It's not technically a solo, but the guitar/keyboard dual at the end of Children of Bodom's "Kissing the Shadows"
The solo in "Botnus" by Buckethead and Friends (Buckethead is just awesome regardless XD)
The guitar solo in Eluveitie's song "Lugdunon". It's not even a difficult solo to do, I don't even know why I love it, it's just great.
The guitar solo in AFI's song "Medicate".

I know most people are going to go "Wha...?", but my fav solo is the solo in Jimi Hendrix's All along the Watchtower and Voodoo Child (Slight return)
