Carmen rolled over and looked out at the others. Her eyes floated down to a girl who's face reminded her of a duck. How uncanny that she should be in her cabin.
"Yeah. Don't worry. I'll be ok. I think I'm going to have to figure out what's the minimum I can get by with eating. We need to figure out how to handle meals. The way this food and water here is affecting me. I might only eat once a day."
Carmen's eyes drifted to a familiar voice. Oh yeah. The girl with the bright hair and dyes... "Hey luna... would you still wanna do my nails?"
She was actually hoping she could get buddy with someone or more than one someone as to get her hair brushed.

Luna grinned and lept up to her paws. She snagged her backpack from the corner of the door and dug through it with her paws. "Of course! What color do ya want?" she said, pulling out all sorts of colors. They all had bright sounding names, such as lime green, highlighter yellow, neon orange, baby blue, blindingly pink, purple power, fire red, and of course black. Black was always a great color as it went with just about everything.

Carmen turned to lay on her back looking at the ceiling. "Oh, let's go with purple..."
Then, she slid her legs out of the bag and laid them on top of it. "Mind if you wanna do my toes first? I swear they are clean..."
She imagined to herself that this might be one of the last remaining hours of calm and serene they'd be seeing in a long while. She was still coming to terms with whether or not this is a type of place to make one famous or not.

Tea would help her , and she swore she saw some wheat grass someplace
She looked over at Luna " Maybe soon , after we win some grand reward , ok" she said with a smile. "Anyone want to help me find that cook guy , we need to get some water and stuff for some tea" she said without pointing out why she was doing so.

Grabbing up the Purple Power nail polish, she un screwed the lid. Taking a deep wiff of its metallic smell, she grinned. "Stuff smells goood man, and I have no clue why." she said with an odd smirk and blushed a little. Nodding at Carmen, she proceeded to paint the girl's toes. She made slow and steady strokes to make it look nice and even. "After I do her nails, I could help if ya want Mar." she said, as she finished one foot and went to paint the other.

((just wanna let you all know that i work in retail. so on sats and suns... i won't be around a whole lot. I apologize ahead of time))
Carmen couldn't remember the last time she got to do any female bonding. She only ever had a brother, but he was very much older. He was already up and on with his life before she could even remember.
Since becoming a teen, she had gone on several pilgrimages and major traveling trips, but she had yet to finish a single one. Still, it was nice that here of all places; she had found some of these girls. They seemed great enough.

Finishing up the last of Carmen's toes, she blew on the gently. "Looks great! Might not need a second coat." she smiled as she set the lid back into the polish vial. She beamed a grin up at the girl. "Fingers next, yes?" Luna said, taking the short break to place her paws behind her head and arch her back in a well needed stretch. "Man, I feel like I've been sat on by a bear or something. Those mattresses suck!" she mumbled aloud to herself.

 "Nah, Kelly is just some stuck up cheerleader I met on my way in. She's on the Sharks or something.
"Marina, I'd beware of anything in that kitchen, but I'll go with you for something to drink. I'm so thirsty too. I think we have a kick butt team so far!"
Bobby hopped down off his bunk and shoved his iPod in his back pocket. Pushing his sunglasses up on his nose, he followed his teammate to the mess hall.((I don't work weekends, but Mon-Fri I work 11 hour days... my schedule is insane... I'll do my best but it will be later at night most times.))

 Walking up to the door of his team’s cabin and peeking in slowly, Nigel saw that most of his team-mates were already there, while others seemed to have unpacked and left already. Walking in without hesitation, he dumped his bag onto one of the only remaining lower bunks. “Hey” he said, raising his paw in a slight wave, “Am I the last one ‘ere then?” he leaned casually up against the bed post and winked at the girl with the lime green streak, “Hey love, are we bunk buddies then?” he chuckled a little, wondering if co-ed bunk beds would really be allowed or if the chef guy was going to ambush them in the night while they were sleeping.
Gazing around at his other teammates, Nigel offered them all a friendly smile and tipped his hat politely, “I’m Nigel, and I suppose I missed everyone’s previous introductions? So sorry about that” noticing a familiar face on the top bunk across from him, Nigel grinned, “Oh hey! Carmen was it? Glad to see I have a previous acquaintance on my team; though I’m sure after everything we're about to endure, we’ll all be great mates in no time”((ooc: Sorry for being late guys, I was at my friend's house and couldn't reply til I got home ^^;; Also my timezone is a bit crazy, but my day tends to be night for most of my Gaia friend's, so I guess I'll be around all/most nights))

