She closed her eyes and listened. The crashing of the water, the flow of the mist, it felt amazing.
"Yes," she said opening her eyes and smiling at his nudge, "I feel much better."
She ran after him seconds after his legs moved. Her strong legs pushed her off the edge of the rock, her muscles tensed and she flew. She flew above the pool of water, above Brian, and landed so close to the waterfall, she was completely wet before even entering the water.

Brian laughed and watched her."Having fun?"He smiled and whinnied happily.His body and legs kept him above the water as he swam.He cracked the code on her,and she spilt everything out about her past,He made a difference upon her life.Brian swam towards her and nudged her again.He was happy,having fun.His new bestfriend was a blast.

Selena smiled and swam over to him, her hat lost and flowing on the water, being pushed to the shore by the powerful current of the waterfall.
"Yes, thank you for bringing me here." She looked over at the magnificent waterfall, "Its amazing over here. Do you bring your family here often?" She asked, looking back at him.

Brian smiled back and walked onto the shore."Just Linnie,Soup,and I."He thought about the old times when they use to play."Not very often anymore.I'm hopeing my sibling comes out of its basket soon,So i can show it around."He was happy at the thought of it.

"Why no longer?" She asked, not even noticing the level of snoopiness she was presenting. It used to be her job to find out information, so it had become a habit.
She thought of Jojo, who may, or may not be her long lost sister.

She knew what the question was leaning towards. A mate. She knew perfectly well that sooner or later she would settle down, she sometimes wanted to find someone she loved. But she never felt good enough for someone, like she was ugly or stupid, then her mood would change to making her think she didn't need a mate. That she would be better off alone.
But now, after meeting Brain and having so many of her inner questions answered, she knew that she needed a mate. Almost everyone needed someone to love them and be loved my them. But the question made her blush and she avoided it. Thankfully her coat was dark, so her red face was hidden for the most part.
"Well, do you have any of your own children?"

Brain noticed the quietness between them.He layed down and started to roll in what little sand was there.They were both quiet.Peacefull.Everyone needed that someone.Everyone hated to be alone.He,Brian,Also hated to be alone.He blinked at the question she had blirted out.He was still itching his back when she asked.Brian stood and shook off the sand."Well...No.I don't."

She noticed him scratching, trying to reach that area on his coat the irritated him. She trotted up and began to nibble on his back, hopefully calming the itchiness of his skin.
When she heard his reply, she opened her mouth to respond. But then stopped herself. She was about to say Don't worry Brian, just keep trying, but that would only lead to an awkward silence. She frowned at her foolish self.
"Im sure you will make a great father." She said with a smile with could light the moon.

Brian blinked and whinnied."Thank you,that spot bugs me time to time."He smiled and watched her.was something wrong?He didn't understand."What were you going to say?"He wondered.He wanted to know."I doubt that."

"Don't worry about it, glad I could help." She said with a smile.
She really did not want to put her thought into words, so she just shook her head, "Never mind," then she looked at him seriously, "Why do you think that? Your such a kind Soquili, one would think you would be an even better father." That was one of her greatest fears for motherhood, being a bad mother.

Brian watched her somemore.He smiled lightly and shook his head."I never really thought i'd be a very good father.Since my father was never around to teach me father characteristics."He sort of sighed at the thought of his father,infact,Brian didn't know much about the guy anyways.

Selena cocked her head and smiled encouragingly. She often wondered what her mother could have taught her about mother hood...
She looked into Brian's handsome, strong eyes and said softly, "Fatherhood and motherhood is not something you can learn about, its something you can prepare for, and the skills for foals can't be taught, but understood." She said wisely while nipping at one of his many braids.

Brian blinked."Well,If i would have had a father that would have talked to me and cared for me.Maybe I would be a much more outgoing stallion."He smiled as she played with one of his braids.He simply pulled lightly on one of her hairs.

Selena smiled a little "I often wonder what it would have been like it my mother, or father, could have taught me more about making and taking care of families...Sometimes I almost hate them for not telling me anything, but then again, I was so young, so why would they?" She pulled playfully at his ear.
Now she addressed his situation, "What happened with your father? Did he die?"
