A twinkle caught Ryu's eye, he turned to see the door cut to ribbons. Ryu drew his Bokken Zanpaktou and readied into a defense position, low on the floor.

((oh dang you're gonna make me come up with this huh? x]))
Yumi turned around, pulling out her zanpakuto in one swift motion. She sensed it too late. A zanpakuto was pressed to her neck already. Suddenly, her muscles tightened, her arms bending behind her back, and she fell to her knees. Someone had used binding kido on her, and she was helpless. Her Captain stood in front of her. She couldn't bare to look at him, her shame was too great. I hope they just kill me.

A wide eyed expression covered Ryu's face. Why didn't I sense this coming!?!. Ryu shifted his gaze over his shoulder to see a white formal Kimono and a Zanpaktou. A Soul Reaper?, No, An Arrancar this close to Seireitei impossible...But its the only logical explanation. Ryu bowed his head, a sorta Wicked Dementia took over and he began to laugh...."Never.....touch....my.....STUDENT!". A blast of Pure Reiatsu emitted off of Ryu's body. It ripped the building to shreds and sent the arrancar and Yumi flying. Ryu Shunpo'd and caught Yumi mid-air and sat her on the ground. "Are you.....ok?". Wind was swirling up around his body, a massive amount of Reiatsu was being released. Ryu tightened the grip on his Zanpaktou.

Deep cuts were bleeding on her arms, tattooing them in streaks of red. A slight wave of dizziness captivated her mind, but otherwise, she was unhurt. Slowly Yumi nodded her head and gave a shaky, "Yes." She felt her pride shatter into a million pieces. Not once did she look at Ryu. "I shall fight beside you," she said with a grunt, as she stood up. Yumi positioned herself next to her glorious and powerful Captain, and concentrated on the enemy ahead, waiting for her Captain's authorization to fight with him.

An aura of Reiatsu coated Ryu's body. I slight smirk appeared on his face, as he muttered his Shikai command. "Lead them into the Light, Negai!". The Bokken shattered and reformed to a classical Victorian Longsword. The blade is 5 feet long and the Hilt is Black. The Tsuba resembles 4 Dragon wings. There are two sharp points at the end of the hilt.
All Ryu said next was, "Go".

"Fly in the moonlight and attack your prey Sasibari!" Yumi yelled. The anger inside her was rising. "Dig your talons deep!" she said, hatred radiating from her words. Sasibari transformed into her Skikai state, personifying an owl hunting at night. It was a beautiful zanpakuto, with metal wings decorating the hilt. As Yumi grasped it, her spiritual pressure rise. She began to run at the arrancar, then jumped up into the air over him, slashing an X shape over her head. Her attack took on the form of six streaks of light, crossing each other, just how an owl would when grasping it's dinner.

The Arrancar ducked and rolled to dodge Yumi's technique. He stood up and laughed at Yumi, but behind hm Ryu positioned himself at the Arrancar's back. Ryu pointed his swords tip straight at the Arrancar's back. "Kuroi Denkou!.", A streak which resembled a Black Cero, bolted out of Ryu's Zanpaktou and struck the Arrancar, sending him flying out a mile into the forest terrain.
"This is getting fun...", Ryu said. "Lead them back into Darkness, Negai!", the wings on the Tsuba cracked open and split apart, while the blade glew White and grow to a Seven Foot long Maramuse Blade. Ryu directed his attention to Yumi."Go, split up, find him."

She nodded once then was gone. Her flash step was well-developed and she was able to cover a lot of ground. "Find him Sasibari," she whispered. Yumi's eyes began to glow the color of molten gold and her senses peaked to remarkable levels. Instantly, she felt him. The signal was weak, which meant the arrancar was very good at concealing its spiritual pressure. A smirk was hidden under her hard face. She appeared behind the arrancar. It was fast, and had noticed her, but Yumi was faster and ready to strike. As it tried to defend itself, she brought her blade up and formed a deep wound stretching from the right leg up to the throat. Blood spattered on the front of her shihaksho(will fix spelling later). She blocked just in time to deflect its counter attack.

