Atem shook his head "it is over and no it didn't.. I fired about half of my consul.. the pigs anyways." he then looked at Amme "are you ok? you look like you fell..." concern filling his voice as his whole posture softened.
"hmmm something I haven't done before but sounds fun." Eros smirked as she stood up "i'll need some more clothes if I'm to live here anyways. i'll grab some during the little raid fun." she then headed out of their room with
Bakura when she felt a man smack her a**. she turned around in a split second and without a word punched him in the face giving him a bloody nose and a few more loose teeth she then used a spell to toss him across the bar since it was empty. "touch me again and i'll do a lot more than kill some of your braincells." she warned darkly as her face grew dark and resentful.
this of course scared the s**t out of the man. he gave one glance at Bakura and tried to slink off.

"I see," she said. She guessed the consul men did not want to find Eros, or so she guessed. Amme then tilted her head down a bit, "Yea, I just tripped over something, that's all," she lied. She should tell him of what those girls said but she was still a bit shaken up from the incident. She may be able to heal others but her powers did not allow her to heal herself. She chuckled a little, "Does it look that bad?"
Bakura watched as Eros attacked her man. It served him right, he told them not to touch her and he slapped her a**. The man was trying to slink away when Bakura walked up to him. He grabbed the man by the shirt and lifted him up. "What did I say before? Are you all trying to piss me off today?" he said then threw the guy against the bar. "Look at her," he said forcing the man to look at her, "she could snap you in an instant but she didn't. Consider yourself lucky to be alive. Not only can she kill you, but as you should know by now, I can kill you within a second. I wouldn't even have to break a sweat. Now, I don't know why you people enjoy disobeying me so. So I think I will make an example of this." He then picked the man up so he could stand on his feet. "I'm going to make this AS CLEAR as possible for you all. Disobey me again, and either Eros or I will punish you. And punishment will quite simply be," he said stopping as he put his strong hand around the man's neck and very quickly and smoothly snapping the man's neck- instantly killing him. The man fell to the floor. "Do I make myself clear?" he said smirking. "Don't talk to her unless she talks to you, by no means touch her, and absolutely don't disrespect her in anyway. Or you'll wind up like this sorry b*****d here. Now somebody clean this mess," he said stepping over the man and walking with Eros again. Today was not the day to piss him off. "I will teach you these things. You're already very strong but I will teach you some new things," he said. He was actually very impressed by her strength, no wonder she did not fear him.

Eros nodded "that would be very helpful. and I had to be strong at home... I had to constantly defend myself and my only friend against the royal bitches of the Palace." she chuckled at the name she gave them. "it was good enough there but i felt it wouldn't be here." her expression lightened a bit but it still held a cold demeanor. "stupid pigs.." she mumbled.
Atem nodded "looks like you fell and rolled down a scratchy slope." he smiled and took one of her hands "I'm sure Eros will return to us soon... aat least i hope so."
Isis winced from the mental slash she suddenly got "Seth... I don't think she wants to be found. she lashed out at me and mahado.. with her item. the Emotion was rage, and hatred... I fear her brother is too late for sticking up for her."

Seth frowned when Isis told him this information. He turned away from Isis for a moment. "How do we tell the Pharaoh? You know that he loves his sister. It was displayed at the consul meeting today," he said. He narrowed his eyes, thinking about the consul members. What Atem said was true, they pushed Eros to do this, to leave. And yes, as much as he was loyal to Atem, Eros should have had the throne. "Then stop trying to find her. Is there anyway to know if she is at least safe?" he asked.
Amme cringed a little when he touched her hand. It seemed she hurt her hand as well. "I guess it was worse then I thought," she said. She then blinked and hesitated, "I.... I was just being careless. My mind has been on Eros, I wasn't paying attention," she said. She already felt bad about lying, but she also felt embarrassed saying that she fell. She hasn't fallen in quite a few years since her other senses were so sharp. "I hope....." she said softly. "When I was down there, I didn't feel like she was in distress or scared. She felt..... excited," she said trying not to choke up on her words. "Are they going to try and find Eros? Are they sending more guards?" she asked.
"Why bother defending anyone there? I thought they all treated you like dirt," he asked curiously. "You'll learn, and you'll learn quickly, I can tell," he said. "And if you have any problems here, I'll be sure to step in. Or if you're in trouble, I'll make sure you don't get yourself killed," he said. Why was he being so nice to her? Sure, he was saying it in rough terms, but he was never so nice to somebody. Hell, the nicest thing he's done was save Zeres but he didn't protect the guy.

