I just got "Sabbath Bloody Sabbath" the other day. These albums are getting better as they go along, and I thought things were really getting impressive on "Master of Reality" and "Vol. 4"

I think they're great. I haven't listened to them much but I went to see them last Sunday and they really rocked! I didn't think they'd still be good live, but man, they really are. And Ozzy's cooler than ever. A bit crazy, but you can see how much he enjoys being on stage. The concert was awesome with Ozzy in, I mean.. Even Tony gave us a smile ;D

Godofthefrost
Sabbath kicks a**. one of the first songs i learned to play was electric funeral on bass

Thats pretty sick, My first song Was Iron Maidens "the trooper" but my first bass song on sabbath would be "Evil Woman"

I love the bass In Black Sabbath, Its so solid, fast, multi-functional, powerfull and really gives in my opinion, Black Sabbath a darker inside. It seems like even when there playing a song like "The Wizerd" or "paranoid" the bass always gives this notion that it is not focusing on darkness but the darkness is coated with everything else in the band. Geezer butler is a tribute to bassisr

I also love Tonys guitar playing. In there earlyer albums, you can hear the strong blues influance and similarity. He stepped the blues playing speed higher for his soloing but with blues, and in my perseption hints of classical (don't ask)
