Sanguina Cruenta LILITH IS NOT YOUR ******** PATRON. She's not even a goddess. Lilith was first a human, then a demon in Abrahamic mythology!! NOT A GODDESS. For ******** sake, if you're going to mix your pantheons like they're going out of style, don't mix with the Abrahamic one. I realize Lilith isn't a Goddess, but wasn't there some Goddess that people thought she was based off of, or adapted from? I read a few different places that when certain beliefs started to push out old beliefs, that Lilith was taken from some local Goddess at the time, and used to make the old beliefs look bad, and people would be more likely to start converting to the new beliefs. Wasn't it a Goddess named Lilitu or something, or is that another name for Lilith? I study religion/beliefs a lot, but I can't recall >.< Either way though, Lilith definitely is not a Goddess...perhaps the revised version of one, but sadly by being remodled she is lost to time anyway.

Agreed on both counts. There's a goddess they think inspired her or who the myth of Lilith evolved from, but what annoys me really is that people don't say "Lilitu is my patron". They say Lilith, and then they go on about how she's the goddess of feminists or something and totally cool for standing up to Adam. And then when you call them on it they say she's actually a goddess of some other pantheon. It's one way or it's the other people, srsly. xp

Corabella: I'm really starting to hate those "free speech" advocate ********. They whine about EVERYTHING - "omg dat goes aginst mah fre speechuz!!!" I have no idea how they equate abusing an animal as being protected under Free Speech. I was under the impression that when we abused another human being, that it was criminal and the Free Speech assholes sat down and shut up.
It sounds terribly un-American, but I'm starting to think that most of the US needs to have their Free Speech taken away since none of them apparently know how to use it properly. It frightens me some to think that people believe that having these freedoms means that they can -and should- be a d**k.

Thing about free speech is that it goes both ways. You can say what you like, but if you provoke someone you can't then say "well I have free speech!". People are also allowed to react, and if you do your damnedest to piss someone off then a jury will be quite happy to let them crack you one.
You have free speech, but so does your opponent, like.
In England they have like places where you can say anything you like. Like giant soapboxes wink Except "death to the queen" and stuff, I think that's still pretty frowned upon.

WTF is with all the "remake" movies lately? scream
I can think of plenty of books that would make great movies, but is anyone making them? Noooooo!!! Instead they are remaking every ******** movie from about 20 years ago. stressed
I don't get to go to the movies all that often, please at least make it so that when I do go, it's not something I saw when I was a kid. Not to mention some of those movies are perfect just the way they are...there is no need to
