Beck Troop✼❀✿
With that phrase Beck felt as if she's been punched in the stomach. Her smile faded. "Oh, ah... sorry, I just thought that well, since you hadn't answered him... or well anything that like... maybe you... well, ya know..." Beck mumbled. She felt horrible, absolutely heartbroken. No one had shot her down point blank like that since her first crush in primary school.
"You're probably busy sorry for keeping you occupied for so long. I'll see you later." Beck put her hands thumbs in her pockets and turned to walk back down the hallway. She felt like crying, or dieing, or well hugging Ty. The girl was not herself at the moment.

 ╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....Schuyler felt horrible for what she did. Beck looked so sad now, and she was the happy one! Out of habit, Schuyler's foot tapped on the hallway floor as she deliberated what she should do. Tyler had asked her first but well....she hadn't given him an answer, and then Beck asked her but she felt as if she should answer Tyler first because he WAS the first to ask...maybe she shouldn't even go at all! Schuyler bit her lip in an attempt to think harder, all her thoughts ended up running together. Schuyler shoved all the thoughts out of her mind and ran to catch up with Beck.
"I haven't answered him...but that doesn't mean we can't all just go as a big group?" As much as Tyler appealed to her, she didn't like hurting people, especially innocent people like Beck, who was only trying to be friendly.
"What do you say?" Schuyler had to stop Beck by putting her hands on both of Beck's shoulders. Schuyler stood full front before Beck and gave her one of her most dazzling smiles she could muster, after all, she OWED it to this girl to be friendly, like she was to her at the very beginning.

Beck's bottom lip trembled slight. Shay was trying to be so nice to her... But only because she felt like she had to. The girl tried to say something but had to take a moment to re-think it. "That's not really how these things work. You should go with Ty... you two would be cute together." Those words took so much power to say they took everything out of Beck. She swallowed hard and gently pulled the girl's hands off her shoulders. "I have to go use the bathroom, you should go tell Ty you'll go with him. Knowing that kid he's probably freaking out that you hate his guts." She forced a chuckled and walked quickly off towards the bathroom alone.
A few yards outside of the bathroom doors Beck found Lia, she garbed the girl's forearm arm tightly, much stronger than she ever toughed anyone and pulled her with her into the bathroom then into one of the stalls. Her back slammed it closed and without any explanation she hugged the girl tightly and wept into her shoulder. Lia was the strongest person she knew, the girl was never upset, and nothing ever go to her. She was beautiful and in Beck's eyes extremely smart and pretty.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....She stood there in the hallway, alone and secluded. Beck had run off and turned into what had to be the bathroom. She'd looked devastated when she walked away, Schuyler couldn't help but feel cold now. Really cold actually. Schuyler wrapped her arms around herself and gripped her arms tightly. What else could she mess up in a day? It hadn't even been a full day yet. Beck obviously wanted to be alone, otherwise she wouldn't have gone into the bathrooms. Schuyler walked to the girl's bathroom and sat down by the door, waiting for Beck to come out whenever she did. If she had to, she'd wait there the entire day.
Schuyler pulled out a logbook from her bag and spread it open on her lap, the date was already written on the top of the page she'd opened to. She reached back into her bag and pulled out a purple colored pen. She began to write.
'Time counters seem normal, no abnormalities as of yet. Still waiting for something to happen...OTHER than having my new social life torn to shreds. Good going Sky.'
Schuyler closed the book and leaned her head against the wall, eventually Beck would come out and when she did, she'd apologize and apologize until her voice went hoarse.

Tyler had looked to his friends and sighed. Yet again he had caused a big stupid mess and it was all his fault. All but Amanda had left him. "Ami, I'm sorry to leave you but I gotta go make things right, I'm a fool yet again." He told her as he hugged her before he took off for the direction Beck and Sky had departed for.
It took him a few minutes but he found one of them outside of the bathroom. "Hey Sky... look I'm sorry about before. You gotta understand though, I've been friends with my small little group since we were tiny little tots, we've known each other for about ten years." He told her as he stood by the bathroom door his body against it slightly with it opened. "We've laughed together til our sides hurt for days, we've cried til there was not a drop of water to be found in bodies, we've worked like saints and partied like sinners. There isn't anything I wouldn't do for my friends, and there honestly is no boundary we haven't all crossed at some point so all that was natural, fun, harmless. I'm just sorry, we rushed you into that so quickly." He told her with a smile on his face. "Can we try again, minus half the awkward sexual tension of course." He asked with a laugh.
"Oh and I think Beck came through looking for you, did you see her around?" He asked taking a breath as he was concerned for his best friend.

