Well, i would like to enter the Air Race myself.
Name: Michael Gifford
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Occupation: Privateer Captain
Airship: Destiny's Mourning
History:
"Destiny's Mourning" (Formally the "Riptide") is a recovered ship from the Second War of Silence, when Gifford first salvaged it, he kept it's original name, right up until it was confiscated and torn down by a local militia in one of the sky cities he frequented. after spending 3 months in prison for a crime he did not commit, he rebuilt the Riptide, from new parts, but to the same blueprint of the previous ship. This next-gen Riptide, with a fresh, fault-free engine, was christened "Destiny's Mourning", a tribute to a fallen friend.
Airship Description:
Destiny's Mourning is a medium-class smugglers airship. it is larger than most of the small, fast ships seen often in the skies, but can keep up with them easily. it has been modified from the blueprint used to repair the Riptide the 1st time, so that it now has a retrofitted Omega-Pattern Sky-Lifter engine. the Omega class engines are far more effecient than most competitors, and are a favourite among racers, and those looking to evade the law.
the Ship itself can hold 3 crewmen comfortably, and has cabins for all. these cabins, as well as a toilet and storage lockers, are found on either side of a "hallway" down the centre of the ship. at one end of the hall is the Main Cabin, which includes the Pilots console, and is surrounded by large bullet-proof windows. this cabin also has two openable windows, with fold out Rifles attached to them, these are the only weapons mounted on the ship. on the other end of the corridor is the Storage Bay.