Having picked up some stale bread and a tea kettle full of boiling water, Bobby returned to the cabin so that Marina could make them some tea. When he entered he found that anothre newcomer was there.
Setting down the goods, the cool Audio turned to the late arrival. "Hey, cool accent Nigel and I love the outfit! Welcome to the Screaming Seagulls... mate." Bobby sniggered at his own poor attempt to copy the accent and then gave up.
"Well it seems like most of us are here and back out exploring the island. I'm just chillin' in here waiting to see what madness our 'host' has planned for us. I'm going to go for a stroll around the island. If you want, there's hot water for tea and some bread until we see if Chef is going to try to poison us again. See ya 'round."
With that, Bobby popped a slice of bread in his mouth, put in his earbuds and sauntered out the door.

 Asher eyed all the bottles of nailpolish Luna had brought. He was glad someone on his team shared his taste in eccentric colors. Of course, even the dull-colored team members seemed friendly enough. That was a good sign.
"Don't worry about getting here late," Asher said to the newest team member to arrive. "We have the day off today so we can pretty much do what we want. I'm Asher by the way."
Asher took what he had just said into consideration. He really could do whatever he wanted to today, but what about tomorrow? Where would they be going and what would they be doing? Stretching out on his bed, Asher decided he'd think about that when the time came. Maybe he would even go out and explore the rest of the camp later, but for now he was content with not doing or thinking about anything.

Marina left before the other camper got in , she went to see the cook , but it ended in her just knocking on the door and nothing happening. She went over to the place she saw wheatgrass , but with out water to boil it was useless none the less she picked some.
She looked around for the campers she thought where with her but they where out of sight , so she walked back to the bunks.
She walked in and looked around.
She saw a new face , " Hello Im Marina " this was like the 18th time she siad that , and hoped her fellow campers didn't mind.
She saw the water left behind by Bobby , so she asked if Carmen wanted her to make some tea that would help 'clear' her out.

Nigel chuckled at Bobby’s attempt at an English accent, “Thanks mate, I guess shirtless must be in this season” he nodded towards Bobby and how he was also not wearing a shirt, “We could be called The shirtless seagulls! …Though that might prove embarrassing for the ladies of the team” as he said this he winked at the female team members before turning back to Bobby.
Nigel’s ear’s perked up at the mention of tea, and he quickly rummaged through his bag to find the teabags he’d packed, “See ya later” he waved an idle goodbye to Bobby with his tail as he bounced over to the kettle, “Anyone want tea? I have herbal honey and lemon, orrrr Cranberry, or just regular tea” he grinned, what better way to pass the time with his team-mates then over a soothing cup of tea? “Unfortunately there’s no milk so I guess I’ll be havin’ herbal today. Did everyone happen to pack their own cups by chance?” he rushed back to his bag and pulled out a mug. On the side was a picture of a foxhunter on a horse with a red circle around it, and a line going through it; obviously representing a hatred for fox hunting. Nigel hugged his mug to him briefly, before hurrying back to the kettle, pouring some boiling water into the mug and plopping in his teabag, “Mmmm honey and lemon” the cabin began to fill with the sweet aroma of said herbal tea.
Nigel cheerfully sipped his tea, as he waited to see if anyone else wanted any, it was then that he noticed Asher who had spoken to him just before, “Oh sorry mate, I was distracted by the goodness of tea. I love your colours though! I bet we wouldn’t lose you in a crowd” he smiled sweetly at Asher, as he looked over the seemingly friendly Audio’s outfit, “I don’t usually like bright getups like that, but you really make it work nicely”Edit:Nigel tipped his hat to Marina, “Hey love, I’m Nigel”
He only just caught the camper who was hiding under her blanket out of the corner of his eye before she was gone again, “Hey Kylee” he walked over to her bunk and leaned against the bed post, “You want some tea love? Why you hidin’ under the covers like that?”

Luna stifled a yawn. The brit was totally hawt and the tea he was making smelt... well it smelt good but she wasn't a tea fan. When he went over to the girl hiding under her covers, she sighed.
Turning back to Asher, she beamed another large smile. "Hey, man if you want to use any of my nail polishes or fur dyes just let me know! My cuz back home works for a salon and hooks me up with bright colors all the time!" she said with a wink. "Apparently they don't sell well. I don't see why not." she said with a shrug as she watched Nigel again.
Snorting, a devious grin tugged at her lips. "She's probably scared of you, ya know. Being all shirtless and whatnot."