Athalia gasped a bit as Beck pulled her into the bathroom and rushed her into the stall. But in the short moment she'd seen the look on Beck's face, and it matched the one she'd donned only moments ago. Athalia wrapped her arms around Beck and whispered soothing nothings into Beck's ear. Her hand rubbed small circles on her back, trying to calm her down. They'd always been pretty close, Beck had been the first Athalia had told when she realized she was bi. "Beck, Beck..It's okay, your Lili is here", Athalia murmured, her other hand drifted up to caress her hair. It was her childhood nickname, and no one used it anymore, but Beck had been the one to come up with it. Now mostly they called her by her full name, except for Tyler who called her Athy and Beck calling her Lia. She hoped the term would be comforting. Athalia's eyes pricked with tears again, but mostly it was because her friend was in pain. It was hard to think of her own pain when Beck was suffering so. She pulled herself back a bit and wiped her tears away with a piece toilet paper. Then Athalia tilted her head to the side and smiled faintly. "You're lucky, you're one of those girls who still looks pretty when she cries", She said.
With sure but feather light strokes she smoothed her worry lines with her finger tips. "What's wrong hun, what happened?", she asked finally. She wouldn't force Beck to talk about it if she didn't want to.

Beck swallowed her tears and rubbed her eyes hard with her knuckles. She took a bit of tissue paper and blew her nose then dropped it into the toilet. Her face was red and blotchy and her eyes were wet and red. "S-She said no." Beck trembled still and put her arms back around Lili. Her face pressed up against the side of the other girls. Now the girl's breathing was close to normal, but she still felt like dieing.
"And I think I scared h-her away. She probou-o-oly think I'm a total f-f-freak." Beck held Lia tightly and burred her face in the girls perfectly styled and maintained hair. The flowers in Beck's hair had become wilted and many had fallen out over the course of the day. One of her hands grasped the back of the other girl's neck softly wile her right hand held her around the waist keeping them close together. She didn't want to let go, and she didn't want to go back out into the world. Athalia was the only one who understood her completely, who had going though many of the things she herself had. The loss of a parent, coming into her queer sexuality, Lili had been with her for it all.
"Why can't I be more like you... You'd never cry over a girl you'd just met... what's wrong with me?" She sniffled and pulled her face back to looked at Lili's face.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....Schuyler took a moment before she answered Tyler. Why had he come this way? Probably to check on Beck...Schuyler would have done the same thing had it not been her fault Beck was in the bathroom in the first place. With a long shaky sigh, Schuyler found her voice again. Albeit, a whisper, but better than nothing.
"I know you've known each other for a long time....it shows," Schuyler started. "You all seem very close and that is the most wonderful thing this world can produce, true friends who stick by you through thick and thin. It is not your fault I am not used to that sort of behavior, where I've been, people usually alienate the new people so I've yet to be released from that sort of mentality. I am sure one day it will happen." Schuyler stood up, brushed off the back of her dress and picked up her bag. She slung it over her shoulder and grabbed for her books.
"I did see Beck....she asked me to the Halloween Dance and I told her I hadn't given you an answer yet. She ran off into the bathroom and I've been sitting here ever since." Schuyler's voice betrayed no emotions as was practiced. "I am sure that she will feel better now that you are here." Schuyler took in a breath that shook her entire core.
"I think it is best if you go with her instead..." As the words left her lips Schuyler could feel her chest contract. Breathing became a little difficult but she managed. There was nothing else she could say, words wouldn't form and even if they did, she wouldn't have been able to speak them. "I'm sorry, for everything. Please tell Beck that I'm sorry and I feel terrible about what happened, I never meant to hurt anyone..." Schuyler's voice broke and she walked past him, her eyes cast downward to avoid everyone seeing the tears that might as well have been trailing down her cheeks, though none came.

Tyler listened to her words and shook his head. He followed her and grabbed her hand from behind. "Sorry, you don't get to run off twice on me, we may barely know each other, but I never let her sad girl go off on her own, even since I am in some way responsible for this, I'm gonna make it right." He told Schuyler as he held her hand, he knew the truth as to why Beck was upset but he could not tell Sky just yet that Beck was a bisexual girl attracted to her. That would be too weird for the first day.
"She wants the same thing I do, we're both mirrors in this case. And we both wanted you to be apart of our little group, she wanted you to join us that night, but you know after what just happened with us as a group she probably thought you'd like it more if only one asked you. She didn't know I was a step ahead of her in asking you." He told her simply trying to play smarter than he really was. He had no choice in the matter Ty and Beck liked her which was their curse but he had to make it right for her as well, she was a romantic rival but she was still his best friend. "come on please, don't feel bad you didn't hurt anyone. Please just wait, with me for her.... I know she'd like it if you were there with me when she came out." He told her honestly it was the truth, she would love to see her.