Eros sighed "she wasn't royal, and wasn't a b***h.... she may have been my brother's healer but she was in the same position I was. she was the only one I could trust... and she kept me from losing what sanity I do have left." she didn't understand why he was being so nice to her.. this made her a little uneasy there was only one person who was ever like this to her. "what bugs me is why you're being so nice. don't get me wrong, I like it.... it's just.." she was so use to having to take care of herself a lot of times when Amme wasn't around so this was new to her in a way.
Atem noticed the cringe and nodded "I cant stop thinking about her either, but we already have out as many guards that are allowed. we still need some to remain here and in the village for defense.
"she is safe.. i felt no harm was on her and that she was relaxed until she felt us." Isis said calmly. "I bet the sight of Bakura and what the guards had done pushed her to help... and over the edge. of course this is just a speculation"

Amme tilted her head down in sadness. It was true though, they had to leave some men here to protect the villagers and the palace. "I know," she said. She tilted her head back up. "Is there anything I can do to help with finding Eros?" she asked feeling like she should be doing something to help. "Or anything to help you?" she added knowing he felt the worse about this.
Bakura listened to her story about the girl. He heard that the Pharaoh had a healer but did not know she was an outsider. He raised an eyebrow at her when she mentioned the nice thing. They reached the outside and Bakura said, "Then I will treat you like I treat my men if you want," being sarcastic. "Just what? You're eerie of me when I am nice to you, but when I have my defenses up and I'm mean to you, you trust me?" he said smirking a little finding it kind of funny. He then whistled for his horse.
Seth paused for a moment thinking. "Next time we see the Pharaoh, we will alert him of our findings. However I don't recommend looking for him now to tell him. He's been through enough. Just make sure to stress that his sister is safe. But as far as we know, she does not want to be found," he said.

"well Usually when someone's nice to me they want something, it's always been that way so it's hard to think otherwise." she called her horse as well. she took off the royal garments that they dressed the poor creature in. "I never got this crap..." she then found somewhere to hide them and put them there "Arabian horses should ride natural. just a sattle and a bridle are enough they move faster that way." she then hopped on.
Isis nodded "of course. I'll make sure to notify him later. However, shall we give the Orb to Ammeterasu? I'm sure it would help her along with others." she said calmly.
"don't worry. I'm sure my sister os more than capable of defending herself." Atem said sweetly "If she was excited maybe she wanted to go with him. I couldn't blame her though. those fools trapped her in an invisible cage. but I'm also sure she misses you, after all you were her only friend." he said reassuringly.

Amme smiled and nodded, "Yes, your right." She then said, "I miss her too. I just want her to be happy and safe." She started to feel a trickle of blood running down from her elbow. She didn't want him to worry, so she tried to stay quiet about it. It wasn't until it reached her finger tips did her arm flinch a little. She tried to flick it off nonchalantly, but that didn't work.
"Hmmm," Bakura said agreeing with her in his mind about people being too nice for their own reasons. He jumped onto his horse and patted his neck. "That's because all those pigs care about is looking good. Showing off their riches to those who are less fortunate," he said. "Ready?" he said as he said a word in Egyptian so that the horse would begin to run.
Seth thought for a moment. "Do you know anything about the Orb Isis?" he asked her, "do you know why the consul feared it? It has no power, not like the original items. Not even like the Millennium Rose that was made for Eros. It cannot give judgment like the other items can. But it does have the power to negate the effects of our items. In other words she could never be put to judgment. And as you saw, the consul is very superstitious to those who are not fully royal blooded." He then looked over at Isis, "And besides the fact that they don't know what else it will do. But it doesn't matter, half of the consul is gone. We have the right to decide about the matter. And unlike those old geezers, I don't worry about the girl. If they are that worried then we can show them her ka."

Eros snapped the reigns of her horse and he began to run after Bakura "oh so now you're gonna try to outrun me?" she laughed as she galloped beside him "that wont be so easy however. my Shadow is quite fast."
Isis nodded "yes I'm well aware of these things. It is also meant for her that's why I've been so firm on allow her to have it. and yes we could. that would further prove my point." she smiled.
Atem noticed the blood "lets go get that cleaned up." he said gently as he led her to the private infirmary.

