Jim felt a little more like himself in a group, a little more like a real person and less like a paper cutout. Pulling Peprika closer to him, his mouth twitched in a semblance of a smile and he smacked one hand against his leg decisively.
"Yes. The hill soun's good - ain't nothin' like seein' s'around you, yeah?" He cast a wide-eyed look at the other two, noticing that Fuyuki wasn't meeting his gaze and instead lingering on Cam. He wasn't used to making choices, but his discomfort was easily disregarded by his gnawing need to get moving, somewhere, anywhere.

Peprika could feel the body heat now coming off Jim. Honestly, she liked it, because even with her coat on, she hadn't been planning on being out in the cool air for a prolonged period of time. She looked over at the other two, hoping they would concur with Jim. The idea of going up onto the hill didn't seem to have any issues. Just yet. At some point, it would have to dawn on someone, being up there, means they could be seen just as well too. But ideas like that hadn't settled into the ginger's mind.
"Lets get going then. I think the sooner we get there the better." She wondered what they would see. Hopefully nothing bad. But even with hoping that, it was unlikely to be true.
