That is the Quote from the Dark tournement.... i am a Quote fanatic... i know most of the Dark tournament by heart... well most of the episodes...
Neither the manga nor the anime ever mentioned any 'stats' on the guys. So it was never said how tall they were. So we'll never know for sure. However, the line you quoted from the dub was not in the original at all. That was completely added for some odd reason.
On a side note, I've always referred to the Bui/Hiei eps as the 'Joe the Janitor' ones. Why? Because the animation is SO horrible, it looks like all the normal animators called in sick and they had to get the janitor to animate it all