The Arrancar let out a laugh. "You, Shinigami, your a good fighter, but I can tell that you are just acting on reflex...you have no battle strategy." The arrancar went into a firm position on the ground and spoke softly, "I am Arrancar #156, Hiro Daloutora....now Shinigami, is your time to die!, Burn, Incendio!", A blinding white light engulfed the area as the Hiro released his Zanpaktou.
When the light faded Yumi saw a Black wing over her face. "...I couldn't have you sit here defenseless while your eyes took time to dilate...Yumi have you achieved Bankai?...", Ryu asked as he pulled the wing away.

Yumi registered what the arrancar said. Then he's one of-- Her thought process was cut short by a blinding light. As it faded she looked up into the feathers of a black wing. Her eyes told him she was grateful. "No Captain. I have not," she told him. Truthfully she hadn't, but that didn't mean she wasn't almost there. Yumi had started practicing her bankai two years ago. It was underdeveloped and not ready to be used in battle yet, not safely at least. "I will continue to help you fight in every other way possible."

Ryu sighed, I wish you had Bankai Yumi....Mine...is to dangerous...for the both of us.. Ryu screamed, "Kuroi Denkou!", again a black bolt of lightning shot out of his Znapaktou. It struck the Arrancar but seemed to have no effect. Damn!, Ryu thought cursing himself

Yumi watched as her Captain attacked the arrancar, always behind him. Why isn't he using his bankai? "Captain!" she yelled, trying to get his attention, "Do not take me for granted. I am not afraid to die." Yumi's voice was strong as she made eye contect with him. "I will try my bankai." Before he could stop her she began. C'mon Sasibari, we need to try. "Bankai! Unometakanome Sasibari," she announced. Her spiritual energy phenomenally increased and her eyes were black, completely black. A euphric feeling shot through Yumi, she was actually holding her bankai. This was the third time so far that she'd been able to conjure it up correctly. Help me Sasibari, she thought, then could hear herself speaking attacks. "Hoshokusha!" A brillant set of brown, mahogany-tinted wings appeared on her back; she flapped once, and a powerful darkness consumed the area. Yumi, felt Sasibari guiding her, she sprung up into the air, circled the arrancar once, then dove downward for him, her zanpakuto, now embellished with gold, headed straight for his chest. At the last second possibly, the arrancar, blind as ever, picked up on her indetectable silence, grabbed onto her foot, and slammed Yumi into the ground.

"Yumi!", Ryu yelled as she make contact with the ground, he let out a demonic growl. I'm sorry Brother Shirai...but...I must break our promise. I must protect someone. Ryu let out a scream, "Junbi Dekite Imasu Ka, Bachiatari Negai!", His White wing burst out of his back. A sickening Blood Red aura covered Ryu. His Zanpaktou grew Black and Shattered, it soon reformed to a Black Demonic Scythe. Ryu thrust out his right hand and a white sphere form and molded into a White Angelic Scythe. The Rasion soon spread over his right eye and engulfed his left. Ryu let out a Wicked laugh. "Hehehe..Hahahahahaha!". "Mugen Kuro Denkou, Infinite Black Lightning!", a thick Black Bolt, thirty times more powerful than the Shikai's, shot out of the tip end of the Scythe and struck the Arrancar in the back.

Yumi could feel her control over her Bankai weakening.'No Sasibari, I need to hold on,' she thought desperately. Her face was smashed into the ground, and she could sense the arrancar come closer to her. It stabbed her arm and laughed. Yumi cried out, pain ringing in her ears. She turned her head to her Captain and watched him bring out his bankai. Not many people had ever seen it before; she could feel the air thicken with Ryu's spiritual energy. A loud crack seemed to shatter the world. Captain...

Ryu Smirked as the Arrancar turned his attention to Ryu. "Attack, Kuro Dangan", Ryu swiped the Black Scythe in the air. A black void opened and 8 bullets shot out headed for the Arrancar. all 8 hit there mark, sending the arrancar in to a tree. "Hehehe...and I'm only at 40%..."
