and I can't understand‧‧‧    Stein smiled sadly, he then took the small girls hand in his own, and pulled her back so that she now sat in his lap, he smiled down at her, "Everything... will be alright. No matter what happens, we'll get through this, we are afamily, no matter what some may say. However, Frankie-chan, I have to tell you this, no matter what happens, I promise, Medusa will not come near you again, I know that is what you are worried...about." he muttered to the girl, his sad smile fading as he spoke. The small girl yelped at the name of her unspoken fear was spoken, "Dawddy...h-how do you know? 'Apa? D-diwd you know this?" he small hands moved to cover her eyes, she was so confused, it didn't make sense to her, why her Papa was leaving, and how her Dawddy knew what was happening to her.   ‧‧‧Why my heart is so broken,

"We'll get through this, I know that is for sure...."Frankie looked up at the deathscythe smiling sadly, her teal eyes full of sadness as she reached out, her small hand, the one not held by her Father, and held her Papa's hand. She attempted to pull him closer, wanting her small broken family to stop being sad, and to enjoy the time they had left, so if her Papa did leave, he wouldn't regret the last moments he spent with them.‧‧‧Why my heart is so broken,

After a long moment of silence and absant mindedly staring at the floor Spirit looked up at Stein sadly. "I really hope so..."
