"Awwwwr~nyu..." Kiarna's face twisted into a pouty frown.
Then puzzlement won over. "Isn't it still fun and games when someone trips and heads start rolling~nyu?" she asked, genuinely befuddled.
Then she jumped, and curtsied. "Oh~nyu! Do you not know my name~nyu? Sorry sorry sorry~nyu! I am Kiarna~nyu! As for nicknames~nyu, you can call me anything but Kyaa~nyu." She made a face. "Cala and Mari, my two daughters ((my pets on Gaia)), call me that to annoy me~nyu."

Seumus stood upedged a little closer to Tas, licking his lips. He wondered if the bear would take the bait...and more over if Fable would fall for the trap. He crouched next to the dragon, watching. "He's not that bright, you think he'll be able to figure it out?"

Jayoku watched Kiarna pondering about the girls naiveity Io seemed a bit...odd to her as well. Sciz seemed normal enough him clutching his coffee mug as if it was a life line. She took all these little details, while her own hand slithered up and started to play with her red hair. It was a horrible habit of hers, twisting the strands of red until they had become frayed and split ended. Her glasses black rimmed were tilted on her face and she didn't seem to realize this. Though occasionally her right hand would come up to push them back onto the bridge of her nose.
She shivered and wrapped her red and white scraf more closely around her neck to keep out the cold. "So...." she went on, wondering what else to really say. "I was wonering why we are all gathered here...any ideas?" she threw the question out to anyone.

"You are killing your hair~nyu," Kiarna remarked conversationally to Jayoku. Then she proceeded to do random cartwheels. What were they doing here? She didn't really know, she didn't really care. All that she knew was she was HAPPY and HYPER and....
COFFEE-NIZED~nyu =D "Nee, nee, do you have anymore of that excellent coffee~nyu?" Kiarna asked, bounding over to Sciz.

"Well I dunno." He leaned away from Tasius looking at the box curiously. "I dun know if I want it if I don't know whats inside..." Kunii squirmed out of Tasius's grip. "and you ddin't want to let me hang with you earlier..." He looks at him suspeiously yet still very curious of the box.
Sciz was watching the boys carefully till Kiatna came running up to him. He slunk back at the sudden approach. o__o; "I-I think you've had enough caffine." He finished his cup and screwed it ontop of the thermos he had and tucked them away in his coat. "And I don't have any left anyways..."

Tasius smiled kindly. "Look, I'm sorry about earlier. That's why there's a present for you in the box. You can just go inside and get it. It's a lot bigger than it looks..."

"Inside?" Kunii walks over to the box and kneels down to look at it. He pulls on the top of it hopping it would open up. Once he got it open, Kunii looked inside. "I dun see anything." He started to stand and back away from the box.

Fable had been keeping a close eye on them, not paying attention to the conversation at all. In one bound, she had Kunii in one arm, halfway in the dragon's box, and trying to pull him out.
She didn't suspect, however, Kunii being snagged out of her arms and being pushed in the box herself, the lid slamming shut with one quick motion.
She was trapped; the dragon had tricked her after all.
Tasius sat on top, curving his fingers and running his palms over the edges, sealing the ever-popular Fable inside.
"No more damned Fables... ever. GOOD RIDDANCE." Tasius, who now thought he would be known as the dragon-who-tricked-Fable, picked up the box and bounded over to the edge of the cliff that was nearby (and frankly, no one saw), stopping for great dramatization.
"Those items will stay as they are - nothing more than mere items." And with a heave, he tossed the box over, watching with satisfaction as it plunged into the sea, sinking to the bottom.

It had been all one great and dramatic flurry of activity. Jayoku only got glimpses of it, the booy opening the Fable woman dashing and grabbing Kunii and then she was gone. Soon the dragon boy had picked up the box and tossed if over what looked like a cliff. It was then she noticed the cry of the gulls overhead and the smell of the salty sea air. Something in the air weighed heavily on her shoulders. THe iamges ran through her head over and over and she still wasn't sre waht she had actually seen.

"Ara?" Io's head snapped in the direction of the sudden action, though all she really caught was the dragon boy chucking something off a nearby cliff. But wait... where had the woman who'd given her the scythe gone? "What just...?" She tensed instinctively, her other hand grasping the scythe's handle as well, lifting it completely off the ground as she slid subconsciously into a fighting stance.
She didn't even realize she was doing it, or that the weapon didn't seem quite so heavy anymore. Hell, she hadn't a clue how to wield a scythe as a weapon, although it certainly looked like she did.
The air around her vibrated, coaxing a low, ominous hum from the black bass guitar strapped to her back. She didn't even blink as the sudden chill of wind crashed and rolled around her, causing her long bangs and the ends of her scarf to whip in her face.
Every cell in her body screamed at her to move, but it felt like her legs were cast in stone... "What the hell was that? What did he do!?"

And, of course, Kiarna was practically oblivious to this entire thing. "You don't have anymore coffee~nyu?" she echoed of Sciz, frowning.
Then she had a bright idea. Maybe the Fable lady would have some coffee, for she was out here earlier than all the others, right? "Fable~nyu? Do you have some coffee~nyu?" She skipped merrily in circles, head swiveling in all directions looking for the Fable. "Fable~nyu?"
She stopped skipping, finally noticing something was wrong. Of course she didn't know it was quite so serious. She just knew: "Fable~nyu! Where is Fable~nyu! She's gone!"

The box almost ate me then...then Fable.Kunii snapped out of it and looked around franctically for Fable. I know she was just here but then box must have eaten her...the dragon! Kunii shuffled to his feet and charged at Tasius.
"Bring her back!" He plowed into the dragon boy, pushing him to the ground rather hard. "Bring her back now!" Kunii snarled in his face.
Sciz stood up and moved to the group of girls. "This isn't good, we need to get the dragon away from here now."

"Away from here?" Io cast a quick glance back towards Sciz, hoping he knew what he was doing. "What about your kid? I dunno what either of them's capable of, but I don't want him hurt..."
Shifting, she collected herself and reached an arm around, taking the droning guitar from her back. Its hum seemed to rise in pitch as she grasped it, and she swung the scythe around to where the instrument had been, clicking it neatly into place across her back. "Whaddaya know, it'll hold that too. This had better not throw out my back..." She tapped the guitar on her shoulder thoughtfully, her watchful gaze not leaving the dragon and the bear. "I'm sticking to the familiar weapon for now. Ebony will see me through, so tell me where you want me, Leader." Her voice still carried its carefree wit about it as she addressed Sciz, but her eyes were dead serious.
She was also dead serious about using her guitar as a weapon. One didn't wander around in as bizarre a world as this for long without some method of defense, after all. (Or at least, one as automatically sarcastic as Io didn't. Ah, if only she had one gold for every time her mouth had outsped her brain and gotten her in deeper than she'd thought possible...)

"Fight? We're going to fight~nyu?" Kiarna said excitedly. She removed her dice from her hair, whirling it around in her hands. "Nyu! I'm ready~nyu!"
She was just as serious as Io when it came to fighting with out-of-ordinary weapons. She had just recently taken out the stuffing of the dice and put lead in its place.
"So~nyu. Who's the enemy~nyu?" she cried, dancing in circles. Of course, she still did not look entirely too serious..but that was normal for her.

Jay was taken aback when Io drew her guitar and sounded like the world had just broke out into another world war. She was herself an ordinary girl, as she carried on her was her clothes and now the needle Fable had given her. She wasn't really athletic and wasn't prone to violence.
She looked to Sciz expectantly hoping he would be able to explain what was going on, she twisted her hands together nervously and adjusted her glasses on her her face.
