Sickle looked uncertain and surprised. "C-Can I? Will he let me?" He asked, but did as she asked without another moment's hesitation. "Come here, little guy...' Sickle said, grabbing the boy gently and cooing to him. Holding him in his arms like he had done to Nadia some time ago when she was smaller, a couple more tears fell from his eyes. He felt overwhelming pride and happiness holding the small child. "This is what Super must feel like with Nadia..." He muttered, tickling he cub's belly with his finger. "He's so beautiful. Thank you, Kairi. Thank you for bringing him, for being so strong. I don't think... I've ever been happier."
--
As Tsuki passed, Super looked over to restaurant. "Haw Haw." He remarked to her, before letting his daughter take the plushie. He smirked a bit as he pointed toward Kairi for Nadia. "Look, Nadia! See that with fox with Uncle Sickle? That's Auntie Kairi." He said, informing his child. "And the little one in his arms is Beo." He explained, before turning to Sparky. "I suppose we should start moving forward now, You haven't got a chance to say hi yet!" Super mentioned, seeing a bit of anxiousness behind Sparky's eyes. As he let Sparky go ahead of him, he looked back into his daughter's eyes. "I want you to remember today. Not for what happened, but for what it means, Nadia. That no matter what, hold on hope, okay?" He said, before following his wife toward the restaurant. He looked over to Tsuki a moment before raising an eyebrow. "An interesting gift, but she loves it. Good on you, 'sis'." He remarked, regarding Tsuki as his in-law.

Looking over towards Kairi for a moment, Sparky took a slow breath as she did her best to keep calm--which was hard when your friend suddenly comes back from the dead. Right now, she wanted to run in there and possibly launch herself at her friend--she had so many things she wanted to ask her--but most of all...she was glad that she was alive. "Kairi!" Sparky said happily, but not loudly--not wanting to Beo--as she headed over towards her friend. Smiling widely, the yellow wolf could feel all of her anxiety washing away and quickly being replaced with happiness as she headed over to greet her friend. Waiting until Sickle had gently scooped up his son, who she greeted with an 'awww', Sparky greeted Kairi with a big hug, as her tail wagged about for a moment. "It's be so long! I can't believe you're here." she said smiling. "I have so much I want to tell you and ask you." she said. "But most of all, I'm glad you're okay." the yellow wolf grinned a bit more.
"Hold on hope?" Nadia repeated before giving a bit of a nod and smiling. "Otay." she said a second later, as she glanced back over towards the window and seemed to blink as she spotted the weird plush, which she greeted with a laugh and tight hug. "Its cute!" she said happily, as she held the strange plush close to her, not at all caring what it looked like. "Auntie Kairi, Beo." she said, pointing at each one before smiling a bit more. "Nadia want to meet them, can Nadia?" she asked, speaking in third person like some little kids did.
"I'm glad, Greenie." Tsuki replied as she watched Nadia hug the plush. "That's all that matters to me." she added in a bit later, showing her more kinder side--which seemed come out whenever she was around Nadia. Continuing to watch the reunion, which she would join as soon as Sparky was done with her hellos and such like that, the silver wolf headed back into the restaurant behind Super. She herself was happy to see Kairi--she just had her own way of showing it. Now all we need is squeakers and we'll have a party she thought to herself for a moment.

Kairi hugged Sparky back tightly. She had missed her while she was away, since she considered Sparky to be her best friend aside from Sickle. "It's so good to see you! I missed you soooooo much!" She knew that Sparky must have a lot of questions for her, and she was willing to answer them once things calmed down a little bit. The woman spotted her friends' daughter and knew that they both had a lot of catching up to do. Beo was in his father's arms, squirming a bit. His brows were still furrowed as he stared into his father's face. After a few moments of this, the pup said one of his limited amount of words, "No!" and reached up to squeeze Sickle's nose. He was small, so it wasn't enough to hurt, but he wasn't being gentle or careful either.

Sickle laughed as the child grabbed his nose. "I don't think he likes me right now. Still a stranger." He beamed despite the greeting his son gave him and looked around a bit. Super passed them and grabbed one of the baby chair's that were made for restaurant's and set it up for Sickle to but his reluctant child down in. He paused a moment, before recalling that what happened with Sparky and Tsuki happened before Kairi went missing. Everything tended to happen all at once back then... it was hard to keep track. It was hard to have kept track of the last half an hour.
He saw the look on Nadia's face and laughed a moment. "No, Nadia, it's for Beo, not you, don't worry. You're a big girl." He smiled as he turned to the wolf and fox. "Want to set the little guy down, Sickle?" Super asked, leaning on the counter.
Sickle paused, but nodded. He didn't want to put his son down, but the little guy was getting upset. Placing Beo in the baby chair, Sickle returned to his wife and stood next to her, not wanting to be anywhere else right now. He let Sparky and Kairi catch up - he has all the time in the world now.

