Kaze Aisu No Jutsu:: An artic wind shelters harsh sharp frozen shards which are sent at the enemy at a blinding speed, surrounding them in a cylinder and lashing out at its insides.

Kappa No Jutsu:: A ball of water takes shape of a random creature (creature depends on users will) and is sent at the enemy with the deadly force of whatever the true creature could deleiver.

Hi No Jutsu:: Hail falls from the sky towards the opponent, hail chunks are the size of users fist.

Kiri No Jutsu:: A fog quickly filters onto the fiel and allows the user to flee, or hid for an indirect attack.


Description:: Anasi is a rather tall female, standing around 5' 8" in stature when not slouching as she normally does. Her skin is a pale bone white, that could make even snow itself envy her lack of pigmentation. Her skin is to be immediatley contrasted by her shoulder-length raven hair which is hardly, if never, pulled back from her face. Her normal outfit consists of a chinese fighting outfit, which is blood red in color with a black and orange tinted dragon swirling all around her body, while the dragons head rests on her left shoulder. On her hand is a flamming cresent moon tatoo, which is always hidden by a fingerless black glove on only that hand, leaving the other bare, as that hand has nothing to hide. Lastly her eyes are a pale pastel purple color, gentle in nature, but seeming as though they could dig into the depths of her soul.

Personality:: Anasi is introvert, meaning she doesnt talk to people, nor is she a people person, she fears being addressed as a single person when large groups because of this and often will not talk, even if instructed to.

Bio::Anasi does not know that she is really from the Village of the mist. Before she was too young to remember, her family left her in the caring hands of their trusted friends who resisded within the hidden leaf village. Bidding them to raise their daughter in a safe way, instead of leading the life of an assassin. The marking on her hand symbolises this, but she doesnt know that, she assumes it is just a horrid birth mark that refuses to go away. However, Anasi did learn from her 'parents'. She learned the Kunai rope bulle, which uses the art of 3 kunai per hand, attached to diamond wire, this art is deadly and she doesnt use it in sparing matches because the wire the kunai are attached to can cut through rock like a peice of paper. So growing up, her 'parents' kept her from the academy, per request from her real parents, but it came a time when Anasi refused to sit at home and watch as others passed on and went away. So now she has begun her ninja training and hopes to do well.

Tsunami Ken:

Tomasu's first original technique, using his Kawashi bloodline limit,
he gathers water from his surrounding and makes orbs around his fists
(and later adapts it to his feet as well for kicks) and punches, on impact
causing the water he is holding to be forced forward with great force.
Its abilities are greatly useful in combat and in other things such as moving debris and getting things out of his way.
It is one of the only jutsus that can cause Shunketsu's Bakudan to
end in a stalemate, and vice versa.

Kuchiyose no Jutsu:

Tomasu's summon/s consist of water dragons, based on the oriental
serpant dragons of CHina and Japan. Depending on his needs he can
place more chakra into the summon to selects different sizes of dragon
but he mainly summons a small verion with great speed for delivering messages and the largest one (about the size of Manda, Orochimaru's biggest summon, maybe even a little longer although not as muscular)) Ryuusei. Ryuusei is a loyal friend of Tomasu and his father's family for generations.
He is extremely powerful, having complete and total mastery over the elements of water and ice, and is even able to use extents of its power to create rain, even in the most arid environments.

Aisu Koutestu no jutsu:

Another of Tomasu's original techniques, and one that only he could ever learn. He uses the power of the Ice demon inside him to be able to withstand sub-zero temperatures for prolonged periods of time, without this ability, the jutsu would kill him withing only a few minutes.
The just requires Tomasu to summon amounts of water around him and make his body cold enough that the water will freeze on impact with his body.
The water frezzes around most of his body, apart from the joints, and creates a thick icy armour, which is easily replaced in battle.
He has certain designs which he has created with the armour, but when he needs too use it quickly, it is just plain ice, very roughly sculpted to his body.

Amimono no Jutsu:

((This jutsu is very roughly similar to the jutsu Hinata creates when fighting the giant bee, where she pull all of the charkra around her and makes a cage.))

