Kylie just shushed him, her fingers running through his hair lazily still.
"Just get your rest baby," He moved down to rest in her lap and his breathing slowed eventually.

She wasn't moving until he woke up either.
Her eyes had just started to close when the door opened up. She tilted her head up, yawning as Alexis came into the doorway.

"He's alright. Me?" She looked down at Xander. "Not so great," She sniffed before her eyes looked back up at the two in the door.
"You guys should get your rest as well, ya know? I'm sure we won't be getting much of it the next few days...or so."

"At least we won't have to worry about you two ******** around tonight." Alexis reached back, smacking him. "Its soo not the time for that." Konner just shrugged before trudging up to a room, "I'll be up there when you're ready."

"Ignore him,"
"I try to. Believe me." Kylie offered a small smile before Alexis left, softly shutting the door.

Kylie, with Xander in her lap, she laid awake in the midst of the night.
A few screams, and not the sexual kind, came from who she assumed was Alexis.
Her and Konner were arguing about something. But it was short lived.

Above her room, she heard a slight noise that could be a bed squeaking. And she prayed to God she wouldn't be hearing her principal moaning.

But it didn't last long either, so maybe it was nothing.
Kylie looked down at Xander, not being able to control her body heating up from the anger she felt for whoever did this to him.

It pissed her off to no end. Not only did they ruin her trip, but they hurt him. And that just made it all that much worse.
She bit her bottom lip before calming down.

Eventually, it being around two in the morning, she had fallen asleep.

And when Xander jerked around in his sleep, she hardly stirred. Her eyes still mostly closed. But when he got up, covering her up, she slowly rolled over.

After he had removed his bandage she had started to wake up a bit, slowly she sat up and looked over at him.
"Xander?" She questioned sleepily. "What are you doing?"

Kylie looked at him, in the mirror until he turned around, a slight jump. "I didn't mean to," She mumbled before shaking her head and sitting up on her knees.

"You shouldn't be up." She looked him over, before noticing the bandage was gone from his eye.
"Wait. Whats wrong with your eye?" Her heart suddenly raced as she sat up higher to reach him since he was standing.

She touched his cheek gently, instantly seeing the slight difference in color.
"Your eye was not like that before.. before.. what happened?"" She was freaking out, clearly.

Kylie trembled when her hand touched his lips and he squeezed it softly. She swallowed, instantly falling silent.

She felt her hand warm up, extremely in his hand. Then she sat up a bit more, still looking at his discolored eye. "I... okay." She sighed, falling back on her a**.

"Can you just lay back down with me please?" She sniffled softly.
"I just don't like this. Any of it. Its all so stupid. Why do we have to have these damn powers? You know thats why they're after us and.. and.."

Her voice caught in her throat.

Kylie looked up at him, he was a pirate now. A small smile graced her lips, but only small. Normally, that would be something side splitting, but given the situation, it wasn't as funny as it could be.

She snuggled against him as soon as he embraced her. His finger circled on her skin as she breathed him in. Underneath the stench of the place he had been in, and the unfamiliar scent of the house they were in, she found the Xander smell she loved so much.

Her eyes closed. "What if they come back for you? Or for one of us? Or me? I can't... I just don't want to lose you Xander. I've just ... Ya know.." She couldn't say it.

She hated all of this, the emotion she felt. The ... everything. Most of all though, she hated not being in control.

"Nothing," Kylie looked up at him, he was smirking like no other. []"You're a butthead." She stuck her tongue out at him.

Why was it that his simple smile made her worries melt away? At least for the time being? How did he manage to do that with a tiny turn on his lips.

He leant over to kiss her forehead before getting up and off the bed. She winced as he did so too, and followed along behind him. Her arms rested around his stomach as he peeked out the door.

"No, there's an outhouse and a hose outside though." Kylie smirked, looking up at him.

Xander turned around in her arms, but her hands slid up his stomach and ran over his chest. She warmed them up, making sure to leave goosebumps on his skin.

She didn't understand why he felt colder now, but maybe it was stress or something.
She let herself disreguard it though, because he was distrating her with a soft kiss.

"Hey! Not funny!" She tilted her head, sniffing herself. "Okay, yeah. I smell like s**t." She giggled, leaning over to dramatically sniff him. "But you're worse!" But he was already pulling her out the door and across the hall, out another door and oustide.

"What are you doing dumb dumb? I'm sure there's showers inside." It was slightly chilly outside, but it didn't really bother Kylie. She kept herself warm and held tightly onto Xanders hand. "Come on silly, lets go back inside and shower." She tugged on his hand

Kylie pulled Xander into the house again and they were really looking around. Exploring, if you will. Just as she was about to turn the corner, to enter a new hallway, she was pulled into room and the door was shut carefully.

Her back was already against the door when Xander pulled her into him and held onto her. He was smiling at her, and she couldn't help but warm her body subconciously at the feeling that shocked between them.

Kylie bit her bottom lip before leaning up to kiss his lips softly. "Xander," She whispered breathlessly, "I luh-" She stopped, shocked at her thoughts. Then she just pressed her lips against his again, quickly.
