Whose side? Tamu's. Niraj is too dedicated to his pride and Tamu herself to suddenly go against her. Plus, being a seer, he personally believes that the pride is fairing rather well, regardless of it's mixed colors. Not to mention, he DOES have a little bit of a crush on Tamu, so that also persuades his decision, but only by a little bit. XP

Raylan, Enok, Eros, Mwizi, Memeth and Ayla (+ hyenas) will be leaving the pride.
I speak only for DFA and myself, Leth may choose to keep Ripuki in the pride, but I'll be discussing that with her next time I see her.

It says those of not sea colors will be pushed to the borders, and then following the 'no fighting' thing.
Does this mean that they'll go willingly to the borders? I mean...Qui has a good heart and all, but he likes his home, and won't give up leaving it for the borders so easily as it seems implied?

Anyone who fights will be punished by the pride. They are a peaceful pride and Kwaruza will lead them - hense why she will fight one on one... it won't be long after she looses that Tamu returns.
The basis of the pride is to be peaceful and that is not to be broken at all. If it is then they will be punished in someway - though how that is to be is yet to be decided. They will not be allowed to fight at all. This will be explained more when it needs to be. We are well aware that there are lions who won't willingly give up the pride but we are covering that.
Edit: ignore that I was rambling. The answer to the question is that there will be consequences for those who fight but it is something we are still sorting out.

A pride can be peaceful without having to have all it's members be pacifists...Look at half the prides, they are all 'peaceful' and they still have little ruckus' that pop up in there.
and the Kwaruza is the only one fighting thing, well then does that mean she'll get punished too...? and what is the basis for punishing those who are trying to protect the pride/their home?

Like I said we are sorting it out but there won't be fighting. We don't want a war and nor is that the point of the plot. Kwaruza is a leader, for that she can make decisions in the same way that Tamu will come back and fight.
The fact is we don't want a war plot, if you don't think he would give it up that easily then he can always leave if you want? Like I said though some things are still being sorted out but we do NOT want a fight, the pride isn't a violent one and is peaceful and laid back. They aren't going to stand back and let things happen but they won't be violent either.
It is being sorted out but this plot won't be happening for a while so we still have time to change things but one thing that we decided early on is that there wouldn't be a war, it's not in the prides nature at all. Unless Amy changes her mind about that it will be staying like it.