Kairi smiled when her husband returned to her side and she took his hand in hers. Her stomach was full of butterflies as if they were newlyweds and she wanted nothing more than to be close to him and hold his hand. Their family was together again and she was happier than she'd ever been. Beo seemed calmer now that he was in the chair and away from the action a bit. For the first time he saw the person who was closest to him in age. His eyes grew wide when he saw Nadia and he began reaching out for her as if she was a new toy. "Want!" He called out to her.

Nadia gave a bit of a pout as her father told her that she couldn't have the chair that Beo was put in. "But Nadia always gets." she said, as she pointed at the baby chair for a moment. "Why can't nadia have now?" she questioned looking at her father for a moment, then back towards the chair. She didn't seem to get it--she always used to get the baby chair before--why couldn't she get it now. Nadia's thoughts about the chair didn't stay for very long the moment she heard Beo's next word. "Want Nadia?" she asked curiously and began to squirm about in her father's arms--trying to get down...which she finally succeeded in after a few more squirms. Once on the floor, Nadia made her way over towards Beo, before climbing up onto a nearby chair to get a better look. "Beo?" she questioned, as she stared at the small wolf/fox hybrid in front of her.
"Be careful sweetie." Sparky said, as she glanced over toward her daughter, spotting her in the corner of her eye when she originally started climbing. Once she was sure that her daughter was okay, she turned her attention back towards her friend--though still keeping the four year old yellowish-green wolf within her sights, making sure she couldn't hurt herself. "So how are you doing Kairi? Now that you found us again." Sparky asked, starting out with the simple answers--not really wanting to over realm her friend with questions, she was still too excited to see her best friend that it was a bit tricky not to suddenly spew words all at once. "What have you been up to?? Have you--no wait...never mind that question." she said, as she realized that she was going to ask about Haden, who was much more of panicky than Sickle ever was. "Do you want to have Tsuki call him?" she asked, giving a bit of a sneaky grin, as she glanced over towards her former counter part--now sister, as she mentioned Haden.
"what?" Tsuki asked, as she glanced over towards Sparky for a second. "I don't like that grin of yours." she muttered as she held onto her soda, which she had retrieved when she came back in. "What are you thinking..?" she questioned, fiddling with the ring on her pendant once again. "whenever you grin like that--it usually means trouble--and for me."
"...look whose talking." Sparky mumbled softly. "What do you think Kairi?" the yellow wolf comment, turning her attention back towards her friend. "Or do you want to wait on it?" In truth, she figured that she would want to wait on it, seeing how easily panicked Haden could become...although, this time it wasn't without reason.

Kairi shook her head and grinned. She knew how Haden must have reacted when she went missing and she knew how he would react now that she was back. He was way too over protective of her but it was for all the right reasons. In all honesty, she loved him and missed him dearly. "He'll be upset that I've been around for this long without calling him already..." She didn't have a cell phone and didn't remember his number anyway... then something even more important hit her. "Is he in America? Or did he go back to England?" The fox then thought again. Haden's profession required him to travel all over to exotic and secret locations around the world. Her face went paler than it already was. "Does anyone know where he is? He isn't excavating somewhere is he?" In all truthfulness, the thought of not seeing Haden as soon as possible was upset. During her arctic exile her thoughts drifted to her brother almost as often as they drifted to her husband because she knew the two of them would probably do anything to get her back.
Beo smiled and laughed when Nadia said his name. "Beo," he repeated in a matter of fact tone as if answering her question. The yellow green wolf was holding is attention and he seemed happier than before, now that he had a playmate. "Snack-ack?"

It wasn't very long before Super's cell phone slid unto a table, Haden's name already selected, but not actually calling. He nodded slowly, in which Sickle gave a light-hearted chuckle. "Always prepared." Super nodded in response, before moving swiftly behind the baby chair and placing his hand on the opposite side that Nadia was crawling on so it wouldn't tip over. He looked over to the others while the phone sat on the table and thought about who should call.
Sickle never contacted his 'brother in law' much after Kairi had disappeared. It had a lot to due to how they both were just quiet on the phone about it. Right now, he seemed like a poor choice. Kairi was having an emotional overload, and probably needed time to recover from everything. Obviously the kids were out, and Sparky and Haden were never as close as the others were. He himself was an odd man out, talking to Haden but never really becoming his best buddy ever. This would make him the obvious choice, if not for... "Tsuki, you'd best call." He mentioned idly. "It's best to start on a high note and have it get better." Super commented.
Sickle was watching his son play with Nadia, and smiled warmly. He was blinking back tears of happiness and pride. Everything... was complete with him. Things were working. Falling into place. The other shoe wouldn't drop. Not on him. This was the other shoe.

