Seamus heard her response at the same time he had seen her light. Then it went out. Muttering to himself, he stumbled towards the direction of her voice. "Bloody hell. Stumbling around in the dark, should'a just stayed inside, but no. Should'a stayed in my OWN cabin on the train, but no. If I find him, he'll be lucky if I don't jinx his eyebrows.." He saw Anna in his light finally, and saw a look on her face, like she was listening to something. "nox" he murmured, following her lead now.

He followed behind until he saw the wand lights go out, partially because he could no longer see them and would have to wait until his eyes readjusted, but also because the p***k had started to spew venom in such a way that Caleb didn't want to be near him. In fact, if he came up behind him the boy would probably hex him and then say in was in self defense against surprise sex or something like that. 'You all saw it, he jumped at me'.
Yes, because Caleb really was a creepy b*****d that had no right to be outside like the rest of them. Maybe there was a cage for him somewhere he'd escaped from.
Though waiting in the dark behind them wasn't exactly clearing his name. But what did he care? They couldn't see him anyway. So there he stood, very much like a few moments before, frowning slightly and waiting for them to move their asses before he completely lost his mind.

Anna was able to hear Seamus long before she saw him. He was, to say the least, ranting about nothing he could fix at the moment. She shifted her weight, waiting for him to show up. When he did, he murmured nox, and she found herself cast into darkness once more. She waited a bit, trying to get her eyes to readjust to the darkness, which she wouldn't have had to do had Seamus not carried on with the light as long as he had. Tugging once at Seamus's sleeve, she began walking towards where she had heard the yelp, but she didn't have to wander around in the dark for long.
Someone had lit their wand, and she was able to quickly recognize that person as Felix. Letting out a long sigh of relief, she looked back once at Seamus and the small, temperamental boy before heading off towards the Hufflepuff. If they wanted to follow after her, they very well could. She wasn't about to hold their hand and baby them the whole way over there.
She was able to cross the distance between her and Felix rather quickly, but instead of tackling him and proceeding to punch him until he passed out like she had planned, she instead stood quite awkwardly next to him. Scruffing one shoe against the other, she could already feel her chest tightening up, and from what she could see it was from the small, gray kitten in his hand and not from the fact that was was feeling anything overwhelming. "Hey," she managed finally, having a small coughing fit a little while after. One of the many reasons she hated cats, thanks to her goddamn allergies.

I'm Not Some Cry Baby! I'm Just Over Emotional Alot... But Don't Count Me Out! I'll Surprise You All Yet... Felix looked up at Anna. He could see the other two now. Seamus was closest and that other boy was coming their way. Felix could only hope more trouble wouldn't break out. His attention came back to Anna as she began to cough. He put Snickers on his shoulder and picked his wand up in his free hand. "Hey..." He said back softly with a light smile.
Felix looked at Anna for a long moment. "Ummm... Are you alright?" He asked. He held the kitten up so Anna could see it better in the light. "Kitten found by the way..." He said in almost a whisper. "Now you can go back to bed..." He nodded as if to make his words true.

Seamus allowed himself to be pulled along until they finally found Felix. As Anna released him, she crossed over to the Hufflepuff quickly. Seamus hung back a moment, before heading over himself. A quick assessment told him that Felix wasn't too worse for the wear. He muttered an oath before moving closer to the boy. "You're alright then?" He wasn't going to admit that he had been concerned. It was easy to get lost in the dark. He saw the boy from before puttering around behind them. "Oi," Seamus called to him. "we're over here."

I'm Not Some Cry Baby! I'm Just Over Emotional Alot... But Don't Count Me Out! I'll Surprise You All Yet... Felix heard Seamus mutter some curse under his breath. Felix flinched afraid the boy was about to release that rage on him. Snickers rushed down to sit in Felix's lap as if to defend him from the big mean Slytherin. But that wasn't what happened. Seamus asked if Felix was alright. Felix stared up at Seamus for a long moment, a more than a little shocked. He blushed when he realized he was staring and looked away from Seamus. It made Felix smile that Seamus seemed to worry about him just a little. He looked up at Seamus again. "Yeah..." Felix whispered softly.
Seamus called out to someone and Felix looked in the direction he was calling. With the better light and the boy being closer, Felix could see it was the boy from earlier. At least, it seemed that Seamus was no longer going to fight with him. "Thank you, Seamus..." Felix added. Though he didn't say what the thanks was for, that was left up for Seamus to decide.

