're up to you (Have fun with those, I love the things you guys come up with)...just make him pretty (perhaps have the lines 'slimmed down' a bit) <3 Also, I want his tail to be big and fluffy like the one on Zee's god, and the tail should be tipped in silver, in a gradient, versus just being tipped in it. But seriously! Just have fun, make him lovely, and feel free to take a bit of artistic license.
