black chrystal Last season, we would yell "hey...it's band season! Why're there football players on OUR field!" And sometimes the guard would yell "S-L-U-T we gotta SLUT. IT. UP.!!!" We had 30 band members and 4 guard so noone really cared heh awesome! love that :]

Oh god for the things my band says.
One year we made a marching chant for going to lunch.
"Hi-ho, hi-ho, it's off to lunch we go.
We eat our food and throw a fit, hi-ho,hi-ho,hi-ho."
We swear the powerade we have at band camp has got crack in it so you hear things like...
"Get off band crack" and "The case has to be checked for band crack."
Our percussion director tells the snares to 'Put velocity into it.'
We also had a guy that could perfectly match Dumbledore's voice from The Mysterious Ticking Noise and when asked 'WHAT TIME IS IT?' he would respond after everyone. 'NEKKED TIME!'
And lastly, living and doing camp in Georgia, it is ridiculously hot and bright and there have been times that the sun comes out and it turns almost white it's so bright, so our director turna into a preacher and says. 'And the light of god shall shine down upon us and tell us to get the hell inside.'

Let's go PEAY!
xd That's a cheer we say a lot because of our schools name (Austin Peay), but a lot of people, including the band, find it hilarious.
Unfortunately, because of the name, we also get a lot of people on the opposing side chanting "flush that peay". sweatdrop

the two loudest seniors go "HEY BAND WHAT TIME IS IS" then the rest yell "SHOW TIME WHOOOOP" then another one is the director or the loudest senior goes "Hey band where's the enthusiasm" and the rest of the band goes "ENTHUSIASM H-A-P-P-Y WE LOVE THE BAND!!!!!" and another one is "hey band what does showers (our band director) say " I'll cut you.... From the show" and another on is just for our riveal band team and the two loudest seniors go "HEY BAND WHAT DO WE EAT" and the rest of the band goes "ELK MEAT ELK MEAT RAH RAH RAH"
