Lydia reached out and gently touched Kir's face with her fingers. She quickly scanned what was going on with his mind and body. She wanted to see if it was safe for her to deactivate.

Kir was trying to readjust to the light again, like one would after a long period of darkness.

Mana grinned taking off his hat. He put it on Kir tilting it so it would filter the light. "That better?"

After a moment, Lydia took her hands back and yawned. She laid back on the bed and fell asleep with her legs hanging over the edge.
"I think I have one," Lily said and thought back to when they had gone back to save Synthic. She was thinking about how she had dreaded going inside and he had dreaded letting her go to save the scientist.

Mana nodded. "Ok Go ahead an give it to me." He grabbed kir's arm ready to implant it.

Kir weakly opened one eye to test the waters. Then his other eye opened as well. His eyes widened and he glanced around, "...?" He looked confused.
Then Mana grabbed him, "...!" Kir tried to pull his arm away from the target.

Lily nodded and gave Mana the memory and the sense of dread she and Kir had connected with the Academy. She hoped that would keep him away from that place.

Mana gave Kir a calming feeling to settle him down before Mana began giving him the memory. Mana couldnt help grimacing from the dread. He hoped it would be enough to keep Kir away from there.

"...!" Kir's struggle intensified like they were hurting him. His eyes were wide in fear. Tears even started to form in the corners of his eyes.

Lily knelt down infront of him and put her hands on his shoulders. "Shh... It's okay Kir, you just need to stay away from that place. If you stay away from that place, then they can't hurt you. Do you understand?" she was trying to calm him a little and reinforce the stay-away-from-there message they were trying to give him

Kir closed his eyes and put his hands over his ears. He was trying to drown out the screams of the people who were killed then.
Since his vision returned at the same time that memory was given to him, he connected the memory as being a result of his eyes. His hands moved to his eyes and he braced himself.

Mana looked at Kir. He felt bad for a moment when he felt the fear coming from Kir. Mana began to give Kir a comforting feeling slowly. He was trying to get Kir to link comfort with Lily.

"Kir, what are you doing?" Lily asked and gripped his wrists. "Kir, if you hurt yourself, they win. Do you want them to win? They people who hurt you? The people who hurt all of us?"

Kir didn't know what was real and what was not anymore. Tears rolled down his face from his closed eyes. He was afraid to open his eyes again. He didn't want the bad things to happen again.

"Kir, listen to me," Lily said, her tone becoming soft and soothing. "Just focus on me and my voice. You are not near that place. you're far away, surrounded by people who care about you. People who want to help you. Do you understand? We want to help you."
