 Ken nodded and kissed her gently for a moment longer before reluctantly lifting her off of his lap and standing up. He kneeled down before her and took her hand in his, stroking the back of her hand with his thumb for a moment before interlacing their fingers. "I promise, I'll be safe." He reached up for one final, quick kiss before pulling away. "Love ya." He chuckled and winked before disappearing altogether.

Keiko sat up as she became more concious, "Oniichan..!" she called out sounding a bit worried. The events after leaving for shopping were too fuzy.. she figured she would just ask Ken in person. Little did she know he wasn't there and Kiara was..

 Kiara heard Keiko's voice, figuring the girl just woke up. Lucky for her, Kiara was dressed by the time Keiko found her. "Oh hi Keiko, did you need something?" she asked the girl. Kiara figured she wanted to know where her brother was.

Keiko blinked, she turned her head to both sides as if she were looking for her brother, "Oniichan... Where is big brother..?"

"He just went out for a bit, he'll be back." Kiara told the girl. "Don't worry he's safe where he is." Although Kiara has every reason to fear the Seraphim, Ken didn't. Angels never killed or hurt humans. On the contrary, they were suppose to protect them.

Keiko blinked a bit shyly, she seemed less outgoing since her brother wasn't near. She continued to stand there looking to shy to say anything else..

When Keiko didn't speak up, it reminded Kiara of when she first met Keiko. Strange, she was really quiet when Ken wasn't around. "So are you feeling alright Keiko? That Devil didn't hurt you right?" If she had sustained any injuries, Kiara was willing to heal them.

Keiko looked a bit confused when Kiara mentioned a devil... she seemed to not remember at the moment.

Keiko looked like she had no idea what Kiara was talking about. "Um ok nevermind, forget I said that." Kiara figured maybe whatever that Devil did, made Keiko forget the whole experience. "So...is there anything you want to do until Ken gets back?"

Keiko shook her head.. She really had no idea what to do.. she was a long way from home visiting her brother.. though he seemed to not want her there.. and then he isnt here but a 'stranger' was.. she was truly to shy to do or say anything when her brother wasn't around.. Which is why she was shipped here...

Ken appeared next to Kiara, his hand on his head and a major migrane racking his mind. He sighed and leaned against the closest chair, taking a quick glance down at his little sister as he moved. He had used a lot of energy against Gabriella and it was starting to take it's toll. This time, he wouldn't pass out though. The migrane died for a bit, letting a smile form on his lips as he gazed between the only people he loved in this town. "How about something to eat, guys?" He asked, a slight chuckle escaping his lips. He could only pray Kiara would ignore the rising energy for now and stay here with him.

Seeing Ken alive and well, Kiara let out a sigh of relief. Sitting here and just waiting for him was nerve racking. While she was waiting for Ken, Kiara started to feel a rise in demonic energy around Sera's house. The fact that Ken teleported back home just as the demonic energy began to rise made Kiara worry for her friends' safety. She may have moved out of Kradd's house, but that did not mean she still wouldn't be there to help her friends. "Um you two go ahead, I need to go check out something," Kiara said with a weak grin. She knew Ken would know what she meant, but she just hoped he wouldn't try to stop her from leaving.

Ken ran over to Kiara and grabbed her hand. "No, you can't!" He plead, hoping she'd listen to him. "Don't interfere just yet, Kiara." He shook his head and looked her in the eyes. "Showing yourself before this all begins will lower your chances of winning. Wait for a perfect opportunity." He smiled, trying to make her listen to him. "Just wait... Please..."

Keiko looked quite sluggish as she watched the two.. Unknowingly to her and to Ken, whenever ken needed extra energy he unknowingly would use Keiko's. She smiled as he returned and then passed out.

((He didn't really use extra energy... All his own... =_=;; ))
Ken turned around to see Keiko pass out, and quickly rushed over to her, picking her up in his arms. He shook his head, sighing and lied her back down on the couch. If she was going to pass out every time he used his powers, he wasn't going to keep her around... It was getting worrysome and very annoying... He loved her, but couldn't take watching Keiko pass out when he used his own powers. It was beginning to irk him.
