I should have posted my welcome when I was first accepted, but I haven't been at my computer since then crying My poor baby must have missed me ::hugs it::
Anywho ... I will now proceed to bore you all to death with stuff about me.
BASICS

DIR EN GREY
Got into them by: Seeing the Yokan PV. I was looking for Gackt at the time, and some dumba$$ mis-labled the arist, so I happily download Yokan, going "hey, I've never heard of that one before". Then I go to play it, and I'm thinking, "That doesn't sound like a Gackt song." Then Kyo pops up and starts singing and I'm staring at the screen going, "That's NOT Gackt!" But I loved the song and the people were pretty (and Kaoru's hair got stuck as a permanent image in my head), so I went on a search for them. Finally connected Dir en grey and Yokan in a lj community for J-rock icons, when someone made icons from that PV. So the next thing you know I'm looking them up online, downloading everything, and saving alllll my money for buying purposes.
What I like: Various things. For one, Kaoru's guitar work always sticks out, no matter what the song - and similarly I love to hear Shinya bash away on the drums. I love every song Die's ever composed, and Toshiya's bass is absolutely amazing. Naturally, of course, there's Kyo's voice - which is something to be both admired and feared, because as wonderful as it is, I'm afraid he's gonna burn it out someday with all the abuse he puts it through.

Hehe, if all those people are boycotting, I think maybe I'll hang out in Int'l forum again. Of course, guild is priority, but I'll visit Int'l more often. I've been avoiding it lately.

I'm Inai, as you can all tell. I first got into Dir en grey after I'd heard a lot about them, and someone decided I had to listen to them. Thanks to her I heard Obscure, then Kasumi, then a few other songs. Now I'm completely obsessed. 3nodding Dir en grey are almost all I listen to anymore, other than BLOOD and Duel Jewel.

I love Kyo, but for some reason the barfyness just makes me go eeew instead of, "Omg, I want your barfy babiez!!!" xp
