The boy's tail puffed, and he jumped a little. "Ah! I honestly didn't see you there! My name's Davyn, but you can call me Davey... who are you?" He looked puzzled, and his ears wiggled curiously.
"Are you a +anima too?" He queried further, dark eyes twinkling interestedly.

Genesis ignored the girls remarks about a "chihuahua" and instead continued to walk away but replied by lifting her arm and then raising her middle finger behind her. She was a little taken aback by the boy following her though, seemingly not very scared of her - which was a change. But he was starting to get on her nerves with all these questions and over use of the term "Miss".
"Miss... are you okay - did someone try and hurt you?" he said
"Gen! Did someone try and hurt you?" Jacks voice resounded in her head.
Genesis stuttered and then stopped in her walk. She suddenly thought of Jack and had to turn and look at the small boy to make sure it wasn't him. He was young and innocent. "Cute" would be the perfect word, but not one Gen would use. She would say vulnerable.
She thought about how much trouble he would get in and admittedly got a little worried for him. But she still didn't want to join them. Instead, she made a decision to maybe watch his back if they were ever around again. Gen turned back around and continued to walk out the gates with all the bustling crowd as the boy was pulled back by the other girls.

I Suffer Mornings Most Of All I Feel So Powerless And Small By Ten 'O Clock, I'm Back In Bed Fighting The Jury In My Head... The group had begun to move off.
Pippa felt a sharp surge of panic. Hastily untangling her arms, she scrambled out from her hiding place and darted into the crowd. The small gathering that the familar girl seemed to be tagging along with was being lead by a tall, dark-haired girl, an +anima tattoo stretched obviously across her shoulder; at present, a large group of weeping schoolgirls seperated them from Pippa. Focusing all her concentration onto keeping the tall girl in her sight, Pippa blended in with the girls, now on the point of hysteria, and tried to keep her head out of sight.
Without warning, the tall girl spun around. Pippa threw herself onto the ground, knocking another of the girls down with her. The girl cried out as she hit the cobbled stone, and suddenly Pippa found herself being surrounded on all sides by angry, high-pitched voices. As the sea of legs began to swallow her up, she waited until the girls had moved off, hissing furious insults at her, before daring to stand up and peek over the heads of the crowd. Had she been seen?...
No. The tall girl had turned back, and was walking away once again.
Sighing gratefully, Pippa continued to follow them, hiding in the shadow of two particularly tall boys who seemed to be wearing every piece of clothing they owned. Somewhere in the back of her mind, she registered that her forearms were stinging painfully; but that seemed irrelevant.
Keep watching, keep watching, keep watching...

Marion could feel the gaze of two eyes on the back of her neck. She would have to investigate soon. That sort of thing made her skin crawl. But to the present, she still had the annoying boy who wouldn't put away his anima talking to her. Ah, well. She'd live. "I like Davyn better. I'm going to call you that if we team up." Her voice was still a slip of a thing, hard to hear over the sound of all the other +Anima leaving, all with their own anima tucked away. Unlike this boy. How irritating.
Mari nearly glared at him, but caught herself. Instead, she just turned her head to the side, fully displaying the tattoo that marked her as a swan +Anima. "Does it not look that way?" She said, turning her head back. Even when it was turned back, the mark was highly visible. Without make-up, there probably wasn't any way to hide it, and since she couldn't spend money on such a frivolous thing, everyone knew as soon as they looked at her. The fact that he'd asked her such a thing was absurd.
And suddenly, Mari whipped around, hoping to catch her watcher. Which she did. A girl with black hair, hiding in the shadow of two tall boys. She blinked, then made a 'come here' motion with her hand.

"I just asked because sometimes, even though a person has a tatoo, it doesn't make them a +anima... that, and you seem... not to like me." He trailed, and grew quiet, ears drooping. "And alot of people who don't like me are people who don't like +anima. I don't get it - It's not like I'm dangerous. I can only do the ears and the tail. No claws. I'm harmless."

A whistle pierced the cacphony from an alley nearby, but the source of the sound remained a mystery, as a coated figure padded amongst the refuse with profound diffidence.
This city... why does the meeting place have to be a city? It's so... dirty. And the people are mislead. He thought to himself, re-adjusting his hood so it didn't slide off his head.
It was too hot there for him in his winter attire. He'd been prepared for winter - it was still snowing in the north. He hadn't anticipated the lack of snow.

Easily distracted, the small cat +anima turned to Sally. "Oh... hello... I know you weren't talking to me, but my name is Davyn. Call me Davey?"

"You already told me that silly" She giggled, "Oh-Renna, can you get in and grab his cats?" Sally turned to ask.
"What!?" Serrenedy turned to glare at the boy. He looked about Sally's age...threat. "Who're you and what the F*ck do you want?" She snarled at him, using her hight over him to intimidate

And he was intimidated. He looked up at the elder of the two girls, ears laying back in fear, and tail curling in a hopefully placating manner. "I... I'm Davey... and I don't mean to trouble you ma'am, but I left my cats in my hurry to get here and see what was going on - but we can't go back, can we? If I don't get them, they'll starve..."
He looked about in tears, but he still stood bravely, trying not to show his fear and failing.
Something about the scene struck to the heart of the pink-haired man-child strolling through, and he whistled, loud and sharp, to get the girl's attention.
"Would you mind not being so rough with the boy? He's not a threat - he doesn't have fighting ability." He asked, smooth voice carrying over the cacaphony of the crowd.

Mari had been about to step in front of the little boy and defend him. She didn't like people who took advantage of smaller and younger people, and that made Serrenedy a very unlikable person. She could just feel her feathers ruffling, and her tattoo was actually starting to glow, the signal of a soon-to-be transformation. However, another person said what was on her mind first. Only with a calmer tongue. So instead she settled for a glare, and a "Yeah, he wasn't doing anything to your younger sister, so lay off." Of course, her voice was it's usual, inaudible volume, so it probably wasn't heard by the girl.

Serrenedy snarled at them. "Their right" Sally interjected. "Davey's nice" She hugged her sister. "Help him him...please?" Serrenedy looked down and sighed. Sally pulled her down with a small tug to her hair. "And don't be mean" She clicked her on the head with two fingers. It hadn't hurt.
"I'll try" Serrenedy smiled-her normal harsh face melting for a few moments as she Eskimo kissed her sister.
Sally turned to Davey with a smile. "She'll help you" She smiled. Serrenedy's glare was still on the boy, apparently wary of the hight difference.
"O.K. I'll be right back sugarplum so if anyone bothers you just scream and I'll be there in a second." Sally nodded and Serrenedy turned back to Davey. "come on" She growled-daring him to try something as her wings grew.

Davey looked humbled, and didn't look as she engaged her +anima - out of politeness more than fear. "We're flying over the wall?" He asked, more for his own satisfaction than for an answer.
Detricht smiled, and started to move away again, whistling all the while.

"Got a problem?" She asked a bit to sweetly as she grabbed him and hauled him on her back. "Pull out a feather and die" She warned-jumping into the air and sailing over the wall. "Now look down, where do you live?" She asked.
