Etsumi sighed as she entered the Glass Violin. Her day had been exhausting, dragging around her two best friends who were pretty clueless with what to do. For hours they asked Etsumi multiple questions about the school, as if SHE was the expert. Have they forgotten that Etsumi was a new student to Ria High as well? As soon as her two best friends were distracted by an abstract painting, arguing whether it was upside down or not, Etsumi abandoned them and hurried off to find a room to practice her violin. Etsumi took her violin case and looked around in the area. She could see a flutist and ... a couple... who seemed to be enjoying themselves. Etsumi quickly turned away and shook her head in disgust. She then walked to the nearest corner and took out her violin case. She glanced at the couple once more and saw the fox demon walk out of the room. Etsumi smiled and thought, The less people in the room, the more I can concentrate on practicing. She then started to tune her violin for a minute or so. She then played a song that she memorized. It was not one of her usual gentle or depressing songs that she was playing. She played an angry song. She slid her bow up and down on the strings in a fast pace and she closed her eyes and let the music take control of her body. Yet something was bothering her... In the back of her mind there seemed to be a hoarse whisper. She could not make any sense of it though. But it pained her deeply. She tried to silence her thoughts like she usually did when playing the violin, when all of a sudden, the whisper started to get louder and louder. Until it was almost screaming and pounding into her head, I hate you! Etsumi dropped her bow and it made a clattering sound. She slowly fell to her knees and stared at her bow. She remembered those three ... hurtful words she had screamed to those she loved. She wanted to take them back... she wanted them to come back... she wanted- Etsumi shook her head and slammed her palm against the wooden floor. To silence her thoughts once again... like she always did. Like she always will.
Edit: Etsumi looked up from the ground. Like a zombie, she slowly packed up her violin and bow into her violin case. She snapped her case shut. She slowly stood up, her legs were shaking, and wobbled out of the Glass Violin.

Lighttt signed as he came in the Glass Violin. He tried to find a piano, when he did he went to it a play a beautiful tune. He made sure nobody was around and he continue to play. "Why do I want people to think I play a piano?"Lighttt thought as he played his tune on the piano."Why?Just need to mke sure nobody is around while I am playing...." Lighttt signeds and begins to relax and starts playing one of his hardest counts. The music was beautiful, it was loud, but still beautiful and the music flowed across the Glass Violin.

Kaori's eyes swept across the room as she heard a rather loud but wonderful melody echoing around it. Before finding the cause, however, she paused to examine the various instruments spread around. Her fingers ran across surfaces, feeling the differents textures that changed with each thing she touched. This place, Ria, it was so strange to her! It wasn't like anything she'd ever experienced before.
Sighing very softly to herself, she finally moved towards the source of the music. Her eyes widened very slightly as she saw Lighttt seated behind a piano. She walked forward, boots thudding faintly against the ground, and then kneeled behind a rather large drum. Peering around it, she watched Lighttt play in silence. Her dragon, Kei, seemed to get the hint and settled down, hanging off her shoulder, as he watched as well.

Lighttt stop playing. He heard boots thudded. He stood up. "Who is there?"Lighttt shouted as he took a step foward. "Who is there?" Finally, after no voices being heard but music , he shrug and sat back down and played an easier tune...."Where ever you are please com out...."Lighttt shouted just to make sure.

Kaori hesitated, not really wishing to interrupt. She chewed her lip softly, staring uncertaintly at Kei. The dragon bobbed his head upside down and then zoomed off before she could stop him, landing gently atop the piano where Lighttt played.
"K-Kei!" Kaori stammered in surprise, unable to snatch the dragon back in time. Now that she'd for sure been discovered, she got to her feet and reluctantly walked forward. "Umm... hey," she said awkwardly.

Lighttt jumped to the sudden surprise of the dragon. He looked over his shoulder, it was Karoi. "You did not see me here...I do not play good...."Lighttt said neveroulsy."I really don't...You must of thought my piano skills were hoorible........" Lighttt's legs were shaking, easily you could tell he was blushing and at the same time nervous. "Did you like my playing?"Lighttt asked as he came back to his senses. "You scare me.." Lighttt pets the dragon.

Kaori looked puzzled by his reaction and paused once she was about three feet away. Was she making him nervous? The idea was new for her, as she was used to herself being the one easily intimidated. "Sorry for bothering you," she murmured quietly as she stared at him. "Um... I actually thought it was pretty good." She nodded slightly as if to confirm her own words and then smiled softly. Kei growled softly in his throat as Lighttt pet him, but stayed calm and didn't retaliate.

Lighttt took three steps forward. Between Kaori and Lighttt there were 2 feet apart.."You wanna go to the courtyard...."Lighttt asked with a little blush......"Damn....I am blushing..."Lighttt muters to himself and then smiles back at Kaori.

Kaori watched him oddly, amused by his actions. "It's alright," she laughed as he apologized for saying his words out of order. She took a small half step back as he approached and then met his gaze, tilting her head a bit to the side in confusion as he blushed. Kei soared back towards her and settled in her arms as she nodded. "Um, alright..." she murmurerd quietly.

Kaori nodded slightly as Kei pulled from her grasp and instead flitted around her head impatiently. The dragon much preferred outside to indoors. "Ok," Kaori said aloud as she trailed after him towards the door. It felt almost strange. She sensed he was a human and felt odd just being around him. Her tail flicked back and forth behind her, impatient to do something, as she adjusted the sword strap across her chest again. She tilted her head a bit as she came up behind him, not quite catching his words. "What was that?" she asked softly.

Stired up in his thoughts he was surprised when a voice stopped all the thinking. "Lets go to the courtyard..."Lighttt said and left the Glass Violin. "Should I? Or Should I?"Lighttt thought as he lefted the Glass Violin.

"Ok," Kaori murmured as she trailed behind him again. She let her gaze sweep once again across the varied instruments in the room and then sighed softly to herself. Then Kei broke her thoughts as he gripped her jacket front softly between his teeth and began leading her outside. "Oh, stop rushing me," Kaori grinned as she snatched the dragon towards her, tickling its neck. Kei thrashed gently, careful not to hurt her, and then she hugged the small dragon to herself as she hurried forwards after Lighttt.

Miki was alone once more, since Keila had gone off to classes and Alyssa needed her 'time alone.' He found himself wandering the grounds of Ria High with his black leather violin case on his back and no clue where he was headed. To someone more outgoing and mentally stronger than himself it would seem like each new place held some kind of adventure, but for Miki it was a chore to discover new places and people.
And yet Miki's legs found new strength, drawn towards a place he had never seen before in his travels across the grounds. It was a large auditorium. Tilting his head back he gazed up at the building with golden cat-like eyes, stopping only for a moment to remember its place from the Courtyard - so that he could find his way back again - before the mysterious sensation continued to draw him inside.
Passing through the eastern exit/entrance doors to the audience chamber within, Miki heard music resounding off the walls like the roar of a waterfall. But there was more. An echo - a shade - of the most pure music he had ever heard that had been imprinted into the air by another talented musician.
Closing his eyes he let his mind drown in the twin musics. The two songs were so different and yet so intricately woven together: extreme sorrow and untold bliss. Leaning onto his right side, Miki touched the cold wooden floor with his fingertips and dragged them across it. He wanted not just to hear the music but feel it too. Slowly, ever so slightly, his lips began to part and a soft humming noise could be heard as he bounced the echo of the second tune out of the air in which it hovered around him and gave it a voice once more.
Whether or not the girl at the piano could hear him Miki didn't care right now. He was lost in the duet of their music.
