There could be things like one-on-one training and at least if the elected teacher can't post, why can't another person take over temporarily?
Just an idea. Hmm... yes I guess we need a substitute every now and then. But first we need to elect the main teacher first. And... there are 11 crew members... Kit said Hydrogen is Radio... so why are there only 10 options? She didn't include Radio, I don't think.
I'd nominate Kit and Dante.

By the way, would the other Captains be able to visit the Academy anyway? Of course, but only if they're invited... and not by RP. As for the course idea... hmm... well, if we're going to stick to the anime/manga then it wouldn't be implemented as for example; Momo, Renji and Kira were all classmates in the Soul Academy, despite the fact that Momo is specialized in Kido, Renji in sheer battle strength and Kira in swordsmanship and tactics.

Then at least, the second they get out of the Academy and graduate, they could go immediately into that Squad.
People could choose what type of fighter they want to specialize in.
For example, I'm using Healing.
People would learn basic skills but specialize in Healing.
Just an idea.
We can have four classes. One for Zanjutsu, Hakuda, Hoho, and Kido. Since it's just the academy, I just thought of the basics, though more could be added. We don't necessarily have to follow how it is in the manga anyway. The main purpose of having the academy is for the members to be literate, but this would make it a bit more fun [?].
I voted for Angel as the main teacher for the Academy because of her literacy and lengthy posts. XD

What do the others think about this? I agree, but we should still make it a point for this to be a sort of test and not simple RP sub-forum.
I know that we're supposed to make it a test, but why not use it as a Shinigami School firstly?
Then the people could start to properly form ideas for their abilities and when they're ready, they could sit a 'test', or a battle, with a Captain or another wannabe-graduate and then we could properly see their roleplaying skills in action.