THis jutsu uses the combination of water, ice and chakra to form single
strands and create a large offensive or defensive web/cage, without practised and precise control in each of the feilds, the jutsu will fail.
Tomasu gathers the two orbs of water over each hand like he would for a Tsunami Ken, but instead starts to spin, and slowly releases his 'grip' of the orbs, letting strands come loose and coil around him, freezing small parts to keep them there. He continues to spin with both arms out-stretched until a large web of water and Ice is formed around him.
Whilst creating this cage, at the same time as freezing the water, Chakra is also released into the strands, giving them unexpected stregth and durability, as well as - if the need arises - being able to sharpen the strands, shredding whatever may try to intrude.

Appearance:
A tall young man, standing at about 6 foot 1 and a half inches, he has wild blue hair (SIMILAR to Naruto's, but blue) and very kind, but piercing blue eyes. He wears a blue outfit (SIMILAR to Sub-zero from Mortal Combat, this is the closest similarity I can gather a the moment as its a new outfit). He has black pants behind the long deep blue flap that hangs down at the front and back, beginning from the waist. He wears blue shinobi sandals and has a black sash holding the outfit together.
the top is sleeveless, and he either wears a black long sleeved shirt underneath it or nothing, letting his arms hang bare.
He is quite thin, but his body is toned and cut from his years of training.
He keeps his left forearm almost constantly bandaged as it hides his darkest secret, which only a few know about.

Personality:
Tomasu's personality is stragely complecated. Most of the time he is
a kind, sweet caring goofball of a boy, hardly ever acting serious even though being a protegy of his clan almost his whole life.
This can change in a matter of seconds however, and he can go from
a calm ocean on a summers day, to a raging storm...
There is nothing that means more to him than his friends! ^_^

Bio:
When Tomasu was brought into the world, he took the life of his mother
and so never knew her, and was never told about the full extent
of what he could become through the power she left him as a Kawashi
descendant.
He and his father lived alone in a small cottage on the outskirts of the hidden mist village and Tomasu was taught the basics of the hidden mists techniques from his father who was a retired shinobi.
When Tomasu was 6, his father was assassinated by 3 people that haad a grudge against him from his days as a notoriously powerful ninja assassin
AND against the Kawashi clan, so after they slaughtered his father before him, they came after Tomasu. THIS was when Tomasu inherited his father's legacy and/or curse...
As little Tomasu stood before the men, he was immediately taken over by an urge or complete anger and power, after which he blanked out..

After the incident, he was taken to the Kawashi estate to be trained the way he should have been as his mother was a high ranking member of the clan. Tomasu astounded the clan when he was able to learn each jutsu, one after the other with relative ease, no doubt because of the blood of the mother and father, and his fathers training, and something else that no one in the clan could quite understand...
He was trained almost exclusively in Ninjutsu skills learning the basics of
Taijutsu, which he trained himself in to get stronger but he knows very little of genjutsu techniques.
At the age of 17, he was made the youngest Mizukage ever...

1st off...random shouts like "Who wants to take me on?!??!!" is generally noobish...and who would want to take you on? you're an academy student, who hasn't even made a name for himself...we don't even know who you are, there have been no introductions...and during a time where Hidden Leaf is recovering from an attack, you go off and issue challenges? couldn't you be fixing a house or something?

2nd: your punctuation is all screwy in your post...we don't require perfect grammar, like me and my constant use of "...", but at least put a period somewhere...

3rd: I have a lot of problems with your character profile...first off...you have to know the names of jutsus before you can use them...Fire Ball no Jutsu is generally not too well appreciated...Chakra Absorbtion is a bloodline ability of a totally different, not well-known clan...If you are part of the Hyuuga, you cannot have this ability...

Clone Jutsu...what kinda clones? shadow? flame? water? earth? plain? i beg of you to specify...

Illusion Harmony sounds like a genjutsu...you put down that you are a ninjutsu specialist...ninjutsu specialists are able to use genjutsu, but if it's based on sound, you better be from Sound Village and not Leaf, because sound is a technique that originates from that village...

Cursed Seals are a unique technique of Orochimaru...he's dead...he can't pass diddly squat to anyone...you cannot have a cursed seal unless it is unique and approved by Komm Kayriel...

ok...What the Hell is a Sonic Blaster??!?!?! when i see that, it makes me think of futuristic guns that shoot sonic pulses...but that aside...that is a Sound Village weapon if it would ever exist...Sonic implies sound...and sound jutsus come from Sound Village...

