As the unreal pain catch the man he can feel how the explosion blows his arm away. He falls on the ground bleeding massively and starts to bleed violently. However he managed to stay alive and grabs his sword with the one hand he had left. Letting out a huge scream he gather a large amount of chakra on his blade and makes a quickly slash against the tree.
Roll a reflex: DC: 20 you got an extra +8 from the total cover provided by the tree if you succeed you take half damage. IF you get a 20 you get no damage.

Hp: 21/43 lol that would have killed me if I had failed the reflex.
Aoshiro attempts to move but it's hit by the large wave of chakra, seeing how his own blood falls to the floor revealing the inside of his skin he looks at the atrocious wound with no fear for dead as the man in front of him was in worse condition than himself. Taking out both of his blade he charges at the man and tries to cut him with both blades in an attempt to finish him off.

His current dodge is 14 -6 penalty from fatal wound and -3 penalty from beind unable to propertly block with his sword.

He quickly rises his blade over his head and lauches a final attack to destroy the young boy once and for all. He was probably going to hell but he wanted to take this kid with him. Slashing down with his blade he does his best to cleave the kid in half.

Aoshiro takes a last breath and quickly slashes through the man's chest making a cross like cut over it in an attempt to stop this killing machine. As the blades cut through this beast skin he yells:
"Get the villages out to safety !!! Escape from here all of you, you might fight safety in otogakure and if I die tell Uchiha Mahiro and the oto-kage that they have my thanks for trusting me !!!"
As he said such words he felt for the first time in his life what being near the line that separate life from death is like. He then understood how worthless he was and how weak he was compared to other shinobis.
"If I survive this...I shall become stronger...at any cost..."
He whispered to himself as he saw his own blood fall down tot he ground slowly going numb from the massive blood lost.

As instructed the common men assault the house looking for the hostages inside. While on your side the man falls with both cuts on his chest shooting massive amounts of blood toward your body, at this point he was certainly dead. Falling back to the ground the man leaves this world with an expression of full hatred like if he had left something undone.
Mahiro comes from behind the rocks in aid for his precious student. The mission was successfully complete and thus she didn't needed to remind as a mediator any longer. Reaching her precious student she takes many bandages that had already been cured with different times of medicines, disinfectants and healing herbs. Sadly Mahiro never learn how to use any healing ninjutsu.
"You did good...Aoshiro"
She said as she broke his shirt with her hands revealing the massive wounds in her body. Quickly to clean the blood away from them she warps the bandages around them and presses the wound to try to keep the blood from continuing coming out.
"Hang in there I will get you some help soon!"

He answered quickly and directly as they arrived to the mountains. This place brings him back lots of memories of an old mission, his first one to be more precise. Stepping next to a giant rock the man stops and says:
"Well I need to know how strong you are physically so your first test will be simple...this rock weights about 50 pounds so...I want you to do something simple...I want you to make this rock fall over that cliff over there...you can take as much time as you need but, remember the quicker you do it the faster we move on to the next step"
He disappears from the kids sign and appears in another smaller rock behind them. Taking sit on the rock he looks at the kid and says:
"You can start when you want ~"
