4.a man is on a work trip. he is in a town he has never been before and stays in an hotel he has never seen before. its late at night and he can't go to sleep but he has a work meeting the next day. so he makes a call and in a few minutes he is able to sleep. why is this?

#4: he couldn't sleep because of the loud snoring next room. he calls the room (he knows the room number) and wakes up the snorer. he goes to sleep before the snorer can get back to sleep and snore again.

4.Um the phone dial was like a luallby to him lolz or um he was waiting for a voicemessage or something so he couldnt sleep then he got it so he didnt even call anyone hmmm idk sweatdrop

He called a telephone service and was put on hold (late at night) and the nice music that played made him fall asleep quickly. ^^

meeting.Then the man stopped feeling anxious and was able to sleep

I don't even think the fourth question even involves a "phone call" because the hint was: it's not local or long distance. So maybe he's not even using a phone, but just simply calling someone. >.> Is that right? Anyway here's my guess:
