"You are not a nuisance..." Tsukiko remarked softly in response to Elisia's comment. She half-listened, half-calculated a plan for the next few minutes as the others talked. She only made one action that implied she was paying attention and that was to lazily raise her hand in response to Aoshi's question of who was in charge. If no one else was going to step up, she'd do it. Tsukiko didn't particularly care what he thought of the idea of a 7 year old being in charge of a bunch of older teenagers, either. She kept a dazed expression as she went over all the data she had collected from the battle and used it to fine tune her plan. It wasn't until Takumi spoke that she actually replied. "Your idea is a good one, there's just one flaw in it's structural integrity and that's the fact that I'm certain it wouldn't last long. Then it can switch bodies, which might reverse said process. All in all making that idea good but not great. You can try it, if you like. I have no problems with that." Tsukiko responded, completely ignoring his apology. She shrugged and looked over to Lee with her standard blank expression. "Bakudo might not be enough, I count on at least one of you to use some kind of elemental binding technique. For example, Yuki-obasan is capable of restraining someone with tendrils made of water. Can you do that, Lee? I saw you using water earlier." She pulled herself from her seated position and stood to look at them face to face.

Lee shrugged at Aoshi not really bothered by how informal the other man had been. Lee was formal himself, but he really didn't mind when other people weren't. "It's alright." Lee sighed since he really didn't want to repeat what he had told Elisia not long ago concerning the hollow. Lee decided to let the others explain it if they wanted to and stayed silent as Takumi made his way back over. Lee took note that Tsukiko raised her hand at mention of who was in charge which he found amusing, but said nothing. Lee listened as Takumi attempted to come up with another plan then said sorry to Tsukiko who gave her own comments on Takumi's plan. Then Tsukiko asked him about an elemental binding technique using water since she knew someone who could and he used water. Lee bit his lip since he had never attempted anything like that so didn't know if he could or not. "Well I have not ever attempted something like that so I doubt it. Still I can try if you like, though it would probably be better if someone else handled the elemental binding.." Lee shrugged he would try if Tsukiko wanted him to, but he wasn't very confident that he could do so.

Takumi heard something about an elemental binding. Well he had already done that with his wind element zanpakutou and he was willing to try it again. “If you want I’m capable to do an elemental binding. My zanpakutou his wind based and I have already done it” he offered himself. Then he looked around no one of them was injured but that was because the hollow didn’t really attacked them. He didn’t know what this hollow was capable off and that was intriguing him.

"I encourage you all to use the most powerful method of binding you have. Failing is not an option, really. It would be careless to use anything less..." Tsukiko bit her thumb out of habit again and began writing random things in the dirt at her feet. Utter gibberish to those around her, but it made perfect sense to anyone in the Bureau of Technologies. A secret language, if you will. Tsukiko looked up at Aoshi when he spoke, eying him curiously. What he said had caught her attention. "Your Sanken Sekai does not use an element. You're telling me you can manipulate the atmosphere without the use of wind or water as a base power? Show me." She straightened back up, dusted off her robes and faced him before executing a shunpo to back up about 35 feet, which was an open invitation for him to follow. "On me." She called out from afar.

"I assure you that the likes of you will not be able to do me much damage. Nothing that couldn't be fixed anyway." Tsukiko was not being cocky, she was far beyond such a stupid attitude. Even if she was seven, she knew enough to know what can and can't hurt her. Usually she said something like that because she knew she was stronger, and sometimes it was simply because she wasn't normal and could take more damage than any seven year old should be able to take, regardless of race. She wiggled her finger in his direction, beckoning him to attack. "Without question, do it. It's the best way to determine what you are capable of."

Tsukiko watched carefully, taking in all that she could about how he executed his attack. She watched atmosphere bend and fly at her. Tsukiko put up a hand and took it head on, catching one of the claws in her bare hand. Any others simply passed by her as they had missed. She was pushed back a few feet and hit a building, sending rubble flying in a few directions. When the dust settled, it revealed a hole in the building which Tsukiko climbed out of. "I won't deny it packs a punch..." She remarked as she pulled herself to her feet. She vanished, only to reappear in front of him again, staring up at him in the face. Her left hand, the hand she had used to catch the claw with was now skinless on the palm, revealing her poly alloy skeleton. She was "bleeding" from this wound. The "blood" was two different colors red and green, and the two colors did not seem to blend or mix together. Both colors dripped to the ground where the red "blood" literally melted the dirt away, making a small, dime-sized hole and causing a bit of smoke to rise from the hole. By chance, a passing ant was struck by the green "blood" and if one were to look closely or even happened to be paying attention, they would see that the ant stopped in it's tracks. It had been struck by the superhuman drug.