A wave of relief washed over Kairi when she saw her brother's name in Super's phone. She knew even if no one had his number, he wouldn't be away too long, but still, she wanted to see him as soon as possible. The two had always had a sort of bond when they were younger, but after the first time she died and then took the form of a fox, their bond had only grown stronger. She was free of all worry. She was surrounded by good friends and family, soon to probably be surrounded by even more of both. The place she had left behind when she disappeared had been preserved in the hearts of those that cared about her and she was finding it surprisingly easy to walk right back into it.

"Not snack." Nadia said as she shook her head for a moment, before pointing at herself for a moment, releasing her loose grip she held on the front of the baby chair. "Nadia." she stated, before smiling and giggling a bit--seeming to enjoy Beo's company as much as Beo was enjoying hers. "He funny daddy." she said, as she looked away for a moment, then back again. "Beo." she said, again, pointing at the little wolf/fox hybrid. "Nadia--" she stopped and lifted up one of her plushes. "--Mr. Fluffy-bun." she smiled and held her plush out for Beo to see.
"What's up with all of you and being so prepared?" Tsuki muttered as she watched Super slid his phone out on the table--not that she herself wasn't glad that he had Haden's number, not that she would actually admit it. It had been a long time since she had actually spoken to the fox, she wasn't even sure what kind of terms they were on anymore--not that she could call him to find out anyway. "And wha?" Tsuki said, as she heard Super's next comment. Staring at the phone for a moment, the silver wolf grumbled before glancing over towards Sparky--who she could see snickering at the point. "You--shut up." she replied, as she picked up the phone, before dialing his number and listening to it ring. Pick up already--how long does it take someone to answer the ph-- Tsuki thought to herself as she listened to the phone right for a bit, before speaking as she heard it pick up. "Hey--can you guess who this is? You couldn't have forgotten about me already." Tsuki said, deciding to pick on Haden, before breaking the news about Kairi.
Sparky gave a bit of a innocent shrug--she couldn't help but pick on Tsuki when it came to situations like this--it was to much fun not to. "I was just laughing." she mumbled softly, before smiling as she glanced over towards Nadia, who was introducing him to her favorite plush.

Haden had been reading when his cell phone had gone off. He was surprised to see the Hedgehog's number on the caller id and immediately feared the worst. What fresh hell could possibly be breaking loose state side? Had someone died? Was there a new battle to be fought? He was more than shocked when he heard a familiar yet unexpected voice on the other end of the line. "Tsuki?" He said, dazed for a moment. "How could anyone possibly forget you? What are you doing with Super's phone? Is everything okay?"
Beo reached out and touched the stuffed toy's head. "b-...b-..." he tried to repeat after Nadia, but after a few seconds gave up. "Snack?" he said, patting the bunny on the head and smiling.

Super stared a moment at the children, watching as Nadia got to know Beo. He reflected on what Beo had told them when he had visited from that dismal future. He apparently was quite fond of his future Nadia, who had grown to be a strong and independent woman in her own right, apparently. Super pondered what his daughter will be like all grown up - living under vastly different conditions as her counterpart, he hoped Nadia would be strong, but have a stronger sense of peace then the one he met - albeit briefly. Time travel was a sticky subject, and after discussing the results with his own future self(who he was not very fond of), he decided not to pursue it, as such technology coming forth would be... a travesty, despite intentions.
Sighing briefly, he saw his daughter show Beo her doll. He blinked a moment before shaking his head. He had a pretty good idea what might happen, but hoped that the good mood wouldn't sour anytime soon... But whatever happened, he'd bet he'd wear a smile, be it benevolent or slightly malevolent. "Yes, he is, takes after his father in that regard, I'd bet. I think the little guy's hungry. Sick-" He mentioned idly. Super was getting used to the idea of Kairi being around again much, much faster then everyone else. His war career had seen plenty of miraculous survivals, albeit none he was all that emotionally involved in. However, Sickle had a beaming look on his face Super didn't want to change, so he gave Sickle a quick wave off and went back into the kitchen - the hedgehog was known for helping the wolf in the back, so Sickle found no fault. "Never mind, I'll get it." He informed, as he disappeared into the back.
Sickle raised an eyebrow before he realized 'Snackack' probably meant the little tyke was hungry. Super was already on it before he realized, and gave the hedgehog a thumbs up as he moved away. Turning to Kairi, Sickle gave a quick kiss on the cheek to his wife. He blinked as Tsuki started the phone call with little hesitation. And no fight at all. He snickered.