Also!! your biography has soo many errors...it does not specify if your parents were hyuuga...and if they abandoned you, and they are not hyuuga, then you, even if you grew up among Hyuuga, cannot have Byakugan...

Rakurai no Jutsu (Lightning Bolt)

Description: Charging chakra into their hand in the form of electricity, the user is able to shape it into what is essentially a spear of lightning. Hurling this spear, dubbed Lightning Bolt, poses great harm to any person who comes into contact with it, friend or foe. When the bolt hits an opponent it explodes on contact and may paralyze the opponent for a maximum of 20seconds. Another effect of this technique is a burn mark which emanates from the epicenter of where the bolt hit that continually stings and causes the victim much discomfort. This burning effect lasts at most 3 minutes, unless healed.

Raiukusari no Jutsu (Thunder Chains Technique)

Rooreberu Kumo no Jutsu (Low-level Cloud Technique)

Description: If there is a cloud, any cloud above the user, a series of handseals and raising one hand to the sky can lower the cloud to ground level. Because Cloud is made of water particles, this effect is the same as mist - if it is a normal cumulous cloud. But in case it is a thunder cloud, every person in the cloud would be drenched by the water, and occasionaly, sparks of lightning strong enough to paralyze someone travel visibly through the cloud.

Favored Weapons:
Raiketsu- Heirloom Nodachi, a talisman said to have been forged by the will of Seiryuu himself. It is an excellent conductor of electricity and has the ability to store Chakra within it. This weapon is unsunderable, and cannot be broken or cloven. With the proper amount of Chakra fed to it, the blade cannot be dulled. Reiketsu's bloodgroove is extremely versatile, allowing for kunai to be loaded into it through the hilt for extraneous and tactical manuevers.

Appearance: He stands at 5'7" and possesses a lean body. Blonde, voluminous hair covering his left eye with a fair complexion. Golden eyes are sharp and intuitive, picking apart instances and the people around him. Tetsujin wears a plycra bodysuit in varying shades of green and white, acting as a thin armor that protects his body and redistributes electricity.

Personality: Tetsujin is an intelligent and quizzical youth, forever questioning the nature of the world and all things within it. While mild-mannered, he can be easily incensed at times if all the wrong chords are struck. Tetsujin feels as though he shouldn't waste his time with ignorant people, but will freely dispense his experiences with others whom he believes possess the ability to benefit from them.

-Rihatsufuuin= The Wisdom Seal allows its bearer a burst of uncanny, almost supernatural insight to any given situation.
-Kuchiyosefuuin: Enkou Yoroi= Summoning Seal: Halo Armour. The esteemed Armour of the Enkou family greatly enhances the physical attributes of the wearer, and is in itself unsunderable. However, the armor does present a constant drain on Chakra and should not be used overly often.
-Under Armor= This suit of plycra has two electrical actuators on the soles of the feet, the more movement that the user participates in, the more electricity that these actuators create and store within the suit itself.

This is a basic technique known to most genin. Bunshin no Jutsu creates a clone of the user, which can be used to create a diversion or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these clones aren't real, and thus cannot do any damage.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)

The user assumes the appearance of another person or animal. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)
Type: E-rank, Supplementary
The user quickly replaces themselves with another object, such as a plant or an animal (usually a section of log). This usually confuses the attacker and leaves them open to a counter-attack. A fairly common Jutsu, it is one of the basic Jutsu a Ninja must learn before graduating to the Genin level. It is not limited strictly to the Naruto series, and is sometimes called Utsusemi no Jutsu (空蝉の術).

Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Escape Technique)
Type: E-rank, Supplementary
A basic jutsu taught at the Ninja academy. When a ninja is tied with rope, he can undo the knots and escape using this technique.

Kiri Gakure no Jutsu (Hiding Mist Technique)
Type: D-rank, Supplementary
This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, causing anyone within it to lose the advantage of sight.

Appearance: Stands at a height of 5'6. He isnt really all that fat, neither is he skinny. His body is mostly just muscle and bones. His hair is black and doesnt go past his eyes or the middle of his neck. His eyes are a reddish looking color. He normally wears loose clothing so he can move around more easily.

Personality: He is very perverted and intelligent. He enjoys hitting on everything that walks, has boobs, and looks cute. Although he is like this, he is really intelligent and can become serious when the time comes for him to.