"Oh....ah," she stuttered, "ok." She followed him to the private infirmary. "Sorry," she said feeling she had to apologize. She hated having to depend on people.
Bakura raised an eyebrow when he saw the girls pep. "Do you think you can out run the Thief King?" he said with a smirk as he snapped the reigns as well so his horse would go faster. "Akhom has never been outrun before," he said taking on her challenge. [[Akhom is an Egyptian name for 'Eagle']]
Seth thought about it for a few moments. He then looked at Isis and said, "Find her and the Pharaoh. We're going to discuss this."

Eros laughed "neither has Shadow. Arabia horses are bred for speed!" she felt true joy and happiness at her new found freedom as Shadow caught up while she leaned forward for better momentum. "eat my dust!" she said with a smirk as Shadow began to pass Akhom." while this was happening she stuck her tongue out at him while they started drawing near to the city.
Isis nodded as she left quickly in search of the two.
Atem got out some bandages and ointment he then sat beside Amme as he used a cloth to clean off her elbow "no need to be sorry. I can't have my healer and friend going around like this.." he smiled as he began to apply the ointment.

[[FUUUUUUUUU second time writing this. Power went out then came back on >>>>><<<< ]]
Bakura watched as the girl and her horse past the two of them. He couldn't believe it! Nobody was faster then him! But he wasn't even mad, he was impressed. He tried to catch up with her, but could only stay just behind her. He smirked but only because he was enjoying this. It was a long time since he's felt such energy. However, they had to stop when they saw the city. "Eros! Stop!" he said pulling on his own horse's reigns so Akhom would stop. They couldn't go too close to the city on horseback, it would create too much distraction.
Amme smiled softly when he took care of her. "Quite a change in roles huh?" she joked chuckling softly. She cringed at first when he first started to clean her elbow, she knew it was just a small burn from being clean. After the initial sting she was fine. She then chuckled a little thinking about something. "In fact, I think this was an exact change in roles. When I first came here, one of the few times I was around you. You torn up your knee I believe," she said smiling.

Eros pulled the reigns on her horse and he slowed while turning and trotting back up to Bakura "your horse is very fast. never had such a close race before." she said cheerfully while petting her horse. "I can't remember the last time I had this much fun."
Atem chuckled "yes I was quite clumsy. luckily I've learned to be more careful." he said sweetly as the door to the infirmary open.
Isis walked in and bowed her head "My Pharaoh, the rest of the consul wishes to have a discussion with you and Ammeterau. It is also an important matter. as for Eros she is unharmed but wishes not t be found." she said calmly.
Atem sighed "I was afraid of that, and very well." he finished wrapping up Amme's arm "come on let's go." he told Amme softly.

Amme giggled a little. "I think you were just filled with a lot of energy. Besides, all children are like that," she said. She heard the door open and heard Isis' voice. She wondered why they wanted to bring Amme into a discussion when just before they did not want her. She was glad that Eros was not hurt but frowned a little when Isis said that she did not wish to return. "Ok," she said following him and Isis. "Thank, also," she added.
"I should say the same. It's the first time somebody has out raced me. But I still wouldn't trade Akhom for anything," he said. He smirked as he jumped off of his horse. "Well you're not here to have fun, you are here to learn," he said sternly even though it was kind of apparent that Bakura enjoyed their race as well. He reached for a bag that was tied onto the horse. He then commanded his horse to run off with his own special word. The horse did so. He handed Eros what he grabbed from the bag, which was a robe. He had one for himself as well. "Can't let them see who we are. Plus this allows you to hide and storage many things. I'm going to teach you how to steal and how to raid. It should be interesting, being that you have certain spells at our disposal," he said.

Eros nodded as she pulled her cloak off for the first time. there were runes engraved into her arms and legs symbols for different emotions and elements. she then put the other cloak on as she jumped off of her horse and he went trotting off on his own "true but I still enjoy the challenge. new ways to use my talents."
Atem took Amme's hand and the three of them headed int the consul room. "what is it now?" he asked, no longer as angered.
"well it's about the Millennium orb and whether or not we should give it to Ammeterasu." Isis said calmly "I vote that she should have it. it is meant for her."