Nadia laughed and shook her head, as she watched Beo patted her plush on the head. "Mr. Fluff-bun say he like you." she said, as she wiggled the plush about in front of Beo. "that what he say." she nodded quickly, smiling a bit more. Staring down at her plush, Nadia seemed unsure about wanting to move Mr. Fluff-bun any closer--she loved the plush and wasn't even keen on sharing him usually. Holding her second plush under her arm, Nadia kept that one close to her--unsure what exactly to name it at the point. Looking over as her father headed into the back, Nadia blinked for a moment before giving her own response. "Snack." she said, apparently not wanting to be left out.
"Yeah yeah--everything's fine--keep your pants on. " Tsuki replied as Haden picked up the phone, responding in the slightly paniced fashion that she figured he would. The silver wolf could easily hear the surprise in his voice--or perhaps it was confusion--whichever it was, she could easily picked it up. "Actually--things are more than just okay." Tsuki said, as she glanced over towards Kairi's direction for a moment. "I have some good news--well maybe great new--which is the reason why I called you." she explained, not giving Haden much of a chance to get a word in while she was speaking. "She came back Haden--Kairi, she came home." she stated simply, "and she isn't alone." she added in, before falling silent and allowing what she had just said to sink in. ...prepare for one hell of a reacting in three...two...one... she thought to herself.
Sparky noticed this as well and gave a bit of a smile. "Maybe she actually wanted to talk to him." she mumbled softly, giving a bit of a grin. Tsuki seemed to calm down slightly since they split, sure she could still be a pain and grumbled a lot, but she didn't argue as much nor yell as often as she did.

Haden's teeth clenched, "What are you trying to pull..." he growled out. "How dare you call me and say something like that?! You think it's April bloody Fools do you?!" He could feel his voice tightening and his eyes burned. His sister was dead and this was a cruel joke. "BUG OFF!"
Kairi heard the last yell of Haden's rant, instantly assessed the situation, and quickly motioned to Tsuki to give her the phone. Once it was in her hands she spoke quickly into it. "Haden!"
The fox jumped up from where he was sitting, knocking his book onto the floor and then his mug of tea on top of it. "KAIRI! KAIRI YOU... YOU'RE... KAIRI?!" Without really thinking about it the fox jumped onto his arm chair and stood in the center of the cushion. "Oh my bloody god!" He started laughing the most honest and jovial laugh he'd ever laughed, so hard that it almost hurt his throat. "KAIRI KAIRI KAIRI!" He hadn't allowed himself to say her name since he had decided she was dead. The word felt so good to say and he could hardly stop himself, "KAIRI KAIRI KAIRI!"
The female fox laughed, "Yes, yes, yes! And yes, yes, yes, again!" She was grinning at the sound of his voice.
"Are you with Sickle?" Haden asked, and Kairi could hear a lot of banging noises in the background.
"Yes."
"STAY THERE! I'LL BE RIGHT THERE!" And then there was dead air.
Kairi shook her head and sat down, looking a little faint. She hung up the phone and put it down on the table before turning her head to look at Sickle, with a tired but content smile. "Well... Haden is coming for a visit.

Tsuki stood there silently for a moment as listened to Kairi speak to Haden--not even bothering to yell back at him when she handed the phone over towards her. Folding her ears back slightly, the silver wolf looked a tad bit pissed, although she could understand Haden's reaction to her comment--she still didn't like being yelled at...especially in that manner and by that fox. "Can I slug him the moment I see him?" Tsuki asked bluntly as she glance over towards Kairi, only asking for Kairi's permission since he was her brother--not that it'd actually stop her from doing so--she just wanted to ask anyway.
"Well he definitely sounded happy." Sparky said, as she stood by her friend, easily aware about how exhausted she must be from everything that was going on. It seemed like just when they finally managed to calm down, everything began to speed up all over again. Speed. she thought to herself and looked over towards Tsuki. "Are you--" she started, only to cut herself off as she received a simple shake of her head...which all she needed to see. "You're not really going to slug him--are you?" she asked, as she stared at her former counter part, who just gave a bit of a smile--sometimes there just wasn't any winning with her.
"Naah...I'll just grab him in a headlock." Tsuki simply replied. Whatever she was going to do, she was going to do it in typical Tsuki style--and no one was going to be able to stop her...besides Kairi possibly, since it was her reappearance that they were kinda celebrating...once they got around to it at least. "After he says his hellos." she added.