Well. At least he was talking, and smiling, though the smile seemed more for show than anything. Of course, she had been doing the exact same thing towards him for most of the time in the hallways. Smiling a bit sadly, she sat down a little ways away from him, bringing her knees half way to her chest, and leaned back onto the palm of one hand. "Yeah, allergies. No big deal." she mumbled, giving a half assed wave towards Seamus and whatshisname as she did so.
She glanced over at Felix when he mentioned the kitten. It wasn't the right cat, but she didn't exactly have the heart to tell him that. When he added on something about how she could go back to bed, the smile died away a bit. She'd been wanting to go back to bed all night, and she very well would have if it hadn't been for Felix the boy wonder and his cat finding ferret extraordinaire. "Back to bed? I doubt I'll be getting to sleep anytime soon." Her voice faltered a bit, and she shifted uncomfortably where she sat, chewing on her lip. "Thank you, Felix." she managed to throw in quickly, a little after he gave his thanks to Seamus, although she didn't know exactly what he was thanking him for. Leaning over towards Felix, she kissed him very quickly on the cheek before returning back to her spot, bearing the same worried expression she had had before.

"Yeah well. When you're bloody accident prone, you don't go running around in the dark ok? For next time." Seamus would've been pissed if he had to go around picking up pieces of the Hufflepuff all over the grounds. It was too late in the evening for that. When Felix thanked him, he was a little confused. For what exactly? So he simply nodded. Feeling a little awkward, he turned his focus to Anna. "D'you need a handkerchief?" He didn't have allergies, and didn't really know what one did to help them.

Heath chuckled softly when he heard Addison respond. Apparently she seemed as miffed as he was about the whole situation, standing about for so long probably made them lose a bit more of time as well. They’d miss a few things. However, something had caused him to stay still for a moment, his gaze on Addison. He assumed it was the feeling of her hand in his, being the way he was, he actually hadn’t much expected it. Even if he had offered it. It felt nice. Once he’d managed to rip his gaze from her, he peered into the darkness, looking for any sign of the others. “This’ll be fun …” he muttered softly, then he turned his head to Addison. “I do hope you don’t mind tripping, because I seem to be prone to such acts.” he stated, gesturing towards their linked hands. His gaze moved back to where the others had disappeared, and it seemed now a wand was lit. Yep, they’d missed the searching part of the mission, now the part where no one was harmed. Heath began in that direction, tugging Addison’s hand while walking cautiously. Now was no the time to be tripping in the dark, his wand was held very close to the ground to avoid any bumps.
Eventually, they made it to the group unharmed, though Heath stood a ways away from them. Just in ear shot, so he could hear what they said, to make sure everyone was alright. It felt awkward. To be there, something just seemed off. Perhaps it was the fact that the other girl had kissed Felix on the cheek? He hadn’t caught her name, but he figured now wasn’t the time to ask. Another time. So he stood a still, his jaw shut very tightly. He couldn’t even push out a simple ‘Everything alright here?’ type of question. It seemed like it would just end up a bit shunned. It was an odd feeling for him. He wasn’t sure what was making him feel so left out.

I'm Not Some Cry Baby! I'm Just Over Emotional Alot... But Don't Count Me Out! I'll Surprise You All Yet... Felix felt his smile slip away. Anna had allergies to cats. He wasn't sure what to do, so he sat there not moving until she spoke again. He looked up at her with sad eyes. She wasn't going to get to sleep after all. Felix felt horrible. Then she thanked him. He wanted to protest, but as he did, she leaned over and kissed him on the cheek. Felix stared at her in shock. Color climbed up to his cheeks. He quickly looked away from her to hid his blush. That had been the first time a girl actually kissed him. He smiled lightly, but couldn't bring himself to look back up at her.
Seamus said something to Felix. He hadn't caught most of it, since he was still having a time with the kiss. He looked up at Seamus. "Ok..." He agreed in a soft whisper, even if he wasn't entirely sure what he was agreeing to. Seamus asked Anna if she needed a handkerchief. Felix looked at Seamus a little confused. Then he got it. For her allergies. Felix had never known anyone to actually have allergies. He didn't even think of that. Seamus was a lot nicer guy than he put on it seemed to Felix.
Felix looked up and Heath was coming their way. He was pulling Addison along with him. Felix wondered if the two were a couple. They would make a good couple. At least, Felix thought so. He looked back down to the kitten and wand in his hands. He felt Snickers curl up on his knee, relaxed now. "Well, we have the kitten and Snickers..." Felix said mostly to himself, unsure what to do next. He felt awkward being on the ground and the center of attention. And yet, he couldn't bring himself to stand just yet.

