Chris was caught up by Atrocity and fell forward, landing hard on his chest, causing him to clutch it. It was at this position on the ground that he saw it under the ring. What some would call.... Barbie?

By this point the fire had been extinguished so Atrocity rolled back into the ring and grabbed his wire-wrapped kendo stick. Then he approached Chris and looked to hit him in the back.

Chris was whipped hard across his back, and if not for him wearing a red shirt, there might have been visible blood drawn. He tried to block out the pain and reach towards the bat, but he wasn't quite able to reach it. He was able to move it a bit closer with the tip of his finger, so he might be able to reach it soon, but Atrocity would have plenty of time to swing again. ((I had to actually go back and look to see if I was wearing my old costume that had a shirt. Trying to mount the drama by not quite reaching the bat yet.))

Again Atrocity would again go for another hard swing across the back. If it would hit he would go for a shot to the mask in an attempt to remove it from Chris and show the blood

The shot hit as Cross grabbed ahold of the bat. The second shot grazed Chris' mask as repositioned to get a firm hold on the bat, and would have yanked his mask off, if Cross hadn't bit into it to keep it in position. He gripped the handle and swung with all his might, trying to turn at the same time aiming at the back of Atrocity's leg. Note to self, next time you put on a mask, make sure to fasten it.

The shot connect and Atrocity fell back in a bit of pain held his leg forcing him to drop his weapon and be left open for other attacks

Chris now tried to get to his feet and behind Atrocity, before an attempt of reaching over his opponent's head and pressing the barbed-wire bat into his forehead. All he needed was a drop. He could almost taste the blood. Though, come to think of it, that might just be the blood on the inside of his own mask.

Atrocity he was screwed here due to the glass on his one hand but he still tried putting up a fight with the untaped hand and grabbing the uncovered end

Cross had to think fast and he had to think vicious. He thought of one thing that could make Atrocity let go of his bat, and that was the stiff knee he sent towards the back of the other man's head. If successful, he would go back to trying to grind the bat into his head.

The knee hit and sent Atrocity's head into the wood of the bat which knocked him back to the ground. It was at this point he knew this was the beginning of the end

Chris closed in on his target and went right ahead with his plan of getting at Atrocity's face with the barbed-wire wrapped around the bat, being careful where he placed his own hands so as not to bleed visibly. This could be it.

Atrocity would scream as the barbed wire would scrape across his face and pull his skin away.

Cross, at the site of little bits of flesh on his barbed wire stopped grinding away and got to his feet. He dropped the bat and grabbed the ref by the collar, then yelled at him. How rude.
"Check him, Goddamn it! Do your freakin' job!"

The ref could already see the Atrocity was bleeding and called for the bell immediately. Chris had won the battle but Atrocity wanted to win the war so he let the ref look at him further then he punched the ref with his left hand knocking him out. Then he stood up and faced Atrocity with a smile on his face and blood flowing freely then started walking towards him

Cross held his hands up and motioned for Atrocity to calm down. He was slowly backing up towards his dropped bat, but he had a feeling he wouldn't reach it.