Athalia laughed softly and shook her head. "Perhaps not over the new girl, but why do you think I was in here?", She asked. Athalia let Beck hold her, and wrapped her own arms around her crying friend once more. Schuyler had shot her down, and now Beck was worried about how the girl felt about Beck as a person. They'd suffered a lot because of their gender preference. They jokingly called their preference 'greedy', but some time ago other people called it something else. Wrong. Sick. Sinful. A disease. Some had been forward enough to confront them violently, Tyler had taken care of them. No one ad ever bothered them since that. "You are a great person, with a personality everyone warms to. And you're beautiful.", Athalia assured her. She ran her finger through Beck's hair idly as she comforted the girl. Athalia rubbed her cheek over her face and cooed like a dove. "I don't think she thinks you are a freak. She seemed like a good person. Maybe she's just never met someone like me and you before. Or maybe she just doesn't play for both teams..", Athalaia suggested, the faint vibration of her laugh shook them both.
"If she doesn't like you, then it's her loss. Let Tyler have her. You'll find someone who fits you much better hun", Athalia said. She had the distinctive feeling they were all out there looking for the pair of distraught girls. "Beck I hurt too. Just seeing how everyone looked at her..it make's me feel like a freak. How sad is that..she didn't have to say anything to me and I left running", Athalia wanted Beck to feel less singled out, so with her she would share a bit of her own situation, but just enough to make her old friend less upset.

Beck shrugged. She let Lila go and dropped her arms. The girl was silent for a few moments then let out a sigh. "Thanks Lia. But I think you are very pretty." She whispered and kissed the girl's cheek. She gave a little smile and straightened her clothes before stepping out of the stall into the main bathroom. Across from the stalls where a row of mirrors, the young woman looked at herself and frowned. She looked horrible. Slowly she approached a mirror and her hands flew up to pick at her hair and face.
"Lii-iia." She moaned not even looking at the girl. "I can't go back out there like this... They're all going to know what I've been doing..." She sighed and splashed some water on her blotchy pink face. She dried her skin with a paper towel but it didn't do much good.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....Schuyler shuddered when she felt Tyler's hand close around hers. She was hoping to get somewhere alone before anything happened that she'd regret, shedding tears being one of them. She stood there for a moment and steadied herself.
"I wasn't running from you, I was running from everything else." Schuyler hadn't turned to face him just yet, her hand lifted up to her face and she quickly brushed away some form of moisture that had just about spilled passed her eyes. Then she turned.
"I DO think I hurt her....and I have to make things right, forgive me...I just thought you'd do a better job than I would." Schuyler smiled wryly and wiped at her eyes again out of habit. With a long steadying breath, Schuyler shook off all feelings of regret, despair, sadness and any other baggage and smiled widely. "Thank you, I will wait for Beck to come out." Out of gratitude and something else Schuyler couldn't place just then, she took a small step forward and threw an arm around his neck in a hug, her other hand was occupied by his.

We a soft smile on his face he looked at Sky and hugged her back. His hand let her's go as he better hugged her with both arms. Slowly he let her after a minute or so and helped gently wipe some tears from her eyes. "I'm sorry if I do anything that makes you uncomfortable. I'm used to being very open with my friends so if I do anything to make you uncomfortable like that, just let me know and I'll stop, you don't need to go off to make things right." He smirked a bit not calling it running as she had implied she never did
"We'll just convince her when she comes out that we should all go together, as group of friends. Heck maybe have a big themed costume for all of us, though you haven't meant a few of our friends, at least the guys, they are probably off doing their own thing as usual." He chuckled a bit as they waited against the wall for Beck.
"Oh and if you need to know anything about us, or anything at all don't be afraid to ask, we're pretty crazy as you saw but we love each other a lot. We've been together god knows how long." He chuckled softly and smiled at her.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....Schuyler couldn't help but blush after he'd let her go, for some strange reason she decided to hug him and that was DEFINITELY out of her norm. Schuyler stood next to him against the wall, waiting for Beck to come out so she could attack her with hugs and 'I'm sorry's.
"I'm okay, I don't need to know anything....it was just really, overwhelming I suppose at lunch...." Schuyler let her bag slide down to the floor as she waited, her books propped up against it. Her long, porcelain-like fingers started to fiddle with her necklace as she waited. Her hair had fallen forward, shielding her face in case something in it betrayed her.
"We can all go as a group....we can go as Crayons." Schuyler laughed at the thought. "I call blue." She turned to him and laughed again. Moments where she could just laugh were precious to her and came rarely, she'd most definitely have to write about this in her logbook.

Tyler smiled as he thought about the shy girl giving him a hug. It was nice, as he realized what he was really after being Sky of course. But once again the world flicked off when he knew his friends were in need of something. He hadn't thought up until now that he wanted to go with Schuyler to the dance, or that she had recommended him going with Beck to the dance."Yeah I know we can be pretty intense as a group, playful banter, teasing, shamelessly harmless flirting, its all in good fun. When you know people as long as we know each other, nothing is out of bounds or off-limits, well not true, otherwise I would be in there right now talking to Beck." He chuckled a bit to himself.
Her idea started to make him laugh as well as he looked over at her laughing to herself. She looked beautiful when she laughed, more so than before. It was as though she was really having a good time with them, or at least by herself, she was going to fit in just fine with them. "Heh, as much as I would agree on the blue, I would think maybe something else, possibly a red, or a darker color. I know if Beck was out here she'd agree that something like that would probably make your eyes stand out more." He offered with a smile on his face, having one of his extremely rare gay moments where he became a fashion expert, than again hanging out with his group he knew more than enough about that stuff.
