My friends like Hiei, i'm the only one who likes Kurama. they like him for his darkness and this sword and such. also cause his face looks so young, like a child.

I agree. Hiei is really cool, he my second favorite after Kurama. It is very close between then though. For some reason I love his attitude.

Hiei..... Hmmm... Three words...."Eradicates His Enemies." The reason why I like Hiei is because he's not overly cocky and lets his guard down when fighting opponents like some of the other characters. His insults make me laugh, longer then Yusuke's jokes. All in all, Hiei = favorite character
