Preferences are posted in thread, like what Cricket has done listing the painter numbers in order of her personal preference. Certing information can not be sent in for a painter you do not have conformation of winning, as one person has their turn before you and may select it. After they have chosen and if number 6 was not their selection, then I will use the certing information you have sent in to me already.
