I've given up on Anime for the moment... But some of my favorites are: Wolf's Rain, NHK Youkosou, RomeoXJuliet, almost every Key series (Even though they're basically all the same thing...*Though Clannad didn't hit off with me like it did with the others.*) Eureka 7, Lucky Star, K-On... Oh, and .hack//sign. (The other .hacks don't really hit off for me.) There were some others too... But my mind alludes me.
Manga wise... I've found a decent amount I've enjoyed.
Such as Ga-Rei, Beelzebub, Shin Angyo Onshi(This was one of the best Manhwa's I've ever read.), Mekakushi no Kuni, so far at least. The other Mangas have been previously mentioned or pending.
(I don't like the anime that is being broadcasted on TV... Too, 'uppity' for me.' Not to mention there are too many fans over glorifying them.)

I'd have to say my favorite Anime would be "Princess Tutu". heart Oh how I love that series to death~!
My favorite manga... Hmmm... If I really have to think I'd say it would be MeruPuri. It's light hearted and makes me laugh. ^^