Seamus tried not to let his mouth drop open when Anna leaned over and kissed Felix. Wha? He pulled his hair back from his eyes, trying to make sense of it all. Seamus didn't agree at all with the stance Felix had taken, mostly the running, and crying. Although he was beginning to understand that it was how the Hufflepuff operated. And the girl had kissed him. Perhaps she found his..eccentricities attractive? He was baffled. When Felix finally looked up, his gaze was far off, and Seamus followed. Here came Heath, dragging Addison. They were holding hands. Well. Tonight just went to hell then, didn't it.
Every girl he'd seen or met tonight was already paired up. And it was only the first evening. What sort of fun could he have with girls who were paired up? Not that it stopped him, when the occassion arose, but it was significantly less fun. Although he'd given up Addi for dead on the train, he still was hoping there would have been time to intercede. Then he walked in on Moira, in the kitchen. With someother someone who hardly seemed worth his time. Then he found a nice girl, seemed a little combative, fun perhaps, and she went and kissed the Hufflepuff? He allowed himself to have a good pout in the darkness. "Well. I suppose you should be getting up now then." Seamus told the boy, still pouting.

Well then. She had certainly fixed that little problem, although it was a pity she had to end up kissing the Hufflepuff. Even if that was just her usual way of thanking someone. The action had given off the wrong idea more than once, and she was ready to bat down whatever ideas may erupt from there. She watched Felix as he blushed, then quickly looked away from her. She smiled a bit smugly when he did so, although she faced away from him when she did. Good. Nice to know she still had that effect on people, even ones who seemed to cry nonstop.
Standing up, she brushed off her shorts vainly, as though sitting on the ground for a minute or so had dirtied them to the point where they were no longer decent. "Thank you for the offer, Seamus, but I should be fine." she answered, turning her attention towards him although he was still mostly shroud in the dark. Which was a bit of a shame. He was rather good looking. Her lower lip stuck out a bit, half resembling a pout, though she doubted anyone would see it. As the two others joined them, her gaze changed from Seamus to them. And they were holding hands. How precious.
[[Devil is gone until Sunday, so I would just say Caleb's following them around? xD;;;]]

Addison grinned as Heath claimed he was prone to tripping. "Don't worry about it," she said, a slight laugh noticeable in her voice. She followed his gaze over the grounds, searching for their classmates in the darkness that now enveloped them as everyone had put their wands out. Staring into the blackness for a moment or two, a wand was finally relit. Heath spotted it too, and began to walk toward it, holding Addison's hand and leading her along behind him. She smiled as he held his wand close to the ground, to avoid tripping. She held hers out too, hoping it was aiding him.
They reached the group after a minute or two, but Heath stayed back a ways. Not wanting to let go of his hand just yet, Addison stayed near him. She studied Heath's face in the soft light. He looked uncomfortable; his mouth was clamped shut. Addison squeezed his hand softly and whispered, "Are you alright, Heath?" She was concerned because only a few minutes ago he seemed quite content and not unhappy. She waited for his reply as she watched Seamus tell Felix is was about time he stopped lying on the ground. Addison agreed. "Alright there, Felix? Can't be too comfortable down there on the ground." She gave him an encouraging smile, hoping he wouldn't remain on the ground much longer.

I'm Not Some Cry Baby! I'm Just Over Emotional Alot... But Don't Count Me Out! I'll Surprise You All Yet... Felix looked up to Seamus as he spoke. There was something odd about him. It was in the way he was standing. The sound of his voice. Felix just stared at him for a long time. Then he finally realized. Seamus was pouting. Felix knew the way pouting looked well since he used it on his parents a lot. Felix smiled, but felt kind of bad since it was probably his fault. "Ok..." Felix whispered.
Snickers moved to sit on Felix's shoulder again. He still held the little kitten in his right hand and his wand in his left. He looked over to Anna. She told Seamus no to his offer. And Felix took note of the same things about Anna. She was pouting too. He wondered about what. He wondered if they were pouting about the same thing. He wondered if he had missed something. He felt doubly bad since they both were pouting now. He was probably the cause since they weren't pouting until they got near him.
Felix sighed and looked to Addison. He couldn't see her too well, but he liked the way she spoke to him. "Yeah... I'm alright..." He told her. He got to his feet slowly. Then he half smiled to her and Heath. "There... All better... I'm up..." He pointed out to everyone.
