Saku arrived at the Training Facility. "I wonder who's training." Saku walked in and saw the boy from earlier and Blade. "Oh hello. I guess you two are busy."

"Water manipulation does not require a seal, but for water clone it's Boar, Bull, Rooster," Blade told him as he then looked at Saku. "Hey, so what can I help you with, I'm the temporary Mizukage while the kage's gone."

Sakka told Yanei to go find water and when he did Yanei escorted him to it. Sakka focused his mind and formed the hand seals and started to try to control the water. He heard water hit the floor and assumed that it was him
Then he practiced the handseals for water clone and focused his mind. He controled the chakra in his body and formed the handseals and walked over to blade. "Did i make the clone," Sakka said and pointed over to the area in which he was practicing.

((Alright, not trying to critisize, but try it one more time, this time add at least two more sentences to the paragraph, be more specific, the more specific the better, because it gives less room to argue when you're in a fight))
"No you didn't make the clone, almost but no cigar, try it again," Blade smiled him trying to encourage him to do better. "And Saku, I'm Mizukage for right now, so you can tell me"

Blade created another clone and motioned for him to go the tower. "Go and follow him," Blade said as the clone headed for the tower.

Sakka forms several handseals and said, "Metsuki Inai Ato Inu No Jutsu," Sakka," allowing him to see through his dogs eyes. He picked his dog up and put him in a pouch near sakka's face. He focused his chakra throught his body and looked at a small puddle and focused on it. He looked towards it and focused his mind as hard as he could. He looked towards it and small drops of water started to move towards the ceiling. Little by little water rose to the ceiling and then Sakka controlled the water and it started to move faster and it larger amounts.
Sakka walked over next to blade and formed the necassary handseals for the technique. He looked towards the ground and focused chakra to his palm, he formed a clone and it was not in very good shape so he dispearsed it. He formed the handseals and again focused chakra to his palms. He looked around and say a pale unbelievable and small clone and dispearsed it the he formed the handseals and created a realistic normal sized clone. He looked towards blade and pointed towards it.

"Very nice clone you got there!" Blade exclaimed as he thought of the next jutsu. "Okay, I got it, for this next jutsu, you'll form the seal of the rooster in order to do it. Take a deep breath and shoot a jet of water from your mouth. It'll hit with enough force to stun your oponent," Blade explained to him.
Uo Tsuba (Fish Spit)
Description: A simple jet of water shot from the mouth. It can hit with enough force to stun you if it hits properly. It can be done up to 5 times in succession, or one jet can be shot. To give an example of its power, Mist academy students usually use this technique to play a game much like tag.

Sakka formed the rooster seal and closed his eyes he focused his chakra to his palm and focused on the jutsu. He sucked in air and blew out but nothing was pushed out. Sakka opened his eyes and formed the rooster symbol. He sucked in a large gasp of air and blew out sending a small stream of water out. He tried again and focused his chakra and then formed the rooster symbol. He Sucked in a large gasp of air and spit out a large beam of water that exteded around 2 and a half feet. He walked over to blade and tapped him on the shoulder. "How was that," he said and pointed to a wat spot on the wall around the area he was training in.

"That was flawless!" Blade exclaimed as he clapped his hands. "Now, this time all you have to do is to input even more of your chakra into it to form the Mizu Peretto. It's an even stronger version of it, like a powerful water punch," Blade told him.
Mizu Peretto (Water Pellet)
Description: An enhanced Uo Tsuba, instead of a stream, it is a bullet that impacts the enemy at high speed (though with blunt force,) and it is roughly about the size of a fist.
